This is regarding technical complaint from Newly purchased Honda-Unicorn and Service complaint on Honda Service centre-KUN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE (2nd Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600026)
Myself Manohar from chennai & I have purchased bike on 05/06/2017 from Vignesh Honda, Hassan circle, Tiptur-572201, Karnataka in the name of Manjula A
Recently first service completed at Ashok nagar (Kun Honda service centre), after the service witnessed lot of improper service issues due to dealer careless are as follows
1. Oil leak from filler plug
2. Internal engine noise especially in 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear while clutch engaging ( tak tak noise)
3. Gear shifting noise
4. Engine running noise not in smooth
Request your support to resolve above addressed technical issues while 2nd service (Honda service centre, Kattupakkam, Chennai)
Please note, I am also an Automobile engineer & worked with TVS Motor Hosur-Engine Assembly, Bharat-Benz India-Transmission testing and Renault-Nissan India as Customer Quality Engineer sitting in Dealer end.
Hope my issues will be resolved shortly.
