We have bought queen size bed at hometown punjagutta location 3 years back. As we moved to other location, we requested for dismantling the same. It is done and we have placed a request on 23rd april again for assembling this. No one got back to us after following up for more than 5 times every day. The staff will never lift the phone if we call for the status. This is frustrating now and i need immediate resolution on this.
Even the manager (vardhan) couldn't pick up the calls made by me to find the status.
