The previous complaints from the day of purchase has been addressed and filed with the dealer M/s CR Scooters, Vadodara from whom the vehicle was purchased,
Vide invoice No.14IN02892 (frame No.ME4JC36JFE7960199/Engine No.JC36E[protected]. From the day one not a single day has gone when this bike has not troubled me. Apart from regular free services have also availed extended paid services. The bike stops suddenly while running has put my life to danger. Twice left with the dealer's garage for two nights each but could not set it right. I do not want to put my life to danger any more. This vehicle could not be repaired any further according to the dealer and I am entitled for money back or fresh piece. I feel I have been given a refurbished piece!

This is sujith from Andhra pradesh nellore district. passion plus AP26 AG8498 on the mention date 09/01/2017 night 11:30pm the bike was started burning we assumed that time because when we know the bike was burning at 2 am morning some sound had came from bike then every one had came out at that time nothing was there bike parts at that time 8 feets fire every one has shocked what happen no one understand .please take a severe action on this incident it was happened in night no one is on there on bike time god we are safe.

I have given my Honda active to Reg No HR03 R 8012 to for service at Honda authorized service station "Parekh Automotive, 109-A, Industrial Area, Industrial Road 29, Sion, Mumbai - 400022" on 31st December 2016
During inspection the office told me the total estimated is around 1300 and for this he will be issuing 2 invoice.

At the time of delivery I Paid Rs. 1, 442.00 via HDFC debit card transaction reference no. "[protected]" on the observation it was found that there where 2 invoices, 1 Authorized Invoice of Parekh Automotive & 2nd for un authorized bill (Without any sales tax or service tax number) On the complain to HOD service, they refunded 700/- against un-authorized invoice.

This business of issuing un-authorized invoices the dealer was doing with every customer.

I have made the complain for issuance o[censored]n-authorized invoice by the Parkeh Automotive to Honda Customer Care - Complain no. 1-[protected] dtd. 31st December 2016.
Honda has close this complained stating that the dealer has not charged any extra money, without any action/investigation on dealer for issuance o[censored]n-authorized invoice. Also this closer of complaint was not informed to me.

My complain as under
Licence of Parekh Honda to be cancelled or refund of money to all the customer from whom the parkeh has collected on Un-authorized invoices.
so that an Honda authorized service station stop issuing un-authorized invoices for his customers.

Maine 15 august 2013 ko honda dream yuga bike kharidi thi jiska chainspoket january 2016 me sirf 30000 km pe kharab ho gaya tha jisko maine company ke hi chain spocket dusra dalba liya, jo sirf 13000 km chalke kharab ho gaya hai, jab ke mere brother in law ne hero honda ki bike kharidi thi jiska sirf ek hi chain spocket kharab hua hai aur unki bike 80000 km chal chuki hai, mujhe maloom hota honda ki bike itna maintenance karana hoga to mai honda ki bike nahi kharidta mai bahut unsatisfy hu honda ki bike leke

I manish Pidwani Purchased Honda Livo From Universal Honda, Naroda (Ahmedabad - Gujarat) on 17/12/2016 But Now i Want to Return My Honda Livo Bike to Universal Honda, Naroda (Ahmedabad - Gujarat) Due to Some of Issue With Honda Company. and I Don't Want ever to go With Honda Company in Future.

Please Sir take immediate Action on above matter and return back my payment which i paid to you at the time of bike purchased. i will pay you whatever your charges for the bike used by me.

i have repurchased new vehicle honda160 unicorn, on 22/1/16. and it run 4500+km . form last 2 service there was a oil leak whenever i park the vehicle .after the 3rd service i have shown to the service center at planet Honda dasarahalli bangalore.thay said it was not titan properly hence there was a leak .now i can see there more oil coming out and the nut can be rotated by hand ...it clearly indicate that there was a issue in quality of job performed

and more over i am getting only 30km millage per lit .this issue also brought to there notice but no use ..

Myself Faisal Reza Patel, I have Honda CB Unicorn 160. I have got fake resolution from Honda service centre, Mumbra thane. I never did any work outside. Today they replied terminal of battery is damaged by me and I need to buy new. I don't feel I damaged it personally. I asked them do Matt on wiring as I was tired of rats cutting cables. From the time the did wiring I was facing problem and today they said it's not Honda responsibility. Please check n help.

