I am purchasing active 5g on 28th june 2019. I completed the two free services. Second free service 3376 km i get a problem after completed a week. I retuned the vehicle due to battery failure your dealer code ap010007 dealer name harmony motors private limited hyderabad. I shocked and feel ashamed about your services, please recheck my vehicle totally. Don't repeat this again.

    I was purchase my activa5g (Mh 27 cl-0398) on jan 2019, but that time they says 1yr warranty of my vehical tyres so, right now they says claim for this & i get shriram general insurance but service mgr. Says paid 411rs. Afterthat they proceed for it. But when i was tell them 1yr warranty of tyre then they says yes & give me a warranty letter but when i was go to mrf tyre showroom then they says 7-8days time to replacement & open tyre will handle after that they proceed for it... But all details they did not give in ur honda showroom.. And honda's employee didn't helps to customer if customer have urgency for it what should they do. Because honda's as well as mrf company not supporting to customer on priority basis. I want my tyre replacement within 1days as urgent basis. I am working women and daily i required my vehicle. So, i am not locked my vehical.

      Not doing services properly like washing and polishing bike and we have to tell him to clean the bike properly after the service also. And it's my 3rd services now and i have to tell them again again to clean properly. Please help us out sir the service men are doing this problem regular when i send the bike to service and also take my complaint.

        Abhi tak meri complaint solve nahi hui hai. Maine apne treatment ka kharcha manga hai..
        Mere father nahi hai.. Mai job karke apne ghar ka kharcha chalati hu.. Mera accident scooty ki galat service hone ke karan hua hai.

        Meri scooty service karayi thi galat service hone ki wajah se mera accident ho gaya hai..

        Mere ankle mai 3 facture ho gaye hai..

        Honda mai complaint ki to unhone bola check karao scooty.. Humne kaha ke jab mai theek ho jaungi tab apne samne check karaungi..

        Unhone kaha jab tak check nahi karaoge to kaise man le service galat hui hai claim kaise milega.

        Hume finance treatment karane ke liye jarurat thi humne scooty check karne ke liye de di thi.
        Wo showroom lekar gaye scooty theek karke de gaye..

        Bina koi paise liye free nai theek kari apni chori chipa li..

        Slow speed mai bhag rahi thi scooty.

        Shri masha honda service dealer ke employee ki laparwahi ki wajah se mera accident hua hai..

        Mujhe apne treatment ka sara claim chaiye ense.
        Enhone meri help nahi ki to mai news channel nd consumer court etc sab jagah complaint karungi..

        Sir 1 mahina ho gaya mere accident ko honda walon ne mere treatment ka claim tak nahi diya staff ki laparwahi ki wajah se mera accident hua hai..
        I have buy activa 5g for 3 months back year but activa get too much noise, vibration while slow drive in traffic and I have a bad experience, it does not happen to others and that service manger and sales manger saying now its works saying as many times but not resolved.

          I bought the subject vehicle with the regn no up80fc2450 on 16 may 2019 from m/s anandji honda, sewla jat, gwalior road, agra (Necessary documents enclosed).

          According to the latest rulings under the mv act, all the vehicles bought after 01 apr 2019, are to be issued with high security registration plate, by the dealer / agency / manufacturer, in the earliest subsequent period, following the purchase.

          I have yet not been provided the requisite pair of hsrp, till date, despite repeated requests to the aforesaid dealer.

          I have also lodged a complaint on the public grievance portal of the goi (Copy enclosed). However, no reply has been recd.

          Kindly do the needful so as to help me to obtain the requisite hsrp at the earliest, please.

            I had visited today in Aditya Honda Authorized Dealer for Inquiry to Purchase Activa 5G for Black Color i got quotation more price than Sub Dealer Costing, i just want to confirm is it right quotation i had received from Aditya Honda.That person told me only two color available right now and Sub Dealer told me all color available.                 I have a honda cb unicorn. Today i gave ny bike for service in ganga honda service center ring raod surat but people who do all the work here do not pay any attention and have been given in the bike for 2 days, but no work has been done here yet, people do not even bat well, i have great faith in the honda company but now this service after trust is lost.

                  Very dangerous head light.

