I have purchased my new honda dio on 18/10/2016. I am doing my service in thiruvottiyur rajakadai balaji honda authorised dealer (Tn01af05). Till now i have completed my free services.in every services i have complaint that my locking key system was not as proper as normal. I told several time to identify and resolve the issues. They have done the normal service (Oil service and water wash) but till yet they have not identified the issue. They have done the work to compromising me but my locking key system problem is not resolved. Rather than the free services i have given my bike to the service as complaint issues for 6 times but yet they not found the problem. Kindly support to overcome this issue.

    My vehicle is activa 3g whr i had given for free service and hav mentioned that d shock up r not working they hav given the bike on d same day stating service is done.. After service a new issue came up. And as guided by manager i. E. Bobby hav been asked to replace cryansharp and was informed that bike will be given on 10th june where i got by bike on 13th june and it was incomplete.. Niw on 14th june again found a new issue i. E. Oil leakage and petrol indication is also not working and the issue of noise bcz of which cryansharp is still there. I want solutions or wish to approach ombudsman as i hav all documents which proof they are just doing business and not providing services

    When we went to purchase Honda activa from fortune motors, Anandbagh, Hyderabad, they are demanding 1.5 % additional amount for Debit card holders. Is it legal tnder?

      I want to informed you, i purchase honda activa 3g model in month of october 2015, and my scooty run 14500 kilometer till date, today morning tyer is blast on running mode.
      After that i changed new tyer and old tyer is tvs company machenic confirmed this is defect piece tyer, i don't understand how can it is possible tyer is blast only 14500 kilometer.
      I need proper resolution and want new tyer replacement.

        Hi i am ashish. I bought new activa 4g on 13 april, 2017. There is vibration in the activa and the company clean the clutch. But problem remain the same. One month later than company change the 18 parts of clutch. Now also the problem remain the same. Than i complete in the company and the engineer was came. He check the clutch. But he found problem in engine hanger he changed the engine hanger. But the problem is not solved. We complaint 8 times in customer care but there is no reply. Please solve this matter urgent.

            Hello i am krishna sharma and i want to complaint about the 2 wheeler honda livo bike. I bought that bike in nov 2016 and the problem is that it's jerking while changing gear and the main reason of this complaint is that it's chain is misaligned and gets out from both front and back sprockets. And this problem is arriving from starting. So what can i do now. Please suggest me. Thank you

              Engine of product gets failed in 3 years of purchase and dealer is not ready to take ownership also there team is not ready to listen customer complaint.
              Poor customer service experience i have face on 11/6/17 from above service provider.. No one least bother to revert and attend customer complaints....

              I have buy my scootor last year but it having starting trouble in morning. I had complain to agency but they return after some day its having engine vibrate and bublling in tyre. Tyre bublling is sought out but engine vibration is remain. Now acceleration hard and light is dim.                 I have hond unicorn bike and till date i had services only at honda service center.

                I had a problem of the bike from the day one and i had complaint to honda as well. You guys ignored at that time saying no problem with the engineer and the bike.

                Now the engine broke down. I have left the bike at honda service center which is at marathalli and service engineer is saying need to open the engine and validate as there is major problem in engineer.

                Also last time i had left service at haiku honda not sure what service they have done. Now when the service engineer at tansi honda validated and not even a single drop of engine oil is present. From the previous service the bike is drow for only 1300 kms. But engine oil got exhausted.


                Please address the issue and let me know what justification you guys can do.

                  Sir, i was using a honda activa since last 6 years. Recently i sold my activa. I visited with your haldwani dealer on 11/06/2017 to purchase a new honda aviator. I stay there for more than 2 hours and you will surprised that nobody was there to entertain us even after my verbal requests. Previously also i faced this problem with your haldwani dealer resultinf that i have done only 1 free service of my activa and rest of services are done through local market.
                  Yesterday when i faced such a neglected attitude of your dealer i immediately decided to purchase a hero majestro from hero dealer from where i got very good response from the dealer inspite that there were lot of customers due to week end.
                  I have never seen a worst dealer so far.
                  The reason for the complaint is that you should take appropriate action so that any other customer may not feel neglected in future.