My honda cb shine bike. My bike was 4 month a go my bike was not a good mileage and bike head firing sound and back light sound and chain spoket was any week sound able and todi honda was not good service is like a careless my bike 1st service then go to service then only my bike wash no my problem solve and careless man this man name... I had purchased Honda Activa 3G from a Honda dealer here in Serlingampally, Hyderabad. From Day 1, the bike is stopping when the throttle is reduced. At first it appeared that it was just an RPM setting but that wasn't the case. I visited the dealer almost 10 times. They cleaned the carburettor, replaced the carburettor, cleaned the fuel tank, etc. etc but even today the bike is stopping when RPM is reduced. This is very dangerous when driving on the roads and can lead to a major accident. Multiple complaints were also raised (Complaint #'s below) against Honda but so far the issue is still the same. This clearly indicates that there is a manufacturing defect somewhere in the bike. I have asked Honda for replacement of bike but everytime I am being called to dealership saying they will check again..Enough experimentation has already been done on the bike and now the bike is like an old bike as engine, carburettor has been touched so many times. Today when I was driving, surprisingly the RPM was raised even when the throttle was not touched and bike was moving by itself without accelerating.
I need Honda to give me a new bike and to transfer this bike to their name so that I can drive in peace.

I am facing the engine problem. Engine is working very poor.I told to Honda service dream moters center Gandhinagar, this is your authorised service centre.but dream moters is not providing the solution.
I have given them my Livo many times for servicing and again and again same engine problem was registered in complaint in memo card.but service person never gives importance to me, they just listen to the problem and never take any action against the mentioned problem.

Sir, I live in durgapur. I booked a Honda cbr 250 on December. When i went to know about status. The dealer SAI HONDA of benacity saying that company is not providing us that's vehicle at this moment so we can't able to provide you. Even the dealer said we can't able to say when you will get your bike.
Sir, If you take action against that dealer's then I will get my bike quickly.

I am purchased a levo self start on 20 may 2016 now i am facing problem in chain wheel.
Honda's service man suggested me to change chain wheel.
But it's 6 month long & bike is in warranty so why i purches chain wheel from outside?
Bike is under warranty.
Also you're services is not good so please contact your costumes for satisfaction and take feedback.

I am kasaragod... I hv a unicorn bikes since 2010..29 th december 2016 my unicorns bikes had prblms like when am pressing the brakes lght will blowing in day time... Nght time.. It will dimming... So that i went t4o honda bike service station badiaduka. Kasaragod... They had repaired as said... Bt after that its not focusing correctly... Then i complained at that time they have told me that it's adjusting screw was broken. So i have to change entire headlights set.. Until they had repaired as said head lights had no problems.. Please help me.

I purchasd the 125 cc activa on 11 may 2016 and in the month of august my scooty has injured, then i placed at showroom of etawah, up for treatment but my scooty has not been corrected since janmashtami till now, the dealer said that company is not providing its parts.
So its a request to u to provide the necessary parts so that i will get my scooty back, as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied with service center of 2 wheeler Honda activa in tirupati renigunta road branch, o had gave activa with contioned battery with self start working but after service my self was not working and told that battery should be changed as they said I went and changed battery which is of Rs 1200 cost whereas Rs 1450 in Honda showroom even after I Changed my battery my self is not working now and I went to the company again ... Even my scooty is not water services well with oil and dust on it

One month passed away but i dint get my accesory by dealer.
When i go for accessory they said tomorror come. .next day come. i am very frusted by the behaviour of the ksk honda.

I have repaired my motorcycle honda shine PB10CA3615 on dated[protected] from honda service station guru teg bahadur nagar jamalpur chd road ludhiana after repair the vehicle's condition is being got more problem without technical knowledge the mechanic says that there is lack of parts. i can not understand how can such a prestigious company hire this type type o[censored]nqualified mechanic which created more problem to customer .kindly see the matter so that i have not to face any loss of my hard earned money and time

The issue started in may 2016 where i complained that the brake was getting stuck
- they advised me to change the front brake shoe serviced on 03.05.16 at 3956 km under amc service 2...
- amc service 3 was carried out on 07.08.16 at 4400 km - need your to observe that the scooter has run 444 km in a span of 3 months i. E 100 km a month
- amc service 4 was carried out on 02.12.16 done at 5392 km had the same problem of brake getting stuck and the dealer charged me for changing rear brake shoe..
Today i. E 31.12.2016 the km stands at 5543 km (Driven for 151 since serviced on 2nd dec) and again the problem started of brake getting stuck and i visited the dealer at 6 pm now ie 31.12.16 and the dealer said - front brake shoe needs replacement... To which my q was in a distance of 1587 km it needed replacement? Point is did they change the brake shoe or did they bluff for money/..? The question needs to be answered.. To me...

Also the dealer vehemently denied it is not covered under warranty and i can do whatever i like since they dont care for such stuff... This is arrogant behavior by the dealer.

I have raised a complaint against this dealer and appreciate your revert on priority as it is dangerous for me to drive this vehicle since the brakes are getting stuck.,... And whats the point in getting serviced at honda when the dealer are replacing spurious parts.
