Hello All, I got cheated by hometown Noida. Last year I brought INR 200, 000 home furnishing stuff from hometown, among them I had Vega leatherette sofa set of 75, 000. Now one of these sofa having problem with it’s leatherette, it’s got harden with in few months, and then it’s started cracking. Then I raise a complain on this issue, as usual, nothing happens, they are just not interested to help you out, as they got the money already. I have to follow up my complain several times, every times they promised to rectify it, but never contact me back. All of a sudden I got an sms that my complain(complain no. [protected]) is closed, then they call me up and said that they mistakenly close my complain and come up with new complain number([protected]) and then same process start, nothing happen. All of a sudden they call me up today and told bluntly that I must have use some chemical that cause damage to the sofa and they are not going do anything and close my complain. All of these stuff have 1 year warranty and they are just violating them. Now I’m preparing to take them to the court.
