After service at honda service centre samastipur when i checked the bike it's light problem was as it was
Secondly washing was too poor
Thirdly i have continuously facing problem of average low but my livo bike average is as below 45km per litre.
Working staff behaviour was not trouble as they passed cheap comment's which may go out of your mind.
Hope you will take this matter seriously

    I purchased the honda cb shine sp from aaditya honda showroom bhayandar east last year. After 3rd services bike have many problems, i said the service advisor but he was very irresponsible every time. Approximately after 3rd servicing i went 3 to 4 times for bike engine and chain issue but every time advisors and mechanics are lightly taken my complaint about my bike. Plz help me what can i do???

      Respected sir,
      I am Jitty Poulose George from Kerala. My old Honda Scooter was exchanged and purchased a new one. But I am very dissatisfied about the new one. I purchased this one on October 3rd 2016. Here are some complaints that I mentioned here:

      1: Sometimes self starting failed. While I press the front and back break with starting button there will be no response.
      2: Yesterday a big situation occured that its acclerator cannot move backward. While I slightly move the acclerator upward then it becomes stuck in that position and I cannot stop the scooter. Then the scooter will not move back.

      The scooter is new one. please take a solution for my scooter.

        Dear Sir,
        I brought an Activa from Shree ASR Kanpur they offered me full accessories with scooter they took 1month to provide all accessories but i have not received mobile charger till date as committed, i told him to complaint for the same but he did not tell his name, and now after first service my scooter is having starting problem it takes 5 to 10 to start every morning.

        I purchased activa 5g fom ASR honda Krishna Nagar Kanpur on 16 june 19 vehicle number UP78 FV6889 delivered at evening 1815 hrs a transportation damage one next day told they will do needful when visited Mr Deepak told to make some more damage and get part replacement via insurance but i did not agreed and having same one assesries given focre fully scooty rear wheel having misalignment due to that air going out between tier and wheel every after two days i have to put air two services done problem given in writing nothing was done only oil change done servicing part in ASR Honda hopeless I have given written complaint on 26 October 2019 in service center no action was taken do not know what to do only left option is FIR My number

          Honda unicorn 150cc, TN 19, AB 2590, purchase date:04.Aug 2016.

          After buying his vehicle, i got selft start issue on the third month itself(Nov 2016). I visited to Vijaya Honda, Thiruporur, to rectify this issue. They have repalced the bike battery. Again after three months i faced the same problem, this time they have directed to me to Kelambakkam branch. After lot of struggles again my bike battery and rectifier have been changed. Now after three months from the battery change, am facing the same self start issue. I logged compliant to Honda (vide ticket no. 1-[protected] & vide ticket no. 1-[protected]). But they are saying its only battery issue. But how the battery will drain periodically within 3 months, if i changed now this will be the 4th battery for my bike within 11 months. Honda is not taking any reponsibility.

          They Vijaya honda Kelambakkam, also just try to get the signature in the customer satisfaction form only.

          this is very worst experience.

            Issue: My bike, Honda Activa TN22 M self-starter problem for more than a year.
            I am Sendilkumar from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I purchased Honda Activa bike in 2015 and serviced the vehicle in Honda showroom till date. For the last two-three services, I had raised the complaint that self-starter is not working. The service center charged the battery, said loose wiring connection and corrected. But the problem continued. I had told the technicians many times and went back and forth to the service center to fix this issue.
            Last month, I had raised a complaint in Honda webpage regarding the same issue. Mr. Victor ([protected]) called me and enquired about the problem. He asked me to bring the vehicle to the KUN HONDA showroom located next to Perungudi toll gate in Chennai. Though I expressed my disinterest in that showroom because of my past bad experience, he assured for the issue rectification.
            I gave my vehicle on Friday 30th Jun and as the vehicle run for 12900 kms, it has to go through the 4th free service for which I provided the service coupon.
            Technician Sarath in service center attended my bike and I explained the problem. In the noon, Victor called me and explained to replace battery and RR unit which is failed and due to which the self-starting problem exist. Though I challenged how a battery will fail within 2 years when the vehicle is being used on daily basis, but I have nodded to replace them at my cost.
            When the vehicle was supposed to handover to me on the same day, they said, they want to double check to fix the problem and they told delivery will be done on following day at 9am.
            I paid for the delivery of my bike and found only the battery cost in the invoice. When asked why the general service was not done, they said, I haven’t told. Should the customer specifically tell this when service coupon is shown and the vehicle has run the set kms.
            Frustrated with the poor service, called victor and complained him about this issue, he reluctantly respond that I had to inform, and asked me to wait for one hour to get the general service.
            Since I had planned personal work, I left with my bike. Though the bike started in the service center, while driving on the OMR road, the horn failed to work. When reached home, checked the self starting, it didn’t work again.
            I called victor and told the same and asked him to provide the job card number to complaint further due to this failed service, he reluctantly said, he will check and provide the job card number. He didn’t had the courtesy to understand the problem, nor taken any action on my request.
            I am mentally frustrated with the series of events happened to me due to Honda bike. I had been using Twister and Hero-honda previously for 3 years each and I didn’t had any such problem.
            Is this the way Honda Motors takes care of their customer?
            Is there anyone who is going to fix this long pending problem? or tell me what should I do now?
            I am not ready to again go behind any of the Honda service center.
            Note: Attached the latest invoice paid.

