I got a new bike just 4 month ago, after 1 month the bike have some problems but last 1 month the bike has very serious problems... Like. Front wheel sound, front shock absorbers sound, self start problems and body vibrate just 45 kmh speed, that's why i told in servicing time but problems was not short out, after that 2nd time again told servicing centre honda show room, but same result...

I was purchased the bike[protected]. After that so long time i was called to Showroom. and the showroom representative and other staff always behavior with me very rude and. i always ask for my bike RC bool. they are always ignore my issue. and till now i have no RC book. and i cannot drive my bike due to my vehicle paper till now pending

    Good morning

    1. On 27 sep 19 i have done paid service ie engine repair (For honda activa 125) at haiku motors pvt ltd, domlur, bangalore. Vide invoice no: ka[protected] dt 27 sep 19. Dealer code ka010002. They have given warranty for six months.

    2. After one month i went to service centre for re-check and servicing of my activa-125 vide invoice no: ka[protected] dt 26 oct 19. Servicing not done properly, humming sound coming from engine, they have only washed the vehicle and handed over to me.

    3. Sir it is requested to kindly look into the matter and allow me for free servicing against above said invoice.

      This is vippin gs asst. Manager dept. Of service at vertiv energy (Ebp) in field of power line. I was purchased honda hornet ka -04 jl-9292 bike on 2017 at planet honda t. Dasarahalli bangalore from the day first to till this people given very bad experience and poor service support, i was given my bike for service of 14000/- km to planet honda t. Dasarahalli branch and i'm facing some problems submitted while giving the service and mentioned in job card 1) pickup issue 2) millage is poor 3) rear disc break is not working properly 4) handle is tight 5)*fuse is blowing while water servicing or raining*6) engine oil change.in the month of october 2019 i have given 4 times to resolves the issue
      1) 1st time -3/10/19 - inv number - ka01bb[protected]
      2) 2nd time - 9/10/19.
      3) 3rd time -12/10/19 - job card num-8561
      4) 4th time-30/10/2019-job card num-10251.
      Let me know is it possible within 45 minutes sort out the above problems? This people was done service while before given the service and after the service it's same no changes and they are not rectify the issues. Any one can wants pls visit this branch simple they will charge thousands of rupees... And more over we have follow their rules of technicians if we raise the complaints next time they not done anything in the service and no one is taking a responsibility to customers satisfaction and mainly non-technical people's in service line.
      Honda is a brand customers is trusting this name but planet honda this type of dealer is creating black mark on this brand, sales any one can do but service is backbone of the company, after the sales good service is very important. Let me know how many times customer has to visit in a single problem for rectification? I was visited 4th times in a month but not satisfied with their services. Why your giving service policy to this type of dealer they doesn't know the service, not only am telling check with all customers who are all given the service to this dealer after the service, you can check with all the customer or visit to this branch take the feedback from customers at the point it will comes to "0"%.
      Let me know best service provider in peenya side. If local service provider people also...
      Finally i was decided this type of service getting from the honda service center am looking local service providers to rectify my bike issues and upcoming services also.
      Dear customers never ever go to planet honda showroom this people are money minded people's, why am telling you normally push pin locker around its cost is max 5 rupee but this people's will charge 180 rupees we can buy full packet in any service spares outlet. I have a bill what they are raised for the same.
      Dear honda team i never expected this type of service after the sales, it's very bad experience i will never ever promotes or comes to service/ buying any new things this type of services and i'm giving ratings of this -10/10 (Ten out of minus ten) it's fully dead.
      I will not leave this quiry until my amount to be refund or rectify the problems.

        Ipurchached active honda in april 19 immediately after some time battery stopped working on approaching dealer he took battery and assured new battery will provided after getting same from exide, after 10 days same battery was fitted with assurance it will work, battery had again stopped workig and dealer took battery on 21st but till date battery has not been replaced and i am enable to run my scooty.           My registration no is mh47ae2553. Sincle last one year i am complaining that scooter kabhi bhi bandh ho raha hai. This time they charged me also for this problem but problem is not resolved. I am giving at venetian honda in borivali west in mumbai.

