I purchased honda activa 5g limited edition t. N.03 aa 0211 from balaji honda, tiruvotriyur high road branch, chennai, tamil nadu, india and my vehicle was received by dealer for first service today 20.07.2019.. But not delivered the same and not informed me about delay.. When in the evening i went in person simply without regret i was informed it is not made ready.. Kindly warn the dealer as honda's name is degraded.

    Full paymentt in the form the employee has misbehave with coustomer and agent which i have exchange with the showroom this is my first experience that employee
    Has rude behaviour with coustomer i hope there will be take action on employee that this will not happen in future.

        Hi,

        Regularly i use to service my dio bike in honda service center chennai - ayanavaram.

        But this month of june, the service was too bad, t
        1. Doesn't wash my bike.
        2. While m giving bike without any extra sound, but after the service the while racing the bike it was vry sound.
        3. Self start does not working
        4. Inbetween the bike was getting off.
        5. Whiling asking all those information to service center they are telling to bring the bike next week and then i went for next week they told that everyone went for break... I have waited but no one come.
        6. My bike was vry good before giving for service but aft the service my bike getting spoiled. I love my dio bike very much. But they correctly get the service money from us. I l

            The service manager of hindon honda mahipal chaudhary dont know how to retain his customer, he don't know value of customer time, he don' t know how to maintain his staff regarding customer service i don't know on which basis hindon hinda hired him as manager. The person who don't know how to retain customer for vehical service he is not able to give his service on this post the card maker person dont know how to talk and how to give time to customer for service so i requested to honda to take action against mahipal chaudhary hindon honda service manager. Firat he agreed to apply my coupon of discount when i complained about his bad service he refused to apply that coupon hahahaha now you understand the behaviour of that person towards customer

                I having cb unicorn 150 two wheeler, after my free service i have taken amc contract per year for rupees 1600.in that 6 service we have to do. I able to give service my bike for only 4 times.
                After 2 years i engine got some problem but i have 5 years extend warranty with honda.

                They told you not given proper service done 6 time per year only you done 4 times per year. So asking me to surrender my extended warranty.

                In this amc they telling only 4 service per year for amc. But now honda telling only 4 service for per year enough.

                So they cheated me.

                  Free servicing facility provided very carelessly

                  I have honda activa 5g just 7 months.. And its purchase from r. D. Automotives, sikar road jaipur, rajasthan. I have serviced my vehicle 1, 2 & 3 service at r. D. Automatives, plot no 11, path no7, vijay bari sikar road, jaipur, rajasthan, ndia. But the service was not satisfying.. They are not giving special attention to free service customer.. While giving estimated time during vehicle receiving not properly doing.. Everytime there behaviour is quite unprofessional. They even don't clean the vehicle properly even after instructing them. They don't listen to our complaint properly. Honda is a good brand but service centers unprofessional approach is not acceptable. Please find the attached job card copy and do needful thing in this matter asap.

                  This is not good.

                    Dear sir,
                    The manager of the cargo honda, jalandhar (Near bus station), tried his level best that i should deposit the whole amount (Rs.68000/-) at one stetch for honda activa 5g. After receiving the amount he forgot to attend and even did not attend the phone calls regarding, rc, number plate, address proof.
                    It is a shame that as soon as the vehicle was sold they did not attend even to the phone calls. The agent/worker mr. Gaurav gave several dates but could not solve my problem. Have taken rs 200 extra for affidavit regarding address proof. I sent them the address proof but, have not returned rs200/-. Till date after 20 days i do not have the vehicle no. Etc...

                      I bought a honda white activa 5g on 10th june 2019. After 3 days there were showing red spot on body of front right side and bach right side. When i went in honda service centre after one month, i told this matter with supervisor and he replied me that you have to submit this vahical and we will paint white on that red spot. When i reached to take my vahical after one week, i found that the body was changed and there was so screeches, suddenly i told him about this, the supervisor told me that again submit this vahical we repaint this and will be ready after 4 days. When i went after 4 days, the supervisor told me that that vahical will be deliver after one week. This vahical is not ready to deliver after submission of 10 days.
                      In this connection i request to you that please take needful action against this other wise we will go in consumer forum court, guwahati and will complain against your cheat.

