This is to inform that I had booked a sofa set by order no.--[protected] dated 4 May, 2014 which was delivered after a long delay on 25 June, 2014. When the packing was opened by your representative I found that the colour of one sofa is quite dull and the colour of other sofa is bright. Therefore I request you to please look over my issue and change my sofa immediately. Thanking You,
