Very worst service done by kelambakkam vijaya honda service centre. They are not having proper mechanics to handle. Not even checking the chain also. Not proper service. Again and again they are doing the same mistake. If we tell any complaints, they are not resolving. Just doing the water wash and not even checking for the proper problems to rectify.

    Maine 4 month pahle honda ki grazia bike kharidi hai. Pahle servicing ke bad hi uske break ka problem suru hua hai jab left break liver chhodne ke baad bhi pichhewala break lagkar rahta hai iske wajah se 10km/ltr. Ka average mil raha raha had. Break release na hone ke karan running me bike jurk karti hai. 4mahine me hi power start trouble suru hua had. Our kick sleep hai kam hi nahi katti. 2 re servicing me ye sab bataya tha lekin unko problem solve nhi hua hai. Mai bahot pareshan hu. Itni mahangi bike leke kya dada.

      This is a sincere request to the honda company asking it for the manufacture of a vehicle having a engine power less than 100cc for the 16-18yrs age group of india. I request the company to design the vehicle having similar looks like honda dio. Will be really thankful to the company if it takes the initiative for this request. I typed tis request here as there no place to request or suggest the company for the same.

        Sir my bike service as per done in showroom in hyderabad but that showroom owners didn't give any bill or job card to me now i can required bill or service details for some warranty, bike engine get some damged due insufficient engine oil now iam waiting for warranty so need my 2nd service bill but showroom owner didn't give the bill and they don't respond to me.

          I have unicorn 160 motorcycle. After completion of servicing my motorcycle was not starting with power button also by kicking. Mechanic spread oil in engin removing plug and started bike with pulling choak and raced it powerful. Then the timing chain is damaged. Service centre are not taking responsibility of it. It is their mistakes i want the repairing of damaged part with their responsibilities. So please feedback obout it.

            I have bought honda activa 4g on 16 feb 2018 from jaybee honda guwahati. But after 4 months i am facing problem. Engine not started properly. My first servicing was fail due to unaware about the date. But the second servicing was done on 16 april 2018. But now activa 4g is totally dump in my home. Engine not started. I have also registered road side policy on 21 june 2018. I request honda company to check my vehicle and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              I want to bring to your notice that r k honda, jachh, nurpur, himachal pradesh is cheating his customer by taking extra money and do not guve original bills citing that no bill books available. He took rs. 2500 for active 5g insurance but the amount on insurance is 1700. He took extra rs. 800 for annual maintenance of scooter and rs. 300 for road assistance and rs. 5000 for accessories. On asking for deduction of these charges, they says is compulsory and company has asked them to take these charges from customer. Like wise on other accessories he is charging extra money. Even in service, he is charges extra and not giving bills. People of this region feeling very deceived and angry. You strictly take action against r k honda, situated in jachh, nurpur, distt kangra himachal pradesh, otherwise we will go to consumer court and take legal action against the showroom owner and honda 2 wheeler company.

                Till date no action have been taken also dealer misbehave me when i talked to delear regarding our rc. Also when i tried to talk on mobile phone his phone is out of reached or he doesn't pick up call.

                  My dio met with an accident after i took the dio to service center "marikkar motors varkala" after that i proceed for the insurance that all formalities finish within 3 days they give an estimate of 10000 inr i pay 6000 inr advance
                  Now its almost one month finish still my bike inside their yard no work done yet.
                  I am really fed up with your service,
                  Every time i am talking to the marikar motors service guy he has only one reply there is a shortage on parts

                  Your company producing bikes only there is no spre parts???

                    I am having honda activa 4g. Bought on august 2nd 2017. Had completed 3 free service.2 services completed from karunagappally honda showroom. One from chavara honda showroom. But 3 services were very poor. Because my activa's screws become loose and can hear new sounds from there.in the 3services have changed oil. But one week after service the vehicle has stopped suddenly on a drive. A nearby mechanic said oil have to be changed.. So please try to improve your service.

                      1) Is having uniform rates or not ?
                      2) are these rates same or not through out india ?

                        Improper service, complaints given at the time of service were not rectified. Keeping the vehicle for days stating that 1 or 2 complaints were pending from their side. But at the time of getting the vehicle back from service center, they have changed the information with us and also changing the job card complaints as 'not done'.
                        Service center is cheating us with the complaints given to them and changing the status of each complaint as not done when we ask questions to them.
                        I have complained about 2 wheeler woblings etc. They haven't fixed it and giving false information that they fixed it. They not even doing test drive for our complaints. They are putting our lives in danger. Kindly seal up such service centers and save the people for danger.

                          I bought a scooty last year from honda from then m not satisfied with their services. Today i visits their showroom for insurance renewal they asked me 200 rs more except insurance. I asked them to give me that 200 rs receipt as a proof they denied that. Even they misbehaved as well this is my second time experience. I also have royal enfield and their service is quite familiar. But your honda bahadurgarh is very far in term of behavior

                          Last month I was purchased shine sp but in manufacture defect bike front fork axel ceal was damaged. That part was damaged in 5 days, then I went u nearest dealer he was replaced that part and receiving the amount about that part.

