I have purchased honda unicorn 150cc bike (Black color) on 29.11.2016 by ajinkya honda, latur, maharshtra. But it gives too much problems in battery. I have replace my battery one time then other battery also getting lots of problems. So i am irritate about this problem. I have showing to above dealer buthe is not any respond yet. Pls give me justice otherwise i will step to court. My vehicle no. Mh-24-ap-7941 kindly look into and take the positive action on this dealer. Warm regards, prashant dixit

    Mei suman das, kabhi kabhi mera cb hornet chalte chalte achanak band hojata hai. Jitan vi dam lagalo start nahi hota ;par thodi der thandi hone ke bad phir che chalu hojatahe.
    Tomaine mere passki service center par leke gaya, wonone bolaki ek din ke liye bike chodeke jao ham dekhenge, jab meine bike lene gaya tab wunone bolaki bikeka cdi, problem hei. To maine bola ki thik kardo. Likin bo logone bola woskepass nehihai, to phir kisivi tarha thik karke bhej dia.
    Do mahine bad phirse bohi problem hogia. To me jab vi jata hu bologe bol tehei ki aj nehi kal ao... Aise karke bhage deta hei. To sir app loge he bataie ke mai kia karu. Mera bike pe maine exten worenty kia hua he.
    Sir app loge jaldi se jaldi mera problem solve kardijia, barna mujhe consumer foram par jana parega.

      Unicorn 150 i booked in meenakshi honda tirunelveli. They said after payment they will give two litres of petrol. Got the bike yesterday they said in tank one litre of petrol and gave a coupon for another litre. I took the bike to the road travel to some metres the bike stops without petrol. They cheated me. I'm going to submit a case on honda in consumer court.

        I am a regular customer of vihaan honda service center & on 8th of june i reached at the vihaan honda service center at manpada thane at 9.45am sharp.
        The security guy noted my vehicle number in order to maintain a queue record. My turn was arrived after waiting for an hour which was dissapointing. The advisor prepared my job card stating me the estimated value which was again horrible amount of ₹1460, as i felt was an unnecessory additional expenses. Then i cleared all to the advisor that just change the engine oil, mirror rod & do normal servicing decreasing the amount to ₹400 under amc service — which is an extravanza charge. Before arriving to the service center i was told that the service will take around 3hrs which was ok for me. But the advisor told that it will take 6hrs which wasnot the time i expected.
        So i requested the advisor to make it quick & he agreed to give me the service done by 12.30pm. I literally waited till 3pm, but still no sign of any intimation by their side. I ask the supervisor of that center, he told me to jst wait for 5 mins i will check it out. The service was done by 3.15pm but the workers over there lost my job card & i was very much irritated with their careless behavior. Somehow they found out after half hour & i rush to the billing counter, i came to know that the billing amount was ₹570 which was bery high as compared to the estimated amount ₹400. I checked out all the particulars & found out that they have charged for a new mirror which was not at all ask to or stated in the job card. I asked the advisor about this & he came to know that the mechanic which was working on my scooty has broke down my mirror accidently & for that i have to pay the charge which has no sense. The advisor didnt told me the reason, but when i ask at the billing counter receptionist, she told me the real reason. This means it wasnt my bloody fault & yet i have to pay for it. After an hour discussion with the manager of that center mr. Goenka, they settled the charges & refunded me the amount. And in addition to this there was power down for 2hrs.
        But what about my time?
        I have wasted my 6 hrs & whose responsible for my loss?
        Whose gonna pay for it?
        So, i kindly request you to take action against this matter.

            I have purchased the new honda hornet special edition on feb of this year (2017), the condition of bike is good on only first 2 months after that its not in good condition like some times over noise, the vehicle doesn't cross above 90 km speed. If i am riding above that speed its give more vibration discomfort feeling and mileage wise i am not satisfied. The first two months only all in good but now a days performance of bike is very worst from my bike. Even i went service center they do that time some temporary solution after that i am facing repeatedly problem

              I purchased activa 125 on 9/2/2015 from jsp honda, annanagar chennai. I have carried out all free services and took amc from 2/9/2016 for one year at their service centre. I am a senior citizen and do not use activa very much. It has run so far only 4000 kms.

              Since one month starting trouble experienced in my activa. Hence i requested jsp honda, mogappair service centre on 6/6/2017 to investigate. They informed me some costly dci unit was faulty and i have to pay around rs. 1800 since it has crossed warranty period of two years by 4 months. I asked them to replace it under warranty as a goodwill gesture since i ran little and just crossed the warranty period. But they refused. I consider the failure is a clear manufacturing defect.

              I raised a complaint with your customer care #i - [protected].

              We purchase activa by paying around 15000 more than other similar brands thinking it is a reliable scooter. I was proved wrong in my judgement as activa also using substandard parts which fail in two years!! Without any fear of reputation.

              I hope you know that warranty is provided to give assurance to customer. You cannot go strictly by calendar date. If customer knows that it will run only two years without problem, then nobody will buy that product. Scooter is expected to give good service upto 15 years.

              I believe to safeguard your reputation you will instruct your dealer to replace or refund the amount charged to me as your customer care has not acted promptly. Moreover you may like to instruct your service managers to be polite and considerate towards customers. After all your business depends on our faith.

                I booked honda aviator on 1st may 2017, and the delivery date was 20th may. And i called them on 20th, they say you will get on 25th, after i called them 25th, again they gave me new date i. E 30th may. On 30th again they said about 5th june, and its 8th june, i have'nt get scooty yet. And they dont know what problems we are facing. They try to be fools to consumer.

