My honda cbr250r abs model 2013 stall in cold start every day or in 1st start there are many complaints and videos about this issue. I request you to take this problem seriously and solve the problem.
I am from guwahati assam.
Please suggest me where should i show this issue.
My nearby honda mechanic is not very well train.

    I m subrata khan & purchased activate i from aradhana honda, howrah. My reg no. Wb12as5914. My 1st service done by maa kali honda, bakitikuti. But when i went there on 12.02.18 for 2nd service & provide a sms for 2nd service which is provided me by honda on 09.02.18. The sms was below:

    Dear customer, your activa i's 2nd free service is due. Kindly visit nearest dealer on or before[protected]. Pl ignore if availed.

    But maa kali honda service supervisor mr. Paul refuse me after showing the sms & he also told me that you go for service from where you purchased it with rough behavior.
    Aradhana honda, salap branch completed my service on 13.02.18.
    I hope you take a necessary action.

      I purchased honda activa in anakaputhur, chennai -600 070. But the invoice originated from chrompet, chennai -600 044. As per estimate/quotation, i have transferred rs.73932/- with all the accessories that was offered, including insurance, registration+tax, rto, fitting charges, h2w assistance, etc.. The invoice given to me was for ex-showroom price of rs 60040, incluing gst part and insurance invoice for 1599, (Quote for rs 2224).

      So the difference[protected]+1599)= 12293, i have not provided with any invoice. I made enquiry to dealer and to my dismay he was not able to provide any suitable reply. He merely said he will give the total bill amount in letter pad with out any gst portion mentioned in it. Is it correct?. Who is pocketing this transaction, and what is the guarantee that the original parts are put in the first place. What kind of proof the customer will get, and more so where is the gst for the accessories sold in the name of honda.?.

      I am sure to escalate, to whomsoever concerned if proper system not found in place.

        On 4th feb.18 i slept down with my scooter activa i, so my scooty body very serious damaged. I contacted for estimate for damaged parts to m/s nk honda agency at rewa madhya pradesh on 04.02.18, 09.02.18, 12.02.18 & by phone on 13.02.18 but not issue said estimate till now without reason.
        Kindly instruct above dealer for issue estimate of my damaged scooty for claim & repairing.

          I had purchased honda unicorn dl 10st 7982 from excel honda, mayapuri on 21/08/17. I took the vehicle for its first service on 12/09/17, and on the recommendation from the dealer, i got teflon coating done on the motorcyle. During the teflon coating, my bike was badly scratched on the fuel tank. When i told the dealer, suddenly they claimed that the teflon coating was done by an outside agency, and that they could not do anything about it. Also, they gave me in writing that the right hand side panel was pending, which they would put later, which was never done.
          I went for the second service on 28/11/17, after which engine knocking started in the bike. I took the motorcycle to the excel honda service station on 04/12/17 and 05/12/17 to get the complaint addressed, but nothing was done about it. Subsequently, i took the motorcycle again on 30/12/17 because the bike was giving a lot of problem, but still nothing was done.
          Finally, after creating a lot of hue and cry, they took my bike for check up on 09/01/18. Till 17/01/18, they kept the bike with them, and gave me no updates or response. I had to call them repeatedly every day to enquire about the progress. On 17/01/18, they came back with the motorcycle, which had the same problem. There were fresh damages on the bike, such as scratches, the side stand was broken, and there were marks on the silencer as well. When i raised the issue to them, they refused to acknowledge any problem.
          Again on 07/02/18, i took the bike to excel honda, to resolve the problem, but till date i. E. 13/02/18, i have not heard from them.
          I have to travel everyday to sonepat from naraina, and this has caused me to travel using cabs or by borrowing other people's vehicle which is causing me severe monetary loss, as well as mental harassment.
          The attitude of the honda service managers and dealer staff is also very indifferent, and they are taking these complaints very casually.
          I'm requesting for help in resolution if this problem.

