[Resolved]  HomeTown — I'm complaining about the quality of a dining table

We wrote the following mail to Hometown, we visited showroom several times to raise a compliant about the quality of the dining table we purchased, following is the email we've sent despite of multiple emails and calls requesting to rectify the error, Hometown never bothered to fix the issue. Never purchase products here. We are going to post everything with bill invoice and mails on Facebook and twitter atleast someone else will not waste their hard earned money on Hometown products. Here's the mail i wrote to Hometown with no proper response rom them: Hello, We have concern with one of the products purchased at your store Hometown (Begumpet branch). Invoice date[protected] bearing invoice no. 1012383, Customer ID :[protected] with 1 warranty. Item name: Canadel 1+6 dining set DK/ WLNT/BLK We identified a problem with the set and raised the first complaint in January 2015. In six months no one took are of the issue, we visited the store more than 5 times but the issue was not taken care of.After lot of persuasion and waiting for 6 months finally your staff arrived and took pictures of the product. Our concern is the quality of this item, within 6 months the product is damaged, repair will not be a permanent solution. We request for an exchange of this defective product. We appreciate a speedy response on this issue as we waited for more than 6 months for you to respond and we still did not get this fixed.
