Hometown Vikhroli — Delivery of Recliner

Dear Team, We had ordered a double recliner a few days ago from Hometown which was supposed to be delivered today. Since me and my wife are both working we had specifically asked the sales person not to have it delivered after 6PM. Still my wife got a call today noon that they are starting from the warehouse to deliver the recliner. She asked them to deliver it by 6 and give her a call one hour in advance but the delivery person did nothing of that sort and went ahead with his other schedules. Kindly look into this and have the recliner delivered today itself as was informed at the time of buying. When the sales person was aware of our situation why was this information not passed on to the delivery guys.