            I'm sureshkumar. I received call from apex honda and agent name was yogesh. And he offered me like, you are a lucky customer and you will be getting a benefit of our bike service for 160 rs instead of 360 rs and that was the reason why i went there, but after when i took my bike on service and at the time of billing i was been charged with rs 360 (Approx) and from point of view they have given me a fake offer just to gain some money and for the proof i have the recording of the call which i recieved from mr yogesh.

            What happened?
            While driving 60Km/h speed, I feel hard to tilt handle bar
            I stopped the vehicle, then I saw that, the key locker mounting screw fall down & locked in between screw mounting plate and key locker plate
            Why is it a problem?

              Hello sir/madam,
              This is in refernce to my complaint for my vehicle (Reg no : wb12ah9319). I am being repeatedly harrassed and victimized by your service centre diamond motors kolkata. I had given my vehicle for regular servicing and maintenance to them. However subsequently i received calls from them notifying that certain parts need to changed. I agreed andthe replacement was done. I got my vehicle delivered and to my surprise my problem o the vehicle making noise wasn't resolved. Therefore i went back to them l.
              Here onwards my painful journey starts. I was told that my brake lever was malfunctioning and i have to replace. I again agreed.
              Even after two servicing my problem wasn't resolved and the vehicle was making excessive noise.
              My question is me being a loyal customer of honda what did i do to undergo such harassment and poor service. I was misguided by the service station and duped of my money whereas my main problem never got resolved. The service station has turned a deaf year to my situation. My objective of contacting you is for advice on how should i go ahead and get my vehicle serviced and repaired.
              I understand me being a consumer, if my demands are not looked into i would be forced to approach the consumer court to address my problem. I also assure that no matter what i would to any length to expose the cheating dealer and his malpractices.

              I am owner of honda hornet 160R., the experiance o[censored]sing this bike is awesome but i am not happy with digital speedometer box becuase of gear enggagement and disenggagement indication was not available so all users facing this kind of problem so please inprove this feature..afterall everything was good...

                I received the product (Activa 4g) on 20th jan 2018..!! Firstly i received 20days late since down payment paid 20k by me. Than the showroom owner adviced me that it will take 10-15days for the number plate to b come, but now it is already 22days have gone still no response for the numbar plate. No bill received yet, no insurance paper nor taxe paper nothing have been received yet instead the product. Now motor bike have start giving problem that it doesn't start with self start button until you'll try it for 7-10 times after that this motor bike doesn't start with kick. Simply kick is not working at all. Thirdly the front part of the motor vibrate a lot it seem to b having clutch problem since 1week of the purchase. Fourthly motor suddenly get stop at anytime when once riding. Fifthly doesn't give pickup at the right time, once have to give the acci till 5sec den u r getting your sudden speed, this fifth problem can cause to a major incident. I have complaint many time but it is the worst response by the showroom owner of yashraj wheels opposite vijay sales showroom 28193705 of mira road, mumbai, thane, maharastra.

                Bought the Honda unicorn from authorised dealer on 22/02/2017 . I completed 5770 km till now. But suddenly from past one month the tapping sound is coming from engine I don't know why this happened even I service my bike regularly on Honda service centre. Honda2wheeler India please resolve my proble, unicorn 160 2017 model.

                  Three time visit in amrit honda service center but my problem not resolve, service centre only tightening bolt.

                    I brought activa 4g, and it up-to one month... Servicing time came i have given to sharayu honda panvel service center.
                    Their i have told the activa minor problems and left the vehicle they told me to come and collect @3pm.

                    Their i came i not got at the given time i was waiting for more than half an hour after requesting.
                    When i got the vehicle their i found so my scratches in the down side.

                    I informed them about the scratches they ignored it and told it's due to my footwears.
                    I am dam sure i don't keep my foot their and before i goes anywhere i cleans my vehicle and checks whether scratches or problems but i not found after servicing the scratches are found.

                    Your team tellngs already it was their but it's # answer.

                    I am sharing you with the images of the scratches and i am damn sure if you see the scratch images you can understand whether its footwear or machines/tools marks.

