[Resolved] HomeTown — Unprofessional Attitude | |||
I booked a kitchen long time back and paid 80k advance with a condition that I will from nalize deal if a future group gift voucher (received for bigbazaar) is accepted. At the time of signing sales person Mr Kunal promised to revert asap but later after numerous followups learnt that voucher will not be accepted. I requested to cancel the deal as agreed. Its been over 3 months and I am yet to get my refund back. I ll be taking legal action to get the refund including interest on 80k if my money is not returned in a weeks time. Its really frustrating.
