I booked Ambra king size bed and I got a the furniture one day delay. I am surprised to see the damage piece and the carpenter who was sent my hometown also confirmed that damage piece has been sent to many people and returned to warehouse. I knew about the damage piece from mouthshut review as per below link. http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Home-Town-Bangalore-review-utmpnlnpos During my booking, store manager told the defect has been taken care in new products and that is reason the product is still displayed in our show room, I don't want to buy any item from home town, If I receive a damage piece for new booking what is guarantee that, the product sold by hometown will last in my home for a month. Also the review shows the pain dealing with HOMETOWN. I am wondering how come the damage product is being sold to customer again and again with no action taken by hometown.
