Dear sir,

This is regarding technical complaint from Newly purchased Honda-Unicorn and Service complaint on Honda Service centre-KUN HONDA SERVICE CENTRE (2nd Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600026)

Myself Manohar from chennai & I have purchased bike on 05/06/2017 from Vignesh Honda, Hassan circle, Tiptur-572201, Karnataka in the name of Manjula A

Recently first service completed at Ashok nagar (Kun Honda service centre), after the service witnessed lot of improper service issues due to dealer careless are as follows

1. Oil leak from filler plug
2. Internal engine noise especially in 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear while clutch engaging ( tak tak noise)
3. Gear shifting noise
4. Engine running noise not in smooth

Request your support to resolve above addressed technical issues while 2nd service (Honda service centre, Kattupakkam, Chennai)

Please note, I am also an Automobile engineer & worked with TVS Motor Hosur-Engine Assembly, Bharat-Benz India-Transmission testing and Renault-Nissan India as Customer Quality Engineer sitting in Dealer end.

Hope my issues will be resolved shortly.

I purchased new activa 4g on date 8 august 2017 my activa running only 450 km at time abnormal noise coming from rr side at speed of 40 to 50 and fr damper are also very noise
My honda dream bike's shock absorber is not working. Moonka service centre jugsalai jamshedpur jharkhand is refuse to repair.

    I bought honda dio on 2013, so far bike travelled for 17000 kms, while am riding vehicle irritating noise is producing from belt while deaccelerated. When i went to service center in Chennai the service person told this problem is common for every one and he told this is not a service problem, it is a manufacturing problem. I spend more than rupees 60, 000 to buy a bike but within 4 yrs i faced these type problems, Is the way you sevice the customer?
    i need a immediate solution from your side.Finally you spoiled your brand name to produce these type of defective product.I have courage on Honda but not noW...

      I am serving soldier i have purchase a honda dream yuga through canteen store department (Defence) from rock fort honda dealer in tiruchirappalli during the month of jan 2017. It is giving a low km average upto 28 to 30 km after completion of 4600 km. The motor cycle is presently held with rockfort honda servicing centre for increase of km average with effect from 05 sep 2017, i have two time trial running taken personally but there is no improvement on average km. I am very stress and mentally disturb this kind of action against my problem without any solution. Regn no of mc tn45-bk7524. Model no 02/2015. Cylinders no me4jc589vft463163. Chassis no jc58et3649786. I have already lodge a complaint in toll free no the regn no 1-[protected]. But there is no positive response given to me. Now i want to change the engiene or otherwise fully satifactory level of vehicle also the noisy sound of engiene coming very difficult. From my side the mc/engiene failure to update. I want to a favorable reply to me from your side as a welfare measure of a serving soldier, thank you.

      There is no improvement average KM and the vehicle still with rockfort honda serving centre. tiruhy
      My Dio very low mileage no response for customers
      I am Ranajit Basak BUY a new Honda Activa 2 Wheeler on 21/06/2017 for SIVA HONDA Dealer from Kolkata. i have no Tax token & no number pleate.
      Please look at this matter as soon as posible.

          Bahavior of woners of m/s harman automobiles, chambaghattehsil & distt. Solan hp. For two wheeler are very bad and they are not listening properly for servicing after sales. They must ban for selling vehicles if they are not capable of providing predefined service to their customer. As a costumer when i went to shoorom for servicing of the activa 125 the wife of woner misbehaved with me. Being a costumer i request you to kindly lookinto the matter under intimation to me.

            Service problem
            Sangam-honda a/6 site link road near mohan nagar fly over ghaziabad 201010

            Job card no. 19034 i have service 13/09/2017 of honda shine with engine work but i had ahead go on way after 10 km then i saw same problem in my bike. So fix problem as soon as possible and i am not satisfy your services.

            Though i have a strong believe in honda bike, now i am thinking that i did a mistake for buying this bike or going to the service center of sangam honda shaibabad.

            Bolt between silencer and chassis was broken as shown in attached photo.
            I went to to authorized service centers in hyderabad and they said it can't be repaired in service centers and suggested us to go private mechanics.
            Why defective bolt was fitted??