                    The service advisor name is mr. Rajesh, supervisor name - manohar borade.
                    Mechanic. Name - anil.

                    My first servicing given me bad experience and the your team also not given any solution for the same.

                    Fyi - at the same time when my vehicle was servicing one customer got the activa after servicing, but that customer given the activa again to team telling you just refreshed with water and grease marks are left here and there he shouted,... After shouting they again checked and cleaned the activa and given to customer.

                    So i think you have to look into your teams, and i can understand their are more vehicles comes for servicing it does not mean that you and your does not care of the vehicles.

                    I need a proper resolution for my complaint otherwise you can understand with my above mail till where i can go with the same case.

                    Just think if it was your activa how you will tolerate like this.

                    I purchased a new honda sp shine bike on 7 th feb 2018.After purchasing bike i notice several technical problem like starting problem, miter problem, backlight problem.I need a quick soulution. now i think i choose a wrong company to purchase a new bike.
                    Sir i taken vehicle honda shine chassi no: me4jc652ahti60633, engine no:jc65et0489603, on 31.03.2017, they commited discount as 15000 onroad cost, still they did not given a amount at any cost...I send to showroom more than 50 times. Kindly doo the fovour, other wise i m ready to action by consumer court...
                    No proper response, battery fault, delay on everything, staffs quarrel with each other and delay costumers time.and slow process in everything.and issues are not solved properly, they dont give importance to costumers complaint's.no proper management.no lack of presence.no lack of equipments to resolve costumers issue.

                      Dear friend

                      I regret to inform this we prefer honda because of its better efficient and good performance. But the show room like lodha honda, west tambaram is making the brand name worst through their worst customer service which i haven't seen any of other brand show room. Kindly make your intervention to make future a good relationship with other customers.

                      I haven't got justice. The failure in their service and loss of the key of my bike from their service room is the real mistake. Their silence and irresponsible behaviour make a number of people hopeless for justice
                      Please improve the self start killing switch it's not fixed in hornet and some vehicle in Honda correct the default fault...and change the hornet 160 dome design in extra dome and stylish...like CBR model and high mask in style of that CBR 150... please correct the problems in hornet...

                        Dear sir maine ek honda cb unicorn bike ki service karayi thi apne city main ek authorised dealer se and unki puri payments with slip and tax ke sath pay ki but usme meri bike ka ek part gayab ho gya main jab apni bike showroom me le gya i remember ki usme vo part laga tha and jab service kara ke main vaha se nikla to vo part gayab tha iski complent maine ki to mujhe mere sath behas karke mujhe mana kar diya gya and mujhe bataye gye time se 2 hours let mujhe meri bike di gyi so sir main aapki services team se satisfied nahi hu

                          Im eagerly waiting for honda cbr 150r new version.. Last 2 years... But honda will skipped new version bikes in our country... January 2017 to january 2018 honda solds above 5 lakhs products in our country.. Honda is first highly sold pr2of this year f... Then why honda shouldn't release his new products... From this auto expo yamaha launch his r15 v3... Im waiting for honda cbr 150r new version... But honda launched his cbr 250r old model... Number of cbr fans will disappointed in this auto expo... What is the reason? Honda why launch his new versions...?

                              I have some problems with my unicorn 160 it is in warranty period so I handover it to Ajinkya Honda showroom Latur since 7 days. My bike no. is MH24 AL 7680. They told us to come in 3 days. And I haven't received my bike yet. Now they are telling to come after 3-4 days I am having problems without my bike so please do something about it.

                                This is to inform you that your agency SRI SAI HONDA PASHUPATI VIHAR PILIBHIT BYPASS OPP. ROHILKHAND UNIVERSITY BAREILLY is cheating me since I have bought Honda Activa 3g in June 2016 . They are giving false service . They only change engine oil and don't clean filter . Proof photos are well enclosed with this email to see the service done on 5 Feb 2018.