              the dealer only talks about the paid services, if we give the bike for servicing our bikes are appearing in the private shutters, this is the genuine service the dealer is offering for the common man, one of my friend found his bike in a private shutter after he gives his bike for the servicing

                I've purchased Honda activa 4G at M/S Triumph Honda, Salem (TN) on 22.06.17 and till date vehicle has not registered at RTO. Even after receiving entire amount for RTO registration the company is not responding. Contected Several times but no response from M/s Triumph Honda, Salem (TN). The irresponsible action of M/s. Trump Honda, Salem is causes me to mental worries. Hence it is requested that necessary action may please taken to register my vehicle.

                  Haven't got my Registration Book yet, bought my honda dio on April 26th and now the date is 3rd July . 2 months completed and few days as well . Honda showroom takes gurentee for the RC book but now still I am struggling to get. Showroom people's are saying don't take vecihle out either you will be fined and we are not responsible .                       Respective sir,
                      I was purchased Honda shine 125 cc at November 2016. But at this time the bike parts are loos and highly vibrate. Like _ head visor, leg guard etc.
                      And front shock absorber capacity is very low.

                      The most problem was face in C=AT rear tyre on yesterday . the tyre quality is very low. I found a crack inside of tyre.
                      So pls care and short out my problem.
                      Pls find the attachment photos.

                        Dear sir,
                        I had given my above mentioned bike for changing back alloy wheel under insurance claim on 13/06/17. Its been over two weeks and i have not received any positive information regarding my bike's service. I have called the authorities of the service center so many times and they keep saying that they are helpless that the alloy wheel has to be delivered from gujarat plant and there been some issues over the alloy wheel. I don't know anything much about what is the issue over there in gujarat plant and i had waited so long and iam tired of it. I here by request you to please look into my complaint and please take necessary actions

                                I purchased Honda hornet 160 from evm honda Koothattukulam showroom on April 2016 .Last month somebody cracked the settings switch in the digital meter panel from the Pay and park .Now the digital meter not working due to water damage . I contact with service center and the Head office, but they are not willing to provide warranty replacement .Actually company providing two year warranty for this parts . so i need necessary action from the company .

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  The reason for writing this mail is to bring to your notice the experience we faced with one of your dealers Venetian Honda located in Kandivali (West), Mumbai.

                                  I have been a user of Honda vehicle since year 2003, the first Motorcycle Honda Shine was purchased by me in the year 2003 from the Aurangabad city of Maharashtra. It was worth experience I had with the Honda dealer located in Aurangabad city who provided reasonable better service experience.

                                  In year 2013 I have purchased Honda Activa HET in my wife name from sub retailer Jaina Motors, Borivali (West) Mumbai. The dealer wasn’t having a developed showroom but the CRM management by them was appreciating one. The way the commitments completed was worth accepting.

                                  However this year, on 27th May 2017 I have booked Honda Hornet 160 Stripes Green, I have met with sales person Mr. Imran in the Venetian Honda showroom who provided the explanation features in ambiguous manner as if he was not aware of the product. He made major bluff before me that bike is not launched by the company in Black colour and the only option I have is to go with the Stripes Green colour. I was interested in Black colour but relying on the words of the sales person I have booked the vehicle of Stripes Green. In accessories the person assured that I will get a parking cover which I am still chasing for getting it even after the vehicle is delivered on 25th June 2017 having number MH 47 V 5458.

