The CBC honda service center in near venjaramoodu(Trivandrum, kerala) showroom has very very poor in services they are not doingthe free service also they just change engine oil only they do not care about bike very badly they are doing the service they doing for make mony or just for the formality so i kindly request you to notice this issue and make a good decision to the purticular CBC honda i just enquired about the outher service centres in CBC everyone tell the same issue also they are collecting more mony from costumers. While bike purchasing time they change the company giving helmet and giving very bad helmets

      I have done my activa paid service on[protected] at M/s Muthoot honda service, palarivattam, ernakulam, kerala -0484-, 4059732, and I have paid an amount of Rs 1388 . Unfortunately the same bill is misplaced, but I need the bill copy of the same for the accounting purpose . I asked the service centre to give me a bill copy, but they informed to me that they cant give the bill copy.
      Hence I request to you that kindly issue a duplicate bill of the same . Your quick and positive response in this matter is required .

          I submitted my bike i.e CBR 250R to service centre which is in Bhubaneswar, Patia, Dealership name is KHIMJI HONDA.
          its 6 month now and i haven't got my bike, i gave it for servicing, they dont have value for there coustmer, they even dont know how to talk to a coustmer.
          whenever i went asking about my bike that is it ready or not i was told that come after next week.

          i was given estimated cost of 40k but today i went there they started telling that cost would be around 70k, without contacting me they were just repairing my bike from 6 month

            1-Front Head light power not visible,
            2-Very low mileage 35km only per litre,
            3-Plastic part molding defect, Short mold
            4-No response from dealers,
            5-4 month before i complained for plastic short molding defect in hosur keerthi honda service center but still no action,
            6-Last one month only i have worst mileage issue.
            Please short out this issues or replace my vehicle honda team

            I bought a honda aviator 6 months back... n its headlight WaS making noise so i jst checked... it and its broken from inside... never met wid any accident nor fell down. n showrooms are not ready to listen anything... such a bad service in goa and cheap material spares of bIke.

              I have purchased Honda Navi from your dealer at Gondal i.e Yogi Honda.
              Date of purchase is 09/12/16.
              On making request many times incharge person of Agency gives bogus excuses and notgiving bill of Rs.48700 out of which Rs 43515 cheque is given in favour of SBI
              Rest money is paid in cash.
              Please arrange to provide me bill as soon as pissible.
              Otherwise i will be compaled to file a suit in court of law.

                Please advise us at what frequency the decarbonisation of the activa het 2 wheeleer is to be carried out. What are the industry level standards for this. Also advise me at what intervals the greesing of the vehicle is to be carried out.

                I am having 3 activa scooters in my family purchased from tajshree, deonagar, nagpur (maharashtra). Each time i take the vehicle either for paid or mandatory servicing the staff at tajshree insist that the decarbanisation has to be carried out, costing about rs.500/-. Otherwise the pick-up and average of the vehicle will be adversely affected. This is also the casefor new activa which has not run even 5000 kms. Similarly they are charging something about rs.200/- for greesing during servicing even if it is carried out within 4/5 months and the vehicle has not run even 2500 kms.

                I think this is a sheer loot and they are just befooling the customers for collecting additional income, they are also threatening that if this is not done amc/guarantee will not hold good.

                Please advise me urgently as my vehicle is due for mandatory servicing this month. Tajshree has refused to do the same as i refused decarbanisation charges of rs.500/-. Even whn there is no problem in pick=up/average of the vehicle.

                      We pur hondo dio nov 2016 from your local dealer chanda honda - meetupalayam road but i am sorry to say that your product dio is thirdclass it have from starting to battery problem and it not give more then 25 km milange. When we ask local dealer chandra honda coimbatore he not give responsible answer pls clear this problem other wise we go to consumer court this metter

                        I have purchased the unicorn bike in jan-2013 (Rc copy attached), at the time of my initial services i bought the extended warranty from 21honda service station located at saki vihar road, powai, mumbai-72 dealer code no. Mh020005 on may-2013 (Extended warranty copy attached) and at the same time i have done twice amc with 21 honda in respective year, i use regular services only with 21 honda only.

                        On 22nd dec, 2016 i have given my bike on service (Tag attached-job card no. 16743) and on 24th dec, 2016 they delivery my bike (Bill no. 2016/wb/16788 copy attached for rs. 3, 052/-), but when i used it, i still found a problem and again i went to 21 honda on 27th dec, 2016, they informed that there is a problem in 3rd and 4th gear so that need to be change and i told him to do so since i have an extended warranty and again i handed over the vehicle (Tag attached-job card no. 17077)
                        With regular follow-up on 5th jan 2017 they informed me that approval has been rejected due to no services has been done regularly. They show me mail which was sent by mr. Vishal from email id: claims. Corporate. [protected]@gmail.com of 4th jan saying in 2016 i have done only one service, so extended warranty is rejected and i have to pay for repair.