              I, vani. R stays in nerkundram brought a honda activa 3g on 18:01:2017 from jsp motors, anna nagar, i am getting my services done from kkg motors, nerkundram, still i am not satisfied with the services; the cause behind is, during 2nd service time i mentioned the complaint they said, they work on head for that issue
              However after the 2nd service (They worked on head) i faced the same problems and after the 3rd service also.. I don't believe they are taking corrective action and this is the last service (4th service) in my hand, if they are not going to take it seriously and change the engine (Which is in fault) we would be need to approach this case judicially
              So i request you to take a appropriate and corrective actions at least in the last service to satisfy the customers
              Current details : honda activa 3g
              Is with the kkg motors service center for the past 10 days
              I want jsp motors to change the engine or else give me the new honda activa 3g.
              Because i have not satisfied with any of your services and i paid the whole amount and got my vehicle in jsp motors
              I hope this will be taken seriously.

                Warm greetings

                I wanted to gift my father a two wheeler so booked honda activa4g at jsp honda anna nagar, chennai on 20th july 2017.

                The attitude & response of the staff was like entering to a fish market, hence i am lover of honda bikes and its a 3rd honda bike for me so i managed to book with them because i had no other option near my location.

                Hence i wanted to have finance, from front office they guided me to a fiance representative of hdfc mr. Sathish. He itself explaining me about vehicle and given the quote, none of the sales rep of jsp bothered to attend me or help me.

                After few weeks i wanted to know the status called this hdfc guy, he is not responding and i dont have any other contact so called jsp landline, they simple cut the call by saying mr. Sathish from hdfc is on leave.

                Again next day called the landline boz still that hdfc gentle man was not responding to my call. Front office executive simply said that he (Hdfc sathish) only knows my vehicle status.

                On 10th aug went to show room and found that mr. Sathish left the job and i was guided to another hdfc guy named mr. Mani, still jsp staffs dosent want to interfere on the situation. I was wondering whether honda is selling bikes trough jsp or hdfc dealers.

                Somehow with the help of hdfc person mr. Mani payed the balance amount and asked deliver with registration on 20th aug.

                But they suggested a delivery on 18th hence 20th aug is sunday.

                To my surprise they delivered the vehicle without registration and today is 13th of sep, still i dint get proper response for registration. And still now none of the staff are answering me, they are asking to ask hdfc guy.

                My questions to honda two weelers chennai,
                You would have given dealership to hdfc than jsp, boz they are least bothered about customers.
                After delivery now its 26 days. Still my vehicle not registered, who should i contact.
                If my bike is lost or meet with accident who will be answerable, end of the the i have become looser by selecting honda product.
                Jsp honda staffs have another business rather then attending honda loyal customer.

                        Purchase a navi bike from guganani honda two wheeler dealer bhubaneswar, odisha. On june 14th 2017 by paying 36000/-. Mr. Manoj dgm insisted to take the bike and the rc was in his name but till date the ownership not transferred and also not responding. Complaint registered in honda customer care, since 11days but honda care people are still silent not responding. Now came to know the fact is that the bike was sold and registered some other name and they sold him on31st march 2017. Now nobody is responding. Customer harassment from such a big brand like honda is never expected. How a branded dealer sold one bike to two persons on different dates when govt banned on bs3bikes. And by keeping in dark if they sold. The ownership must be transferred for customer to whom they took the money.

                          Sir i am tell you that in rampur the honda sevice centre doing worst work because today i am going to sevice and my number 2nd but after then 12'o clock service will be not done and highly rate take to me the engine oil rate is 260 and service centre take 310 rs in bill and after that saver oil rate is 93.40 in bill he take 110 rupees labour charge 215 in bill and he take 250 rupees the honda agency in rampur doing worst work i m not satisfied this service the open in morning 9.15 and work should be start after 10 'clock sir if your agency taking paid sevice charge so your sevice centre take 100 rs charge also i am send you bill se it sir throughly my mobile no.                             Subject: facing technical problems with newly purchased cb hornet 160r
                            I purchased cb hornet 160r from abvr honda, cuddalore on 30th march 2017 (Rear drum type). I started hearing sounds from the rear suspension a week after the purchase was done, it was immediately reported to the local dealer and the bike stayed in service station for a day before it was delivered. But i sensed some sort of irregularity with its function. The rear wheel skids when rear brake is applied, the center stand hits the speed breaker sometimes. After a month period the sound again started repeating in the rear suspension again it was reported to service station and the bike stayed there for 3 more days. The service ttechnicians claimed they did all the repair work instructed by the honda company. Once again the same sound started appearing and the bike was once again sent to service station on 29/06/2017 the bike is there in the service station for past week. Now they claim they have done the work as instructed by honda company but they are not sure whether ar not the bike will repeat the same fault.
                            We are deeply disappointed with the dealer as well as the honda company as a brand new bike is giving so much of difficulty to us. Now all we want to know is
                            1. Will the honda company give surety that the problem wont repeat again?
                            2. It is clearly unsafe to be riding on a bike which skids when brake is applied
                            3. The service station claims a misplaced bearing was the reason to all of it. If it is so, did the company sell us a manufacturing defect? Is this the respect you give to your customers? Or is this the safety that you provide to your customers?
                            Clearly is this the way you respect the life of your customers, anything may happen while riding such bikes.

