I had a honda vehicle earlier, the respond that i got for that specific vehicle was appreciate able which eventually made a good believe in your company although it’s very tough to mention that my new vehicle honda cliq isn’t as per what i was said, beyond that the service i am getting from your service house (Venetian honda) is more disappointing. I went to the showroom with expectation of honda dio but was happy when one of your sales person introduced me to honda cliq. I was happy with the respond this vehicle gave me but since last 2 months i was facing a problem with my vehicle i thought of giving it to the service center as i got my vehicle back i found myself cheated. The trust i had with company was brought down. I was charged for the service but nothing good was done to my vehicle. They kept the vehicle for almost 8 days which was more than enough for one expert to get the vehicle right. My vehicle used to stop after a distance, it was difficult to find a way on the running road with a broke down vehicle. On 17th april 2018 after lots of calls to the company a person showed up he promised he would replace the battery and get it back within two days. On 19th april 2018 we got a call saying it would take more than 10 days. I have a busy schedule in which my scooty plays the major role, earlier 8 days and now 10 days it’s completely ruining my daily schedule. It might turn up me being a negative word of mouth for the brand. Which i really would never prefer to do, as i even had best moments due to honda. I would humbly request either replace and get me some other better working vehicle or pay me my money back. I hope you understand my situation and suggest me with something better.

      Since after service starting trouble is noticed at morning. It does not start without kick. Before this service there was no such problem.

      This is creating doubt of some parts being changed during this service

I recieved all documents except service book, so i have called many times and go many times to their shop but they are lying and told me we cannot told you when exact it will receive.in my customer invoice copy, there is addresse of vihaan honda, thane.

        I have purchased a honda activa 4g on 05.09.2017, but after one month the rare tyre was wobbling and having lost to control the balance on running vehicle.
        I thought that there was a puncture, already puncture made problem not solved.
        Now i have informed to the service center about this issue, they have told me to replace the rare tyre and charge is rs. 1400.00
        It was only 6 month after purchased the new scooter and they are charging for the new tyre.
        Please consider it as most urgent basis to avoid any immediate accident.
        Please replace the tyre as it is only 6 month old tyre after purchase.

        Please help and resolve the case.

          I have bought the activa 4 months back but till now i havent got even the no. Of vehicle. I am susing the veh without no. This may lead to legal hassles.

          There is no response from dealership and they are only giving false commitments.

          This unprofessional approach is really surprising. After taking all money there is no responsibility.

          Need help on this urgently

            The service is very bad they take lots of vehicle in a day for service and don’t give proper time to service.. My vehicle had problem in the battery but they changed other things and charged me 4000 rs and still my vehicle was not getting started and then when i returned back they say that problem is in battery.. And before that also they charged me 3500 rs... They charge a lot and does not bother to give proper service and make me wait a lot everytime... Worst service

              This is to complaint i had visited one honda service centre near subhash nagar metro station for my 4th service of honda activa 4 g registration number dl3sdq8202 on 15/04/2018. They had done the service and charged rs750 from me. When i asked them to provide me copy of invoice shockingly they denied to provide the same to me,. Which i think is a crime under consumer cell.) they when i repeatedly asked them to provide the same they had taken my email on next day and when i asked them to provide the mobile number of any one they said that they are not authorised to provide same and shockingly even they had not having any number of above service centre.
              It is requested you to kindly take some action against the above service centre and provide me copy of invoice on urgent basis or got no option then to take some legal action

                I am purchasing honda livo bike from bundi in june-2017.
                I am facing a problem in bike is race is missing when i am start a bike and when bike is runing.
                I am share this issue to nainwa honda showroom 5 to 6 time, bundi honda showroom 6 to 7 time, begun{chittorgarh} 2 time, and chittorgarh showroom 2 time, but till date no soluation.

