I am vishnu prasad maneendra purchased unicorn bike (Ap02bs2796) on 16.08.2017 through amigos showroom hindupur (515201).
Regret to put below concern into your kind consideration..
My free services were completed in aug-2018, from then onwards i have been giving my bike for paid services in same showroom only. On 8-01-19, i faced one problem that my bike was not started after parking it in bare sunlight for around 1hr, same problem i explained to mr. Krishna (Showroom supervisor) and gave for servicing in january month. He told that problem was due to air filter, as condition was good we just cleaned and this problem would not repeat he confirmed. But 5 days back i parked my bike in local bus stop for around 1/2hr unfortunately it again gave the same problem. Then i gave my bike for servicing again to the same showroom.
This time i gave for servicing particularly for this problem alone on 26.02.19, job card no was 1484. Till now there is no response from service team, i called 5 times form past three days their answers are ridiculous. Manager of the servicing team was not available form 26.02.19 to till now. Whom we should contact? If i am asking supervisor (Mr. Kiran) he is unable to tell what things they have done for rectifying this problem. If he doesn’t know what is to be done for this problem, manager should support him. Manager himself is not available and not deployed anyone who is competitive in rectifying problems. Sorry to say that your customer service is very week. No proper systematic approach.
1. Your estimated service time is 24 hours, but from 3 days there was no response from service office.
2. No proper response from if we call them.
3. If there is a major problem, they supposed to inform us that it will get delayed.