                            We never really got any authenticated details on the work done all these three times, all we get is bits and pieces of information.
                            If we have to take this bike i want surety from honda company that the problem wont repeat again or else we would want this bike replaced.

                            We have received two complaint numbers so far. All we need is solution for the problem and not continuous complaint number pinged every hour. We are deeply saddened and frustrated with the service provided by the dealer as well as the company which has sold us a bike with so much of defect and has put the users life on line, once i skidded and fell on road just by applying brake from a speed of 50 kmph thankfully i was saved due to the helmet (And you claim the top speed to be 110kmph). I no longer feel safe with the bike and i have lost faith in the service done by the service station. I received a call from a dealer personnel clamming himself to be the chief mechanic, he says the problem will be rectified after repeated service, he says the problem could only be found out one after another (Seriously this is the approach of a roadside mechanic, and do you know that yamaha employs plc systems to find faults in fz models). Its really funny that a global company rectifies its problems in its vehicles this way. We really demand a solution that is suggested by the technical team of honda or we demand a replacement of bike. By the way we seriously question the job done by your qc wing.

                            The complaint of the cushion noise in my honda cb hornet (Tn-31-be-4582) which was purchased in cuddalore still continues to persist in my vehicle. The vehicle has gone to the service center for 4 times and the service center is incapable of rectifying the problem and i doubt honda (The international company) is also incapable of rectifying such silly manufacturing malfunction. The bike is still in the service center, we demand that the problem has to be rectified and also we need assurance from the technical team that the problem wont repeat again, iam not interested in travelling towards the service center every 3 weeks. At this rate the swing arm bearing would completely wear off. Or if you accept the honda and the abvr dealer are incapable of rectifying it we request a replacement of the vehicle

                              Review about arneja honda batala road amritsar.
                              Third class experience. I told them to do zero-dep cab insurance. But at the time of the delivery they gave me the simple basic damage policy. Now i have an accidental claim and they are not ready to pay for it because its a simple policy. They are theft like people. Pls go for another agency aryan honda or any other. But please dont go to this agency. No co-operation. Ridiculous staff.

I was shocked to see the rates given by them and rates provide on honda site for punjab. 50937+4370+3600+200+600+4190+624=64521 are the rates given by the showrooms. There is great difference in basic price, rc, and accessories.

                                    Honda engineers are taking too much time for bike service and they left many work incomplete. And they said to customers that you come later for complete you bike service. When we come again for our incomplete service they are again taking too much time for service it's about 3 to 4 hours. Plz change this agency owner because many honda customers are facing out same problem. Plz do something.

                                    Give problem from initial day. S / center not able to solve.i beleive in honda tecnology so i purchase honda shine. But my experience with honda is very bitter.

                                      I have purchased a honda bike model shine from harnek motors on dated 09-11 — 2016. Chassis no - me4jc652jg7199221 & engine no - jc65e70641887. During running the bike, i was felt that abnormal sound was coming from engine. Body vibrate up to speed 50.. Body part every time loose. I have compliant about this problem to dealer and he accepted and told me go to service center & check it was due to misalignment of its tabbits. During first service second service then third service they checked and saying replaced the clutch plate after 3rd service i change clutch plate. But problem was still there. Every service i complaint the problem was still persisting. Honda 21 service center sakhinaka mumbai. They checked and accepted the problem but no solved. I was compliant every service but mr. Rajesh sir tell me bike was ok. I think this is not a way to deal with customer. Please take of this matter seriously and take necessary action because now i have loose my patient other wise i will come through consumer court. I have spent eight month for this matter. I am unhappy to purchase a honda bike. Again i am requested to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action.

                                      After one year Honda co. Check his sales graph definately it will be decrease just because of junk quantity bike and worst after sales service I advise my friend circle relatives not to buy any Honda two wheeler.

                                        Dear sir

                                        Apart from regular follow up with two dealers in jamshedpur i couldn't find mirror for my honda cbr 250r.
                                        Its very disgusting being a superior premium quality bikes we are unable to get spare parts. After waiting almost 1 month i am hereby putting up a complaint.
                                        Kindly look into the matter asap. I am from jamshedpur and here the dealers are moonka honda and dua honda.