                        My bike booked on september 2016 at pudukkottai kv honda showroom. From the first service of my bike racing lot of problems like battery issues (3 times battery replacement done). Shock absorber complaints, starting troubles, bike gets off when slower speed, self start not working properly while start in the morning and full day. Kv honda customer not consider my issues from the date of bike registration.

                          I have purchased a honda unicorn 160 bike on june 2017 from swastik honda, mandvi, kutch bearing registration no gj12de9941. Chassis no - me4kc209bh8002506. Engine no - kc20e81006293. This is the second time to giving complaint to complaint board and honda customer complaint service. While driving very noise sound coming out from cylinder. I made a complaint after the 1st service. They are replacing the cylinder and again i found the same problem after 15 days. Before when i given to the second servicing my bike giving 60 kms of mileage after servicing totally dropped mileage, pickup and problem raised again.
                          I asked to the mechanic at the service center like this, why same problem was repeated many times? He replied for my question is this is the failure model that’s why the manufacturer stopped the manufacturing this bikes. Then again i raised the question why selling these complaint bike to the customers, why company cheating customer? Then he is not replied.
                          Doubt casted in my mind that the said dealer have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense i request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a week, failling which i will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along withcost of harassment and mental agony. Treat it most urgent..

                            I am facing many problem in my new bike - engine sounda, missing (After 60km speed), gair shifting problem, from first day of purchasing, i purchased cd-110 dream dx in mid month of may 2019. Same problems it started drom first day of purchase so far it is serviced 1 time and visited 3 tym by honda service deal5 (Rohini honda) and couldn't fix issue i too strongly believe that thus is failure model and honda not taking care of it i planning a legal action against honda
                            I am also complaint regarding this 3 time in rohini honda service center but not provide positive response from there side, this time my bike second services
                            I give my bike again rohini honda and i am not pic from there.
                            Please give me my money bcoz manager told me this is engine issue in my new bike please return my money

                              Hi,

                              I bought activa 5g from sterling honda, pune showroom on 11th july and i faced issue on same day with vehicle. It's getting stop and need to start again when we reduce the vehicle speed. After that they took it to service center and increase rpm. Next day after recieving we faced viration issue while driving and again we give it for servicing and service center people send it back saying issue is resolve. And after receiving vehicle we again faced issue that it is not even starting after keeping choak on. Now they are saying there is issue with petrol supply kit. We have received vehicle just 6 days back and giving it for servicing 3 times till date.

                              Please look into it and take serious action. We want replacement, we don't want vehicle which have problem since first day of it's delivery.

                                Hi sir am staying in balanagar hyderabad i went for buying new bike... At ram honda balanagar branch collected on 27/06/2019 at night 08:30pm. But on the to vehicle getting sound on engine and shock obeserve and gear system problem.. I intimate them., but they won't take care of my vehicle., they informed me to give for service... I gave my vehicle for service but they won't intimate after servicing vehicle.. Again they shouting on customer... They take lot of time for waiting and not properly answer also... This is the way to showing on customer...

                                  I have purchased activa 5g having chasi no.98260 eng, no.98381 on 20/01/2019, i am suffering some problem with the authorised service centre named as vihaan honda at shahapur 421601 and they have charged rs.376/- for part replacement of rollersetweight code no.22123-kwn-780, but even after that my vechical is not in good to drive as it started and switch off immediatley, i have put the vechical at the seller shop named as raj motors at shahapur, later they told that one party is damaged and able to get it, you have to wait for it, i have not taken back my vechical, so please advice.

                                      Honda has made beggers to all the employers of vanishes honda. What is next step of those employers those who were working in that company. Honda said that we all r family. But were is the family going to go after terminating the dealership. Honda didn't take any risk of the employs. So we have all decided to ban all honda vehicles in belgaum district. We will make activities in ever village to not purchase honda vehicles.

Today i am visit the near m. H. Honda agency at nangal dam (Punjab) and agency sale manager is asking me tool kit purchase by local market and not change my tool kit by agency.
                                        It is requested to your goodself please chage my toolkit by company.