                                Pictures clearly state that the filters are choked and carburator is not clean
                                L K Honda Samalkha se[protected] ko activa 4g ki service karai thi. Free coupon hone ke baad bhi Rs. 500 charge kiye gye jabki private centre wale 300 Rs. lete hai . Aur service bhi thik se nahi ki hai

                                  I am raising my complaint against ashapura honda service center in sanand ahmedabad location.
                                  Attached is the invoice received dated 25/12/2017 for your information.
                                  I had given my honda cbf stunner for repairing as my bike was not starting (Dated 15/12/2017).
                                  Service centre details - dealer code-gj340001, dealer name-ashapura bikes, pan-24afppv6326n1zn.

                                  Sir ashapura honda technician dignosed engine problem & repaired engine and fitted some new parts in engine that i attached the invoice details about that. They have done very worst repair which i came to know later on when i received my bike.

                                  Problem faced by me after servicing and repairing are-
                                  1) engine was not assembled properly, many loose parts making abnormal noise while driving. (Gear change, engine, spare parts)
                                  2) sprocket chain 2 nuts were missing & cover missing (Already technician had given that part in scrap)
                                  3) bike's outside spare parts fitment improper done.
                                  4) after repairing 3 times bike breakdown happened.
                                  5) breakdown happend at long drive and away from service center.
                                  6) improper repairing done as root cause was different.
                                  7) total waste of money and paid rs 9000 for engine repair to ashapura.
                                  8) delay and misleading commitment by service center about readiness of bike.
                                  9) long and everyday follow up needed.
                                  10) customer unsatisfaction about repair.

                                  Till date my bike was broke down for 3 times & each time they couldn't found any abnormality but bike was stopped functioning???
                                  For capturing battery issue they done engine work and unnecessary cost that i had to pay, i think with many of the customers they are doing the same, for them customers are bakara (Bali ka bakara), it's money making strategy i think so.
                                  Why honda is giving dealership & service center to these peoples who are not serious about their responsibility???
                                  I found some were non technical background.
                                  I observed myself that while doing service activity of bike that repairing peoples were interchanging the parts and were sharing parts and nuts & screws to one another even though model is different, how is it possible???

                                  Sir expecting immediate and positive response from your side to tackle this serious issue, please support to solve this issue.

                                    Worst service centre i have seen in my entire life. Two months back my active 3g got damaged in a accident so i kept it in "subh honda" service centre. After so many discussion i finally got my scooty after two months and what i found my helmet has been stolen and they even didn't fully fixed the hampered part. And when i asked for my helmet they refused to give me and told me that do whatever you want i am not afraid of anything. What the hell... How can you provide dealership to such a unethical person who has no manner to talk and deals with the customer. There are already so much complaint about that service centre but despite of that i bought activa 3g model because i believe in honda but now i think that i have done a huge mistake for buying honda model from that service centre. Hoping that you will take necessary action regarding that issue. Or else i will fir a complaint against "subh honda".

                                    As per shuv Laxmi honda angul service center free service card has been finished there is no warranty but my bike neither k.m. reached nor year completed please take necessary action, i am sending you some photograph of purchased date and bike k.m.

                                    Suryabala honda sales reps are very indecent behaves to customers. They are commiting free gifts before booking the vehicle. But during delivery not issuing anything. Also treating the customer in very bad words . Request to take severe actions to avoid such issues

                                      And from last 2 months my bikes engine is consuming over oil so i asked about this problem, in service centre
                                      They told u have ride almost 75000 kms so engine parts maybe loosen u have to change engines head and bore
                                      But my question is about y the co. Has given me a 5ys warranty for engine

                                        Today i went for first servicing.. And asked them for a side stand.. For which they are charging 450 rs.. But as you know a genuine honda side stand will be around 250 rs.. So to whose pockets those 200 rs.. Its not just my money.. But for everyone who ask for a sparepart..                                         2 years Honda Activa, 4 years Honda Dreamyuga Bike.Surprisingly the bike petrol tank has developed 2 holes in it.The dealer is telling me to replace the tank for a cost of Rs.8000/- .I would like to know the reason for the above at the earliest.
