I have ordered one mattress from hometown and the delivery date was 28th May, But I still did not receive my product and today is 14th June. Customer service team and even manager of Hometown promised for delivery on 7th June.
Customer service is not good and even we cannot track the order status. Very bad experience with Hometown.
The refund process is also not there. They are simply playing with customers by providing them wrong delivery date.
