I have send my activa for oil change to company. The activa was in a good running condition before oil change and we are not facing any problem. But still the service center has change the ignition coil without reason and without informing us. I have told them only to change oil in the job sheet. They have charge rs 1032.90. And after changing the coil the new starting problem begin. Kindly resolve my issue otherwise i have to go to consumer court

I am purchased Honda hornet 160 single disck October 2017 last month my bike digital speed meter not working so I am going to Honda service center Panipat Malik Honda he says that it's jenuan fault he says that u will be wait 7 to 10 days and coming my service center change my meter but he is not responding last 7days he don't change my meter

My Honda 2 wheeler Honda Grazia he is not redy after 2, month, is andheri east 21 Honda sarvice center Chandivali. Hi told me is part not available. My bike no is MH 03 CX 7791 please give reply this my problem. Not ans this service center person.

    They are not starting any sort of work in my activa since three days
    At the time of preparing job card the work manager assured me that the work will start till sunday or at last monday but now today on monday they are still saying it will take 2-3 more days and making nuisance excuses

      I buy a new honda cb unicorn 150 cc from a b. U. Bhandari, pune dealer before a 1 month ago. Initially i complaint against dealer and company but they do not take initiate action on my complaint. They have delivered a defective bike, through showroom & without quality checking handle and chassis part.
      Issue with the my new bike handle assembly is right side tilted. That's way bike is not maintain proper balance & many time bike skit on road. Increases a stress on my right hand after driving a bike not conformable a rider. I have complained it to company 3 to 4 times and shown to service center 5 to 6 times they have tried to repair but the issue is still persist (On date:). Service center now saying that problem is solved but it is not solved.. They have forcefully signed the letter with problem is solved and mentally harassed on me by a service center lady said "please check your right hand problem on medical center". Also she don't have a manners to talk with customers.
      I want service my bike problem by company but they are not ready to do this.. Plzz help me to solve this problem asap. Otherwise i will fill a case against a company by the motor vehicle amendment act 110a.

        I, lokendra tatwavedy bought honda shine from dhanlaxmi honda sirohi rajasthan approx oct-18. All the three mandatory service done by me timely. I found some uncomfort from last three or four months. I went to the service station and complaint that. The service person check and advised that it will improve automatically, but it never improved. Than i met to the manager/ owner, he told me that the sock absorber has finished/spoiled and you have to change at your own expense. I told that it run only 13400 km. He didnot response and misbehave with me.
        Now what should i do. That type of owner/ manager would harmful for company. Give me your advise otherwise i will have to take further decision.

          Hi team,
          I have bought new hornet bike and delivery on 11/09/2019 (Wednesday). On friday nit suddenly my bike got stopped in the middle of the road @ 11pm so i parked in my bike friend home. Next day morning i contacted that showroom ([protected]@10am), they dididn't pick the call. After an hour they call me.. I have informed them. They said i will send some service persons to that place. After waiting 3 hrs then i called them, they said we are going to start. finally i got irritated and went to near my mechanic shop. They solved the problem in 5 mins. He said this is very minor issue.
          I really fell bad no one from the showroom supported me to solve the problem, where bike is delivered 3days ago.
          Please take necessary action on that showroom.

            Myself shayan hanif khatri purchased activa 5g deluxe chasis no. Me4jf50baku188761 engine no. Jf50eu8188798 dt.[protected].

            Only 5 months has passed my vehicle start button is not working properly and also kick is not working properly & engine get cooled within fraction of second after 2nd service is done and also i do not get average of vehicle

            I think so i have received a defected vehicle from authorized dealer or else replace the new one as i am not satisfied with this vehicle because every time engine get cooled down when i am stuck in traffic then i need to kick more than 5 times after giving accelerator

            Please look into the matter at the earliest

              I am having starting problem in my honda activa 5g since i purchased 1 year back & serviced 4 times regularly but after the service, every time i had an issue of starting problem in 4 services also & has been escalated & highlighted to service center. Due to the belief in honda brand i was quite confident that there wont be any major issues but when checked with service center i came to know that there is an issue with carburetor problem, air filter problem & finally said engine (Head problem). The last service was done on 18th of august 2019 & within 2 days i faced the same issue & following up the same issue since last one week but no proper response nor issue is resolved, i need proper solution to be provided or replace my scooter as its covered with 2 year warranty...

                Already I filled complaint regards this, I didn't get any response so-far. Please do the needful first. And one more suggestion I want to tell you that Don't give any assurance or gift, complimentary to the customers.And please respond the complaints from the side of Customers.I think I was cheated by your side. Finally there is no other to, I will meet you by Consumer court, if you ignore this complaint again.It is too long to solve this problem. More over you are not keep the assurance as your Manager of the show room (Marketing), when I purchased this vehicle.(Complimentary and Gift Voucher)

                  Delay in replacing the CDI part by aadhi honda at coimbatore

                  They are dragging for past 1 week, saying 5 more days required,

                  when raise a complaint they resolve it immediately without resolving the problem

                  I was told the warranty part has to come from rajasthan .Not sure why any stock there for such parts in south india.

                  Even standby vehicle not there .

                  Your service centre at Gaunariya Babu, byke servicing is too bad, because after servicing byke the same issue is continuing in byke.
                  Kindly advise to your service center manager to arrange trend mechanic for servicing.