                                  My horrible experience is as follows:-

                                  1 Dealer provided the number of [protected] Mr. Amit with whom one has to co-ordinate for getting registration
                                  The experience was that you call anytime this number he is not available, not able to reach or he doesn’t pic your phone.

                                  Why such SPOC is provided by the dealer is best known to him
                                  2 After receiving registration SMS, One has to follow up with reception person for expediting the process, which off Couse is a person, not aware of any transactions.

                                  3 Delivery experience
                                  On receiving intimation of delivery, we were directed to attain the godown of dealer where the vehicle will be delivered. On visiting the godown, we were asked to wait for more than 2 ½ hours for getting the bike as the same was not ready for delivery.

                                  On pushing from our end with the technical person we were successful in getting the vehicle which is worst experience to express in words.
                                  4 Experience after receiving the vehicle. • On making my first ride on Hornet, it was little disappointment as the bike ignition part is difficult, as it is a hardwork to Push in the keys. The lock is jam.
                                  • The mirrors provided are loose one, which are circling in round circle.
                                  • Idling is too high, between the gears the throttle is at its high peek even when it’s in neutral gear.
                                  • The lights and other buttons are jam due to monsoon rains.

                                  Sir with all above experience, I am dissatisfied with the vehicle provided from your company through your Venetian dealer and the degraded service provided by your dealer is serious misdemeanors. This will be my last vehicle with Honda as I choose Honda because of Brand and its product Quality but service and dealer experience is nightmare which I had to face.

                                  Hope you take this into consideration for reviewing your service area with this dealer.

                                    Hi customer care executive,

                                    Last day i face an issue where someone took my activa thinking that it is their.

                                    That guy left his activa. I got panik and started search for my acitva.
                                    I felt that some activa which looked like mine vehicle with same grey color is parked at place where i had parked my activa.

                                    I placed my keys in that activa. To my surprise it got started and dickey to got open with my keys.

                                    Some how i searched in that dickey found identity of that person.
                                    Called him and inform him that the activa he took is not his eventhough it got open by his keys.

                                    After this follow up that guy came and i got my activa back.

                                    I was afraid that this incident can be repeated plus how could any key can open any activa.

                                    Doesn't company provide unique locking to acitva.

                                    This experience shaken my trust i have in honda company.

                                    Details of my activa is as below
                                    Rto city - vadodara
                                    Vehicle registration no. — gj-06-fg-3775
                                    Vehicle registration date - jul 03, 2012

                                    The other activa whose keys worked in my acitva and my keys were opening lock of this activa is :
                                    Gj-060-fm-5402

                                    I request your team to help me to replace my activa locking system with the secure one which is expected.

                                      Haiku honda service center situated at domlur is the worst service center for honda bikes.
                                      For same issue i have complaint so many times, but still the issue is not resolved.in fact a new issue comes out in every service.
                                      My bike is just 1 year old and already so many issues are there.

                                      Now i have decided to go for some other service center.

                                      It was my bad luck that i have decided to purchase bike from haiku honda. : (

                                        I am very surpring with poor service of no-1 scooter company
                                        Honda2wheelersindia.

                                        I have a honda active-i which frame no. Me4jf488eg8005261 and engine
                                        No. Jf48e81101452.

                                        Sir, i have purchased your vehicle on 30th march’17 from your
                                        Dealership divya sai honda but vehicle side glasses are still pending
                                        After many time reminding sales team and every time they said that
                                        Side glasses is not available due to honda is not sending us so forget
                                        Them.

                                        Sir, i have one more complaint that kick is not working of my vehicle
                                        And i have already complaint two times but service team is not
                                        Providing satisfactory solution and complaint is still in same manner
                                        Or poor condition and today after opening of kick cover by your divya
                                        Sai honda service team, they found gear is broken and they are saying
                                        That wait for tomorrow that our warranty manager is not available
                                        Today.

                                        Sir, there service team behavior is very worst and poor, they have no
                                        Technical knowledge of vehicle attender and there is vehicle work time
                                        Is too more against complaint.

                                        Sir, today 28th june'17, my vehicle is reporting for complaint of kick
                                        Problem in your dealership 'divya sai honda' at 9.30am and service
                                        Team has give delivery time of 3.00pm so please let me know this is
                                        Correct?

                                        Dear sir, divya sia honda service team is doing behave rigidly with me
                                        Deliberately due to i have complaint previously in honda and there is
                                        No serial system for vehicle repairing, as many vehicles were serviced
                                        Before my vehicle when they came after me.
