not give a side mirror during purchase new bike

I purchased new cb shine from apple honda dist-vadodara gujarat on 23feb18. And that day no mirrer available in showroom. So sales person told me u come on monday after 3 days. And installed mirrer. But when i come after 4days sales person tole me not available mirrer right now. I requsted to maneger and ask him you r put in display bike. So remove there and install my bike. His says no. So ask u honda. What is a importance customer safety....

regarding non working of self start in honda dio

There was a problem in self start of my vehicle (Honda dio) with registration number mp36c/3015. I visited the authorized honda service station ie. Arjav vehicle pvt. Ltd. Tikamgarh) to get it repaired on 15/02/2018. They delivered my vehicle by saying that the fault was rectified. I paid rs. 1758/- against the cost of service. honda dio 2018 model

Hi my name is sachin i had took a new honda dio on 13/02/2018. Still i didn't get the temporary number of the bike from the showroom which i took at gulbarga state karnataka... They are also not receiving our calls and for two to three times i went to showroom but dey r still not giving me the temporary number of my new honda dio. Worst service and not responding us... Very careless staff members...

I have recently purchased a honda cb shine 125 sp bike on 19th of january from excel motors, moti nagar, delhi. I was planning to buy it on 1st of january, but, the plan was delayed because of the unavailability of the 2018 model. Therefore i purchased it on 19th january. But, instead of being promised the 2018 model, i was provided with the 2017 model without disclosing that to me. I want my motorcycle to be replaced with the 2018 model...

poor customer response and handling

We have brought a new honda activa4g in one of your showroom (Svm motors, chennai tamilnadu). The way they treated is very worst.
The response from the showroom sales executives is very very poor and it will disappoint us.
We feel very bad and why to choose the honda like that.
Customer is not important to you and for your dealers.
And the accessories like extra fitting they have charged high.
Spare parts...

not getting 2018 model of hornet unethical

no any receipt given by honda agency after servicing

After servicing they can demand maximum amount of money regarding servicing charge, like mobil oil, parts, washing, cerocine oil, greece, gear oil, polishing, but we didn't take any actual information about money, no any receipt no any recivng of servicing. They told us ur total cost is that. We are unable to understand how to use our money for 1servicing charge.. Like 600 to 800. Plz sir help us...

facing lots of issues with activa 4g taken just few days back

I have taken activa 4g 3months ago and 5 time visit to showroom

5 time for handle changes and 2 time faraq changes

After changes the parts also i am facing the same issue looks like the quality of spare parts are very cheap but activa 2012 2013 models are good.

Handle quality is so slim and worst quality.

Kindly replace my activa 4g with any of activa which is having good quality...

default problem of oil leak from engine in new purchase honda cb unicorn 150

I had purchase honda cb unicorn 150 on date 13.02.2018 and i found default problem of oil leak from engine after 2 day. Then i complaint about this in raghuvanshi honda near grid navsari, gujarat, but maintenance work doesn't properly now, and in 1 hour i found the problem was not rectify. And i am wasting my time due to irresponsible work by maintence/workshop department.

The bill of service with uded parts is different.ine bill is Sai enterprises, Bhivandi thane ₹.565 & other bill is Sai point thane ₹. 965.What is the purpose of giving two separate bill to me. bad service in honda

I purchased one honda deo bike in jupiter honda vizag showroom bike no du7967 before purchasing they said u have four free servicings after purchasing they did only three services and for fourth service they are asking to pay 1200rs for bike parts even though everything is good. I requested them to change atleast engine oil but their staff and service manager srinivas they are very rude and untill unless i pay the money they are not taking...

My honda activa 4g scooter left at 10.30am @ramesh honda bidar for 2nd service, they told me to come by 5pm n collect the vehicle i went to showroom @5.30pm but they didn't do any thing n i met service manager he also not responded positively n lastly i met owner he also talking same thing n lastly he told that take back my unservised vehicle n go. This is very wrest showroom as i saw. Plz look the higher official n insist them to give good...

Evm honda showroom, muvattupuzha dealers have irresponsible and bad treatments to customer. They never inform about date of service, information about the vehicle. Not even informing or telling details about the service and registration. What they think about themself.. Such rude behaviour to customers are not good. They doesnt provided proper services....