                  Honda activa 125 new, it has led head light is very sharp bright and uncomfortable for the others. Moreover it's create blank spot in eyes of the front vehicle driver, they may lose vision for a moment. My suggestion is to reduce brightness or do correct. I think you should have get more test on it.

                    I have bought my honda grazia in nov 2018 (Inr 78700), and after couple of week i heard abnormal sound from gear box side, same had reported and rectified by honda team, but after two - three days it occurred again. Four times i had send vehicle for service only for that purpose and four times they checked during free service period, total eight times they have checked (Within 11 months) but problem repeating again and again, also abnormal sound increasing gradually. I request you to please take any fruitful action before leading towards major issue in my scooter.

                      On 29th september 2019 i bought a honda grazia drum brake for around rs. 86000/- with 5 years insurance from one of your sales agent bhavesh auto, pimpalner tal sakri dist dhule maharashtra india who is delivering under your dealer dhruv honda dhule maharashtra india. They delivered me a grazia manufactured in july 2018 in september 2019. I came to know about this fraud at the time of rto passing. I contacted the sales agent from whom i purchased the same two wheeler but he didn't even attend me.in fact totally ignored and left me unseen and unattended on going at his showroom. After 2 days he agreed to replace the same two wheeler with new one of recent manufacturing but in another colour. I asked him for the same colour which is black, he insured me that he will provide with the same within 4 days. Now its been a week till now he didn't provided me the new model of honda grazia. So today i called him about the same now he is clearly denying to replace the old manufactured honda grazia in the name of honda india is not allowing him to replace the same.
                      I kindly request you to please help me out and guide in the same case.
                      I have been looted and got cheated by your dealer and sales agent and no one is taking action over this matter that's why before going for any judicial action i preferred to cantact you.
                      I hope you will solve my issue as soon as possible and will also punish the dealer and perticularly that sales agent because such type of service is not expected from honda

                        I purchased honda unicorn 150cc on3/11/2018 for 99000 /- rs.
                        U give me 5 years waranty. But from first day of taking bike there is problem in handle to wheel assembly and kat-kat-kat sound appears in handle. I complete 6th servicing in your servicing station but till today your mechenic/ engineer not identified from where sound comes.
                        This headacable disappointment for me from first day.
                        Why you sold such faulty bikes? Told me why?

                          मैं सेवा, गारंटी और कर्मचारियों और धोखाधड़ी के बारे में शिकायत दर्ज करना चाहता हूं।
                          पहला यह है कि मैंने ढोलवाल अग्रदूत होंडा से ढाई महीने पहले एक सक्रिय स्कूटर खरीदा था। समय पर मरम्मत और मरम्मत किया। दूसरी बार सेवा में मैंने इंजन में खराबी के बारे में बताया, लेकिन अभी भी खराबी लंबित है। सर्विस मैन ने कहा कि क्लच में समस्या है। क्लच नीले और लाल हो जाते हैं। क्योंकि हम ब्रेक दबाकर स्कूटर चलाते हैं। क्या हम मूर्ख हैं? ब्रेक दबाकर कौन चला सकता है क्या आप?
                          उन्होंने कहा कि हम इंजन के कलपुर्जे को बदल नहीं सकते। फिर क्यों कॉम्पनी ने 3 साल के गुरंट्टी के लिए पैसे लिए। यह एक आकस्मिक एक्टिवा नहीं है। यह इंजन के पुर्जों के बारे में शिकायत है। अगला व्यवहार है - उन्होंने कहा कि शायद ही हम आपकी एक्टिवा इंजन की गलती के बारे में कोई बात करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी एक्टिवा को वापस ले लें। मुझे संदेह है कि उन्होंने दूसरे एक्टिवा के साथ हिस्सा बदल दिया है। 2 महीने में क्लच शाफ्ट डैमेज कैसे हो सकता है या आपके नए उत्पाद वास्तव में कचरा हो सकते हैं।
                          बहुत बेवकूफ और असभ्य स्टाफ क्षेत्र में। कल 18 अक्टूबर को मैंने एक नया एक्टिवा खरीदा। उसी समय मैंने गैरेज को अपनी 2 महीने की एक्टिवा दी
                          लेकिन अब मुझे पछतावा है। मैंने इसे क्यों खरीदा।
                          मैं प्रार्थना करता हूं कि इस प्रकार की कंपनी को बंद या समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए। तीसरी शिकायत यह है कि सेवा के समय मेरा जॉब कार्ड नं। 31 था
                          लेकिन 32 नं। जॉब कार्ड एक्टिवा मेरी एक्टिवा से पहले सर्व किया गया। क्योंकि यह प्रबंधक बाइक थी। जब मैंने इसके बारे में पूछा कि उनकी एक्टिवा की मरम्मत मेरे सामने क्यों हुई और मैंने कहा कि मैं अपनी एक्टिवा की मरम्मत नहीं करना चाहता। तब प्रबंधक ने कहा कि ठीक है अगर तुम नहीं चाहते तो जाओ। बहुत ही बेवकूफ असभ्य स्टाफ यहाँ कंपनी में है। जानवर अधिक विश्वासयोग्य होते हैं फिर आप होंडा कंपनी। अपने सेवा प्रबंधक ने क्लच शाफ्ट के बारे में कहा कि हम इसे अन्य पुराने इंजन भागों के साथ बदल देंगे। लेकिन मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि पुराने हिस्सों को नई एक्टिवा में क्यों रखा जाए?
                          सेवा समय पर वे मेरे एक्टिवा क्लच शाफ्ट को किसी अन्य एक्टिवा से हटा सकते हैं। यदि मेरी समस्या हल नहीं होगी।
                          मैं इसे सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो के साथ पोस्ट करता हूं और सोशल मीडिया पर एक विज्ञापन चलाऊंगा। सशुल्क विज्ञापन वीडियो के साथ चलाया जाएगा।

