I dont understand how you function but dont you think that you should called up and enquired abt it? Its been 2 weeks from the day we received the product but no technician called-up till date.
I had sent two call complaints, still then no help from your side.
Is this the way you function your system?
I am not happy at all. Even the customer care executives are not helpful at all. How long do you want me to wait? You took a month to deliver the product and now have to wait another month? Are you guys kidding?