                  I have a submitted my Honda livo Matt Grey colour the before 17 day ago at startupw Honda service center pratpatjanj industrial area Delhi but repair can't done they told me wait for few days part has not come from first day.
                  This type of service you provided your costumer. I think this my biggest faut to choose Honda bike. Now what I will do. Can you explain me and I get my bike after repair.

                    I am writing this mail to inform you that i am having a problem in my scooty honda activa 3g, i had done twice servicing on 9/05/2017 and 15/05/2017 in rakesh automobile authorised honda service center jamda jhargram, but my problem was not solved yet i am facing problem like in scooty like

                      I purchased my activa (4g) on 10 april 2017 from raj motors 195/11 kutchery road, ajmer (Raj) but i did not get my vehicle no till 30 may 2017 due to which on 27 may 2017 the traffic police caught my vehicle and made a challan of rs 2100. Regarding the no. Of my vehicle i intimate to the dealer so many times that when i will get my vehicle no then they said only one thing that it is not in our hand. So who is responsible for that, without any reason i gave the penalty of rs 2100. On 31 may 2017 i got my vehicle no. It is really very horrible that customers are paying the challan without any mistake. Please take an appropriate action against this asap.

                        I issued a jump card at 9 and was said the servicing will be done and i would recieve my bike back at 12 and after sitting in the waiting room for 4 hrs its 2 and my bike's servicing has not yet started,

                            Would like to bring your attention to some bitter experiences i met with your dealer pusha honda jaipur. I have buy through paytm activa 4g mattee grey metallic on dtd 7.06.2017that is today and my order i'd [protected]. Now the sales manager mr. Ajay tiwari is forcing me to buy full accessories of amount rs 3000 which i don't want to buy. This is very unethical and cheating to customer. Kindly solve the problem within 24hr or else will complain in consumer court. I want my activa at my delivery address as i have already paid convince fees of rs 50. Deducted.

                                I have purchased honda activa two wheeler from jsp honda, anna nagar branch and when i went to receive the rc book, to my shock and surprise, the photo in rc is different from mine and the residential address is also differing from what i had given to the dealership. When asked today, nobody is responding to my query and the way they handled me is horrible. Fyi, i work as a gm for a 4 wheeler company n we don't treat customers like this. If this is going to the situation for a person like me, i sincerely do not know how you will be treating an ordinary person. I need a clarification on this and if not responded, i may be forced to take it to the consumer forum for deformation case against the dealership and the manufacturer for not having a proper ci norms in handling customers.                                   My bike was facing self as well as kick problems so i show my bike to your aurangabad maharashtra fine honda cidco asc they done job of my bike but in just 2 days my bike facing self as well as kick slip problems when i was go to out of city with my family then i send my family by bus and i hire loading auto for delivering my bike to my home.
                                  It is very panic when we give time to our family once in a week and this type's problems create due to unskilled workers done job of your bike.

                                    Honda is selling defective products and they try to make more and more money from everyone.they mention things to earn money at the time of service.they uses bad quality paints on vehicles and asks to have a coating to protect the paint from fading which is of 500.
                                    They can use good quality paints in starting but they didnt do so. And even if it happens with all companies paint then they should do coating free of cost for the benifit of consumer.
                                    Honda has cheated me and i want to sue a case on it.kindly show me the correct way.

                                      I booked honda hornet bike on 10th April 2017, red color, they told me you will get after 90 days, when i came for delivery they told me production of that bike is stop, you need to cancel the booking and 500rs will be deducted from booking amount. Neither they inform me about the bike have stop the production nor they are helping in any case.

                                        I have been complaining on line about replacement of defective honda unicorn 150, but after my last complaint on 30/05/2017, subject - injustice with the customer by honda company, where i again clearly mentiond about the replacement of my newly purchased defective honda unicorn 150 mahroon colour. And mentioned that i am going to consumer court. Later on 31/05/2017, i got a mail from honda company, that i will get a phone call from honda company regarding replacement. Accordingly again i wait for two days. But i am really very sorry & upset for not getting any call or mail communication about replacement.
                                        Now my patience is over.
                                        Honda two wheeler india company's shere nigligence policy towards my complaint, also compeling me to go to consumer court to beg justice to compulsate my brand new 'ok' honda unicorn 150, even money loses, mental hurrassment happened to me, my vehicle dependent routien work hampering, just in my very next step.

                                        I have been Complaining on line about Replacement of DEFECTIVE HONDA UNICORN 150, but After my last Complaint on 30/ 05/2017, Subject - INJUSTICE WITH THE CUSTOMER BY HONDA COMPANY, Where I again Clearly mentiond about the REPLACEMENT OF MY NEWLY PURCHASED DEFECTIVE HONDA UNICORN 150 MAHROON COLOUR.And mentioned that I am Going to CONSUMER COURT. Later on 31/05/2017, I got a mail from HONDA COMPANY, that I will get a phone call from HONDA Company Regarding Replacement. Accordingly again I wait for TWO Days. But I am really Very Sorry & upset for not getting any call or mail Communication about REPLACEMENT.
                                        NOW My Patience is Over.
                                        HONDA TWO WHEELER India Company's Shere Nigligence Policy towards my Complaint, also compeling me to Go to CONSUMER COURT to beg JUSTICE to Compulsate My BRAND NEW 'OK' HONDA UNICORN 150, even Money loses, Mental Hurrassment happened to me, My Vehicle Dependent Routien Work Hampering, Just In MY Very Next Step.

                                        I have given my Activa 3G Regn No KL-33 H 3404 on 26th May 2017 with a complaint of Oil leaking and servicing. But they were not taken any action on it and took my vehicle delivered after three days (29 May 2017).

                                        So I am not satisfied their service.
