Dated 08.03.2018, I have handed over My Honda Activa i scooter for general servicing, Service centre given time for vehicle collection 3.00 pm but up to 3.15 service centre has didn't touched vehicle to do servicing. This is the limit for negligence in service, we are taking service on paid basis not free of cost, service centre should provide the service promptly. I had given my activa 125 cc bike for servicing (Paid) at shanti honda in tingre nagar, pune. After receiving the bike, the front shocker was not properly installed. I again gave it for servicing but they still there are issues which they have not solved.
How many times will i go to the service center when the servicing staff are not able to repair it means they are not well trained....

From the date of purchase i am doing my vehicle service in the authorized service centers only. But my vehicle condition is worst every time i went for service. If i ask the concern person they are saying we can't do nothing about this. Is this your service centers responsibility of vehicles. Please take action against the honda service centers in hyd. Trust me when i say that i can swear on ma cbr being one of the most decently maintained bike in kerela .When i brought ma bike it have 5 Yr warranty I was crystal clear on maintainence and service to be provided to ma bike .I m someone who cares somuch about ma bike and i save certain amount of my income for its maintaninence Even your service center...