                    I am purchase honda 2 wheeler hona sp shine 125 near about 6 manth before. First few days it's running ok. But after that some issues comings in some time no start or triffc time sandly auto stop bike, after 10 to 20 start and front disc brack pad finish only 8000. Alrady complaint for online but no salution my complaint. I shall go to service center but they are not gives complete satisfaction to me.

                    I am purchase honda 2 wheeler cb unicorn 150 near about 25 days before. First few days it's running ok. But after that some issues comings in chain sockets of anywhere at chain system. I shall go to service center but they are not gives complete satisfaction to me.
                    Just yesterday i am doing first servicing, also told same problem. But they are not check clearly or anything.
                    Same problem to be continue in my bike.

                    So pls do needful!

                      Dear sir, i would like to inform to you. my Honda shine which registration no is RJ 27-QS-8070, owner name: Kishan lal Bhanwar lal Meghwal which engine no is JC65E70038288.
                      Recently my Honda shine have some engine problem arises. engine make some noise, smoke and hiting so i went to your authorized dealer SHRIJEE Honda which situated at Fatahpura, UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN and they check my Honda shine bike and they says to me your bike engine (valve, piston ) problem is there. your estimated cost is around Rs. 7000 and they don't repaired my bike and they says to me your bike warranty period is expired because of you missed bike service and not change oil but i always change oil time to time and one service may be missed because my bike is already in workshop at SHRIJEE.

                      In short, they don’t give me any kind of warranty on my bike and other answers,
                      Please sir help me and you solved my problem immediately basis. I hope u solved my problem..finally only one sentence……Honda bike is my completed dream…i always trust you and your company…

                        I have a complaint about the honda authorised dealer situated at kangra himachal pardesh as named of brajeshwari honda that are charge insufficient charges by customer.
                        Such as i applied high security number plate by them @rs 250/- for my activa scooty number is hp903393. The government fees is rs150/-with installation.
                        But the honda dealer take 50/- more extra for install the number plate that is illegitimate.
                        One more thing they force fully sell their extra accessories and charge 65% more then market price and never gave any type of gst bill or reciept of such amount charges.
                        I m requested for enquir about it and inform me soon as soon

                          I had a minor accident and gave my bike for insurance purpose on 25 july 2019 chetan and saurav at the insurance department have no way of working lost my documents and further worse is they kept the bike in service centre for more than 40 days and outside of service centre getting wet in rain all engine all and petrol tank was filled with water when i received the vehicle and they said they wont do anything for that as they keep all vehicles outside in the rain rusting of my vehicle due to the service centre space problems is not there responsibility.

                          Never ever go to vj honda experience

                            Ap04bm1802 is my byke i bought it in2017 but in 2019 september the pavan bhargav honda mogalturu saying that bore kit failure occured and engine shaft failure occured both has to be replaced and it costs 15000 how can the bore kit and engine shaft of a new byke failes within 2 years. Why because the company itself sold me a failured byke model whose engine failure is a complaint for this model. The company has to replace my bykes engine bore kit and craft shaft because due to companies mistake i sufferd a lot by buying this byke both mentally and economically if the company doesnt replaces i will fight leagally. Kindly make my bykes borekit and engine shaft replaced by company itself

                              😡my vehicle is honda livo 110cc 1 year is done past 3 to 5 months i am saying to the show room and also service center i have told them that in my bike mileage is not getting they told that do 1 st service u will get the mileage then for 2nd and 3rd service they told same. Now they r saying u do 4th service u will get pakka mileage...,. Waste of money, time etc...

                                Rohtak lochab honda spars parts issue 15 days. Plus my bike in service centre but no one parts are available please help me too much time taken this work. Please resolve this problem.
                                26 august 2019 day of submit in service centre.
                                Returning date 09 september 2019.

                                And today date is.11 september 2019
                                Today i go in service centre they said 15 days more. I had totally fed-up. So please sir, help me.

                                  Hello this is mohammed omer purchased activa 125cc from aadi honda Dilsuknagar from the date of purchase I'm in trouble with my bike first for rta registration from showroom now from service I gave their for service and now my scooter is giving problems every 3 Kilmetres or 1 kilometre it's getting stop the service manager HARISH i called him 100 times no proper response now phone is switch off no one is handling my problem even I drop complaints many time but you all also not responding my bad experience to buy honda

                                    I have purchased honda activa in 2014 and my usage is minimal, monthly average 1000kms or 2000kms, service people not resolving my vehicle service problem and charging more money, whenever we go for service i am loosing my spare parts in showroom and unnecessary advice's giving to me. This month 9th sep 2019 i have given my vehicle for service (25423kms) they have changed my engine belt which was in good condition and they said to change crank, when i asked my engine is not smoking and its in smooth condition, they forced me to change but am not done, now my self also not working, before going to service station both are in good condition (Self and horn) now not working...

                                    I am expecting some positive response from your end

                                      I have done 3rd services and i m getting problem bike handel fourk out and shockupser i was told the am m getting that issue but they people not resolve issue. After visit yash honda showroom i was spoke with manager he said ra 1600 charges for the shockupser. But before serviceing there is no issue for shockupser after done that...