                    I have purchased honda unicorn 150cc bike (Black color) on 29.11.2016 by ajinkya honda, latur, maharshtra. But it gives too much problems in battery. I have replace my battery one time then other battery also getting lots of problems. So i am irritate about this problem. I have showing to above dealer buthe is not any respond yet.                         Unicorn 150 i booked in meenakshi honda tirunelveli. They said after payment they will give two litres of petrol. Got the bike yesterday they said in tank one litre of petrol and gave a coupon for another litre. I took the bike to the road travel to some metres the bike stops without petrol. They cheated me. I'm going to submit a case on honda in consumer court.

                          I am a regular customer of vihaan honda service center & on 8th of june i reached at the vihaan honda service center at manpada thane at 9.45am sharp.
                          The security guy noted my vehicle number in order to maintain a queue record. My turn was arrived after waiting for an hour which was dissapointing. The advisor prepared my job card stating me the estimated value which was again horrible amount of ₹1460, as i felt was an unnecessory additional expenses. Then i cleared all to the advisor that just change the engine oil, mirror rod & do normal servicing decreasing the amount to ₹400 under amc service — which is an extravanza charge. Before arriving to the service center i was told that the service will take around 3hrs which was ok for me. But the advisor told that it will take 6hrs which wasnot the time i expected.
                          So i requested the advisor to make it quick & he agreed to give me the service done by 12.30pm. I literally waited till 3pm, but still no sign of any intimation by their side. I ask the supervisor of that center, he told me to jst wait for 5 mins i will check it out. The service was done by 3.15pm but the workers over there lost my job card & i was very much irritated with their careless behavior. Somehow they found out after half hour & i rush to the billing counter, i came to know that the billing amount was ₹570 which was bery high as compared to the estimated amount ₹400. I checked out all the particulars & found out that they have charged for a new mirror which was not at all ask to or stated in the job card. I asked the advisor about this & he came to know that the mechanic which was working on my scooty has broke down my mirror accidently & for that i have to pay the charge which has no sense. The advisor didnt told me the reason, but when i ask at the billing counter receptionist, she told me the real reason. This means it wasnt my bloody fault & yet i have to pay for it. After an hour discussion with the manager of that center mr. Goenka, they settled the charges & refunded me the amount. And in addition to this there was power down for 2hrs.
                          But what about my time?
                          I have wasted my 6 hrs & whose responsible for my loss?
                          Whose gonna pay for it?
                          So, i kindly request you to take action against this matter.

                              I have purchased the new honda hornet special edition on feb of this year (2017), the condition of bike is good on only first 2 months after that its not in good condition like some times over noise, the vehicle doesn't cross above 90 km speed. If i am riding above that speed its give more vibration discomfort feeling and mileage wise i am not satisfied. The first two months only all in good but now a days performance of bike is very worst from my bike. Even i went service center they do that time some temporary solution after that i am facing repeatedly problem

                                I purchased activa 125 on 9/2/2015 from jsp honda, annanagar chennai. I have carried out all free services and took amc from 2/9/2016 for one year at their service centre. I am a senior citizen and do not use activa very much. It has run so far only 4000 kms.

                                Since one month starting trouble experienced in my activa. Hence i requested jsp honda, mogappair service centre on 6/6/2017 to investigate. They informed me some costly dci unit was faulty and i have to pay around rs. 1800 since it has crossed warranty period of two years by 4 months. I asked them to replace it under warranty as a goodwill gesture since i ran little and just crossed the warranty period. But they refused. I consider the failure is a clear manufacturing defect.

                                I raised a complaint with your customer care #i - [protected].

                                We purchase activa by paying around 15000 more than other similar brands thinking it is a reliable scooter. I was proved wrong in my judgement as activa also using substandard parts which fail in two years!! Without any fear of reputation.

                                I hope you know that warranty is provided to give assurance to customer. You cannot go strictly by calendar date. If customer knows that it will run only two years without problem, then nobody will buy that product. Scooter is expected to give good service upto 15 years.

                                I believe to safeguard your reputation you will instruct your dealer to replace or refund the amount charged to me as your customer care has not acted promptly. Moreover you may like to instruct your service managers to be polite and considerate towards customers. After all your business depends on our faith.

                                  I booked honda aviator on 1st may 2017, and the delivery date was 20th may. And i called them on 20th, they say you will get on 25th, after i called them 25th, again they gave me new date i. E 30th may. On 30th again they said about 5th june, and its 8th june, i have'nt get scooty yet. And they dont know what problems we are facing. They try to be fools to consumer.

                                    I have a submitted my Honda livo Matt Grey colour the before 17 day ago at startupw Honda service center pratpatjanj industrial area Delhi but repair can't done they told me wait for few days part has not come from first day.
