sir, with ref.to my complaint no [protected] was closed down by u regarding modular kitchen. Problem: The modular kitchen has plate tray. When loaded with plates, it is not possible to close the tray as the plates obstruct the closure at the bottom side.

The problem has been telephonically conveyed to Home Town departmental stores at Maratha halli, Bangalore, from where it was ordered. Inspite of waiting for more than one month, the matter is not being attended to. The product is well within the warranty period. The after sales service of Home Town departmental stores leaves much to be desired, to say the least.