                            Dear sir, i was purchased my honda dream neo at 21 september, 2018. So i completed my four free services. During every services, i complain for corrosives silencer of bike. But everytime this matter ignored by them and told me with consolation that "it will be solve by us, so don't worry". After completion of four services i was taken warranty for change silencer because of it downplayed too much, so the workshop supervisor of showroom told me that "i will change your silencer in two days". After two days they call mee and said that "your bike's silencer is change and please come at showroom to take your bike". I was gone their showroom and take my bike, i saw my bike's silencer and it was looked like a new. But i seen deeply with small eyes and knew that only black color spread on silencer. They was colored and didn't tell me. Then i told them that it was wrong with me. But didn't take action and behave with badly.

                            It is too much poor service quality of honda 2 wheeler showroom of morbi in gujarat. I have no words to tell them. I am disappointed for playing this kind of game with me. I think, that's like too many cases were make their.

                            So dear sir, please take my complain carefully and take action for responsible person and please solve my problem. Please cooperate me, thank you.

                              I am going to the service date 9.10.19 i have complaint for service and chain spoct replase and washing clutch assy oil& other works
                              They dileverd bike in ofter two days. But work are not done properly.
                              They generated some new problem bike are not given average.

                                Myself jithin raju. This is the second consecutive day i am giving my unicorn for service in adithya honda, mukkam. Yesterday i didn't get it servised as they said there were some vehicles pending. I understand that, and today i again went their and insisted them to get my bike serviced by afternoon. When i reached here, they are repeating the same explanation. They made us wait their over hours and we had to skip our lunch. Totally unacceptable!!
                                I remember the staff that was rude enough, abildas. You guys better teach your staff how to atleast deal with customers properly.

                                    I Kumer Singh chuphal 80 year old ex service man I buy a Honda activa in feb 18, 2019 from VD Honda Near sec 1 Palam . A continue noise in my scooty engine very first day of purchase but their supervisors and mechanic are not sorting my problem because they are not capable now they are not accepting my activa supervisor name Arvind [protected].

                                      I have purchased last year a aviator scotty from a local dealer in ranchi which was due for free service 4th service this month. I have made a complaint that it has a start problem. But even after the servicing, the problem persists. Please look into the matter at your earliest on an urgent basis.

                                        Sir i brought a new honda activa 125 since last october 2018 but after 1st servicing i complained them about my battery discharging problem and handed the battery to jas honda sambalpur odisha since april 2019. After approaching them frequently they are not listening and solving my problem and till now i havent got a new replaced battery. Now after losing my patience i am complaining online and seeking to take legal action against that company.