          If you cant resolve my problem for one year then what is the benefit of getting service done at authorised service centre. I feel road side service centres are better then your authorised service centre.

          Kindly do the needful.

            1. Purchased activa 5g limited edition on 25-oct-2019
            2. It worked well for 2 days
            3. On sunday, noticed the problem of self start after scooty is idle for 3-4 hours during the evening.
            4. Took scooty back to the dealer (Regency motors). The mechanic bobby checked it and said he fixed it by cleaning the carburettor.
            5. Scooty looked well with self start during the day and i brought it back to my home.
            6. At around 7pm, after scooty was idel for 3-4 hours, agains noticed the problem of self start which took long.
            7. I feel like i have been handed over the defective model.
            8. Please recall this scooty or get it fixed.

              Purcahsed activa 5g on 31 aug 2019 and my scooter doesnot start on morning everyday facing same problem even after taking choke.. Service person is unable to identify problem even after checking 2 times... Everytime the tell the problem is fixed.. And next day same problem starts again.. If company cant identify the problem then please change the scooter as soon as possible

                Scooter not start problem. I have purchase honda activa scooter 5g in january month. But continue facing scooter start problem. Many time inform to honda show room but not found any permanent solution till date. Every time show room person charge battery and scooter hand over to me. If we not run one day scooter than facing this type problem. If not resolve this issue please interchange scooter on priority.

                  Iam give my active scooter at kaislewal honda work shop m. G road 19 th oct 2019 for denting and penting and other works nobudy atten my scooter and the same condition returan my vehicle 22nd oct 2019. Ther are not give any region. They give my 7500/- total astimatet for all work. After three days they give my vehicle same condition. Nobudy atten my vehicle for reparing.

                    Sir maine parallax honda ramgarh jharkhand se ek scooty final bill and booking krwaya tha jiski purchase date 25 oct ko thi, pr jab mere father gye whan to unse jabarajasti ke (780+500) service dya gya or kha gya ki ye polish ke lye hai agar aap ise nhi lenge to aapko gadi nhi milega, is baat ka pata mujhe ek din baad me chla jaise hi pata chla mein parallax honda ko phone kya or kafi der baat hone ke baad unhone mera paisa wapas karne ko tayar ho gye lekin jab mein whan pahuncha to mujhe sirf 500 wapas kya gya or kha gya ki humne aapke father se paise chin kar to nhi na lya unhe service aachi lagi hogi, aap kyun nhi aaye us din lene waqt or tarah tarah ki baatein or finally nhi waps kya, mein aapse kehta hun agar mein galat hun to ise close kar de or sahi to ispar apna vichar kare or action le.

                        I was purchase my activa5g (Mh 27 cl-0398) on jan 2019, but that time they says 1yr warranty of my vehical tyres so, right now they says claim for this & i get shriram general insurance but service mgr. Says paid 411rs. Afterthat they proceed for it. But when i was tell them 1yr warranty of tyre then they says yes & give me a warranty letter but when i was go to mrf tyre showroom then they says 7-8days time to replacement & open tyre will handle after that they proceed for it... But all details they did not give in ur honda showroom.. And honda's employee didn't helps to customer if customer have urgency for it what should they do. Because honda's as well as mrf company not supporting to customer on priority basis. I want my tyre replacement within 1days as urgent basis. I am working women and daily i required my vehicle. So, i am not locked my vehical.

And it's my 3rd services now and i have to tell them again again to clean properly.                             Abhi tak meri complaint solve nahi hui hai. Maine apne treatment ka kharcha manga hai..
                            Mere father nahi hai.. Mai job karke apne ghar ka kharcha chalati hu.. Mera accident scooty ki galat service hone ke karan hua hai.