                        I have informed that it is not possible that only 1 service is done in 2016, since i am the regular customer of 21 honda and in year 2016 i had already done the services under extended warranty, then how is it possible it has been rejected, i told him to search/check the data in your system where you will find that in year 2016 extended warranty is utilize for some parts and they confirmed that extended warranty is unitized in same year and without regular services it is not possible.

                        21 honda informed me that they will re-send the same for approval on 5th jan, 2017, but again on 9th they informed that it has been rejected, i asked him to show the rejection correspondence but they denied to show and told me that you have to pay if you what to get repaired.

                        After 18 days such harassment and patients i forcefully have to repair, for which i have paid today rs. 20062/- (Bill. No.2016/wb/17996 copy attached) and the old parts has been returned to me.

                        Almost from 22nd dec 2016 to 10th jan 2017 the vehicle is not with me, and for this 18 days i have also paid in travelling with private vehicle almost 16k, where i have an online billing with me. The repair cost me rs. 39114/- (3052+20062+16000)

                        I am writing this above complaints in a hope that honda – the company will take necessary steps and will prove that they really care for customers.

                          I have booked the honda activa 125 deluxe by giving 1000 advance to manasarovar honda velachery on 02/06/2016.

                          Unfortunately i cancelled the booking by giving letter to showroom on november 08th 2016 and they said would call for refund of 800 rs once check is ready.

                          They did not contact till now and no response when i go to show room they say accountant not available come later.

                            The previous complaints from the day of purchase has been addressed and filed with the dealer M/s CR Scooters, Vadodara from whom the vehicle was purchased,
                            Vide invoice No.14IN02892 (frame No.ME4JC36JFE7960199/Engine No.JC36E[protected]. From the day one not a single day has gone when this bike has not troubled me. Apart from regular free services have also availed extended paid services. The bike stops suddenly while running has put my life to danger. Twice left with the dealer's garage for two nights each but could not set it right. I do not want to put my life to danger any more. This vehicle could not be repaired any further according to the dealer and I am entitled for money back or fresh piece. I feel I have been given a refurbished piece!

                              This is sujith from Andhra pradesh nellore district. passion plus AP26 AG8498 on the mention date 09/01/2017 night 11:30pm the bike was started burning we assumed that time because when we know the bike was burning at 2 am morning some sound had came from bike then every one had came out at that time nothing was there bike parts at that time 8 feets fire every one has shocked what happen no one understand .please take a severe action on this incident it was happened in night no one is on there on bike time god we are safe.

                                I have given my Honda active to Reg No HR03 R 8012 to for service at Honda authorized service station "Parekh Automotive, 109-A, Industrial Area, Industrial Road 29, Sion, Mumbai - 400022" on 31st December 2016
                                During inspection the office told me the total estimated is around 1300 and for this he will be issuing 2 invoice.

                                At the time of delivery I Paid Rs. 1, 442.00 via HDFC debit card transaction reference no. "[protected]" on the observation it was found that there where 2 invoices, 1 Authorized Invoice of Parekh Automotive & 2nd for un authorized bill (Without any sales tax or service tax number) On the complain to HOD service, they refunded 700/- against un-authorized invoice.

                                This business of issuing un-authorized invoices the dealer was doing with every customer.

                                I have made the complain for issuance o[censored]n-authorized invoice by the Parkeh Automotive to Honda Customer Care - Complain no. 1-[protected] dtd. 31st December 2016.
                                Honda has close this complained stating that the dealer has not charged any extra money, without any action/investigation on dealer for issuance o[censored]n-authorized invoice. Also this closer of complaint was not informed to me.

                                My complain as under
                                Licence of Parekh Honda to be cancelled or refund of money to all the customer from whom the parkeh has collected on Un-authorized invoices.
                                so that an Honda authorized service station stop issuing un-authorized invoices for his customers.

                                      i have repurchased new vehicle honda160 unicorn, on 22/1/16. and it run 4500+km . form last 2 service there was a oil leak whenever i park the vehicle .after the 3rd service i have shown to the service center at planet Honda dasarahalli bangalore.thay said it was not titan properly hence there was a leak .now i can see there more oil coming out and the nut can be rotated by hand ...it clearly indicate that there was a issue in quality of job performed

                                      and more over i am getting only 30km millage per lit .this issue also brought to there notice but no use ..

                                        Myself Faisal Reza Patel, I have Honda CB Unicorn 160. I have got fake resolution from Honda service centre, Mumbra thane. I never did any work outside. Today they replied terminal of battery is damaged by me and I need to buy new. I don't feel I damaged it personally. I asked them do Matt on wiring as I was tired of rats cutting cables. From the time the did wiring I was facing problem and today they said it's not Honda responsibility. Please check n help.

                                        I have Honda Unicorn. I gave to service the vehicle at Dhruvdesh Honda Nagwara. Today was 3rd time i went there and said complaint that oil was leaking. Still its not resolved.
                                        I am worried that whether engine will sieze in between. Need help and also want to lodge a complaint on the same.