                  I have purchased new dream yuga bike from sterling honda, chinchwad 411017 on 7th july 2017 and its registration no is mh 14 gj 7563 dated 23rd july 2017.
                  This concern vehicle serviced twice but didn't work on smoothly. As on date this bike is giving 30 to 40 kmpl mileage. This so embarrassing to me with feeling the mistake of purchasing.

                    On sunday morning[protected] i went to yume honda agency near maruti suzuki gurugram, for servicing my activa 4g (Hr26de4157). Before servicing they told me that there was an issue with gas and oil kit. I said please make it and they ask me to come on monday evening to collect my activa. The person (Vivek) from yume honda told me that he will do it but he is very irresponsible and he even don't know that i had already given the activa at service center. Then i called to vivek on monday evening he told me to collect your activa on tuesday afternoon as they were unable to fix on monday. On tuesday morning vivek called me and said your oil & gas kit are damaged and changeable with chargeable cost of rs 2000 but i said my activa is in warranty period then vivek transferred the call to senior person amit. Amit said as per company policy, oil and gas kit are not including in warranty. After a long conversation amit refuses to fix the kit in warranty. So i told them not fix the issue i will complaint to higher level and i disconnected the call. Than they call me back and said we have checked that your activa is in warranty period so we do not take labour charges and your issue will be fixed with amount of rs 200.

                    So my concern is that when customer say that my activa is in warranty period and fix the issue you refuses to fix it. And when i refuses to bear the cost of kit then mr. Amit cross checked and said your activa is in warranty period. This small thing cannot be checked earlier.

                    I also complaint to honda customer care but is think no action will be taken till now.

                        I have visited to Absolute Moters on 14.04.2018 to servicing of Honda AP10BF1825. Veh servicing is very poor. Heavy amount charged by showroom (Rs 1910/-) and manual bills prepared. Ihavve approach to Showroom Manager but no responce given to me. May I request to instruct Owener and Manager of Showroom to not charged unwanted/unnecessary amount.

                          I just bought a new 5G honda activa by OM auto honda showrooom bhopal on 5th of march.there was some scratch on anterior mud guard but they replace it but aftr one day its lock was not working properly so i complain about it.
                          But till now there is no query about it and in couple of day i m changing my location too
                          So please i am requesting you to solve the problem as soom aa possible..

                            Mt first service is due to 13/04/2018 no any problems in my bike his normal servicing, oil change and ets check that time my bike s chain wheels is god no any noice and disturbing sounds,

                              Worst servicing ever. I have given the bike for complete servicing on 5th of april, but all my complaints were not resolved.
                              Bike heating problem was still continuing even after servicing.
                              I have already raised a complaint regarding the same 4 day back, they said that the representative will contact me, but the didn't.
                              All my strian and money want in vain.'
                              Even washing of the vehicle is not clean.

                                I had purchased honda active 4 g on 16/11/2017. Contacted m/s dream honda for second free service on 14/04/18. I was told to come on 16/04/18. On that date the service center asked money on the pretext of compulsory oil change and without oil change refused the service total km. Run 1161 with one oil change at 277 km. Stop this cheating.

                                    I bought one two wheeler WB 26AW 9296 from Dugar Automotives Pvt Ltd, Jakson House, Ground Floor, VIP Road, Raghunathpur, Baguihati, Kolkata - 700059, Opposite Big Bazar on 17.10.17.

                                    Till now I didnot receive SMART Card in my name. After passing 6 month after the sale of scooty, They are now telling that we are not providing the smart card you have to collect your mart card from RTO i.e Barsat. of the smart card and there salesman is telling that sir please dont complian against us, thats means they are guilty.
                                    I am very upset about this and this is the my first two wheeler.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      When i check price to the honda showroom ( they told 72000), after that when i call on same honda showroom to ask price of activa 5 g digital they told (65000) difference of rs 7000, its very high difference ( i am ask the question honda will do like this, showroom person do like this .) because difference of 1000/2000 its ok but 7000 its not good.