                            Meri scooty service karayi thi galat service hone ki wajah se mera accident ho gaya hai..

                            Mere ankle mai 3 facture ho gaye hai..

                            Honda mai complaint ki to unhone bola check karao scooty.. Humne kaha ke jab mai theek ho jaungi tab apne samne check karaungi..

                            Unhone kaha jab tak check nahi karaoge to kaise man le service galat hui hai claim kaise milega.

                            Hume finance treatment karane ke liye jarurat thi humne scooty check karne ke liye de di thi.
                            Wo showroom lekar gaye scooty theek karke de gaye..

                            Bina koi paise liye free nai theek kari apni chori chipa li..

                            Slow speed mai bhag rahi thi scooty.

                            Shri masha honda service dealer ke employee ki laparwahi ki wajah se mera accident hua hai..

                            Mujhe apne treatment ka sara claim chaiye ense.
                            Enhone meri help nahi ki to mai news channel nd consumer court etc sab jagah complaint karungi..

                            Sir 1 mahina ho gaya mere accident ko honda walon ne mere treatment ka claim tak nahi diya staff ki laparwahi ki wajah se mera accident hua hai..
                            I have buy activa 5g for 3 months back year but activa get too much noise, vibration while slow drive in traffic and I have a bad experience, it does not happen to others and that service manger and sales manger saying now its works saying as many times but not resolved.

                              I bought the subject vehicle with the regn no up80fc2450 on 16 may 2019 from m/s anandji honda, sewla jat, gwalior road, agra (Necessary documents enclosed).

                              According to the latest rulings under the mv act, all the vehicles bought after 01 apr 2019, are to be issued with high security registration plate, by the dealer / agency / manufacturer, in the earliest subsequent period, following the purchase.

                              I have yet not been provided the requisite pair of hsrp, till date, despite repeated requests to the aforesaid dealer.

                              I have also lodged a complaint on the public grievance portal of the goi (Copy enclosed). However, no reply has been recd.

                              Kindly do the needful so as to help me to obtain the requisite hsrp at the earliest, please.

                                I had visited today in Aditya Honda Authorized Dealer for Inquiry to Purchase Activa 5G for Black Color i got quotation more price than Sub Dealer Costing, i just want to confirm is it right quotation i had received from Aditya Honda.That person told me only two color available right now and Sub Dealer told me all color available.                                   I bought the subject vehicle with the regn No UP80FC2450 on 16 May 2019 from M/s Anandji Honda, Sewla Jat, Gwalior Road, Agra (necessary documents enclosed).

                                  According to the latest rulings under the MV Act, all the vehicles bought after 01 Apr 2019, are to be issued with High Security Registration Plate, by the dealer / agency / manufacturer, in the early subsequent period, following the purchase.

                                  I have yet NOT been provided the requisite pair of HSRP, till date, despite repeated requests to the aforesaid dealer.

                                    I have a honda cb unicorn. Today i gave ny bike for service in ganga honda service center ring raod surat but people who do all the work here do not pay any attention and have been given in the bike for 2 days, but no work has been done here yet, people do not even bat well, i have great faith in the honda company but now this service after trust is lost.

                                    Not except to service and also told that u brought this showroom to except to service.
                                    Pls tell me what can I do?

                                      Very dangerous head light.

                                      Honda activa 125 new, it has led head light is very sharp bright and uncomfortable for the others. Moreover it's create blank spot in eyes of the front vehicle driver, they may lose vision for a moment. My suggestion is to reduce brightness or do correct. I think you should have get more test on it.

                                        I have bought my honda grazia in nov 2018 (Inr 78700), and after couple of week i heard abnormal sound from gear box side, same had reported and rectified by honda team, but after two - three days it occurred again. Four times i had send vehicle for service only for that purpose and four times they checked during free service period, total eight times they have checked (Within 11 months) but problem repeating again and again, also abnormal sound increasing gradually. I request you to please take any fruitful action before leading towards major issue in my scooter.
