[Resolved] HomeTown — Non delivery of purchased item | |||||
I purchased 3+2+1 recliner sofa and a centre table from hometown in noida (The great india place) on 21-feb-2017. After numerous follow-up and several visits to the store, the item was partially delivered (3+1 sofa and centre table) on 16-arril-2017, even though it was partially delivered, they did not install the items completely and the centre table is still packed as it is. There is nobody who owns any responsibility at the store and are generally very rule in dealing with the customer. I believe this is because i have made full payment in advance.