                            My vehicle is under insurance and got accident a month back, the vehicle front handle while taking turn slips which is why i met accident.
                            The problem with vehicle is since day one and i have been complaining the issue to the service manager of sai point honda.
                            That when purchase the vehicle had issue on taking turn to the right side, and it needs replacement of the front shock up or either handle.
                            I think the company gave me a accident refurbished vehicle.
                            Hence many times i have taken for the services but the problem persisted.
                            Now the honda services are denying the issue and services.
                            I need your support to resolve the issue.

                            Dear Sir

                            My Vehicle is Under Insurance and Got Accident A month Back, The Vehicle Front Handle while taking Turn Slips Which is why I met Accident.

                              I took my cbr 250abs for the servicing my bike is now pretty old its 7 years old and ive maintained it like new, recently i was facing several issues with my bike i took it to most reputed bu bhandari workshop and they made my experience a nighmare, iam a motorcylist and now my bike has issues with the coneset which i said them they only tighted my the screw and gave the bike to me i asked them to replace the sparkplugs as the bike was old enugh they said the bike has not crossed 30 km so they didnt do it, i said them there is a leakeage and the clucth cover head gaskit should be replaced they didnt do that either they only replaced the thiings those were easy jobs like replcing indicator lubing chain (Charged me extra for that) i actually paid for everything additional i dont know why was servcing included in it i paid for everything extra and plus for labor its only a scam they didnt change my brake fluid even though i was ready to pay for eveything i took my office off which costed my 1200rs i took my bike at the workshop sharp at 10 in the morning and they took my bike for servicing at 3.45 gave the bike back to me in just 5.30 evening when the bike had so many issues how come they did it this fast, also i took an appointment on saturday itself they confirmed my to bring my bike so i did nothing has changed on my bike all the problems are still there on the bike it self, honda as a brand is legendary but the service is way pathetic even for the most premiuim international products sad but true i never had any issues to my plusar 220 bajaj has offered me a wonderful service they keep there words for real. They didnt even thought of oiling the parts which were jam like the foot pedals the side stand and look the washing quality still the mud can be seen on the engine cover

                                I have purchased honda cb shine from nangal dealership on 4th june 2018. Its shocker got scratches without any reason. I took the bike in agency, but they said its all well. Today morning i was starting the bike, but after 10-15 kicks, it is not starting. This is my 1st honda bike and i have been very disappointed. I will not ask anybody to purchase honda bike.

                                Dhule honda showroom service centar mecnical are not perfect in there work i went to service center 3 times but till my bike problem is not solved am facing that kind of problems from date of bike purchase.                                   I'm owning a cb unicorn 160 in which i'm facing kickstart issues since i've purchased it i have gone through all the regular services in your renowned service centre but even the people over there are not able to fix my vehicle issues and they have tried to console me saying that "ek hazar maine ek gadi aisi toh atti hi hain" is this a kind of a joke that you people are selling to us: i'm tired of these kid of offended replies from your people and tired of wasting my time visiting your service centre where there aare no satisfactory replies for us. My vehicle is still under warranty and i am totally unsatisfied with the approach your people have towards customers i want an explanation for the same asap and i need my issue to be fixed about my vehicle or replace my vehicle because it's quite frustrating when my vehicle makes an annoying noise and it feels as if the vehicle going to have a breakdown in the middle of my ride.

                                    Purchased honda cb shine in 2017 and with in 1 month, there is vibration in handle at 55 km and mirror shows distorted view above 50 km. It has been around 1 year that i am visiting the service center and the technician make different excuses every-time. Sometimes he said engine will open, some times he said shocker is hard, some time he said road uneven surface and sometimes he said it will remain as such that iswhy honda has launched shine sp to overcome this.

                                    So my humble request to you all is not to buy honda cb shine infact do not buy honda vehicle so that you may not face any hassle as honda technicians are not capable enough to resolve an issue in one year.

                                    The Vibration and distorted view is same as earlier. The mechanic tried to tighten the mirror to get it resolved but failed to overcome this. Again there is rust at the petrol T connecting with the fuel tank. We checked another new & old vehicles but there is no rust. It is a manufacturing defected vehicle that we are facing all the issues in this which Honda and its Service Dealers are not ready to accept.

                                      I submit my bike in mf honda, nanded for servicing during service some scratches and stickers damage on petrol tank, he is accepted after checking cctv, but he say the sticker is not available if sticker available then stick. I am waiting after 30 days the sticker available and go to service center and he say give sticker and stick self. If i stick self some tank damage or color damage after he say his your problem. I bought a bike only 3 months, only 3 months they give bad service and many problems related to service but customer have no idea about complain. And bad behavior of service advicers and no solution properly.
                                      So i kindly request to you please accept my complain and give everyone one proper solution as possible
