Dear team I was submit my bike work shop excel Honda Rama road kirti nagar new delhi on 24th Jan -2022 for service and today is 21st Feb -2022 with the advance payment of rs 6000 but they are not giving my bike on time still they ask more time what type of service you are giving your customers I don't know i[censored] are not help me for this matter on immidiate bases then next time I will go consumer court with the receipt of work sheet and advance payment of rs 6000 receipt also I have donthis needfull and take immediate action .

    Dear sir/madam,

    My name is Sathish and My bike number is TS01EB0589.

    I have many times watched in my near honda service center at Mancheriyal. They are not working properly. And not washing the bikes also. They are only noted the problem of bike and not fix the issues.

    Just only delivering asusual my bike. I have noticed there are not any changes in my bike after servicing.

    Kindly advise them to proper service.

      I am not able to get duplicate invoice

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I need a help on urgent basis, I have purchased a Honda Stunner GJ01JP3413 and I have got NOC also from Ahmedabad Gujarat,

      when I am doing transfer to Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh at own name then he want invoice of Honda stunner but I have purchased vehicle from second owner and he has no invoice,

      One thing is that we are not able to contact with first owner of vehicle or dealer of...

          I have a Honda bike with headlights off. If Honda does not give warranty / guarantee of lamps with show room then should they give bike switch for light on / off so as not to annoy the customers I see the answer that Why did the Honda showroom owner stop giving Swiss? One question is if a person goes to Bike Rhythm at night then the lights go off and if there is an accident then who will take the responsibility and keep changing the lamps to the customers from month to month.

              I went with my vehicle honda activa 6g at Muthooth honda dealer at kochi at palarivattom for just horn setting, I request them for horn setting but front service facilator try to make me fool saying for horn setting they need to connect Diagnosis software and need to check, i said ok and left from there after that myself I have done horn setting and start to work horn, i am service manager from suzuki, I know technically know, How easily trying to fool to customer

                I already Complated 5 days before for my Honda Livo Bike HR 06 AX 2921 but there is no any responce from Honda Two Wheelers Team. I want to Replace my fual tank due to leakage issue from top of tank . i already Complaint for paint issue on bike fual tank but LK Honda Gohna Road Panipat always saying me without any resion but this issue of my fual tank from purchase at that time leakage is covered by paint so customer can't guess

                  In city honda service center, cashier was scold me and taking angry and unnecessary words. Realy i am hurt that women cashier her name i dont know.

                      Assam ke Barpeta road simlaguri ke Gopal Honda Free surviceing nam pe logo ko loot krte..mai aaj mera behan ki ek scooti survicing korane ko aya tha jiska no hai As15T2497.. Kaam hone ke actually jish ka bill hota only Rs 285(changing cost of mobil & washer) Lekin oon logo ne mujhe Rs565/- bill hai..msi jab pucha itna q tab oon logo ne bola ki cost of Air & labour charge a sb mila ke 565 huwa appka..To dekhiye sir free survicing ke name hum logo ko kitna loot raha hai.

                        नमस्कार जी, मेरा नाम अखिल है और मैं हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला कांगड़ा की तहसील जयसिंहपुर का रहने वाला हूँ, मेरे पास हौंडा की एविएटर 2014 मॉडल स्कूटी है। मेरे घर से 6 km दूर लोअर लम्बगांव में हौंडा का दोपहिया वाहनों का शोरुम है, मैंने 2014 में वहीं से स्कूटी खरीदी थी। पिछले वर्ष कोविड के दौरान मेरी स्कूटी में दिक्कत आ गयी, उसकी पिछली ब्रेक ढंग से काम नि कर रही थी और आगे का जो फूटरेस्ट होता है मुझे वह भी बदलवाना था, (1. फ्रंट फूटरेस्ट ओर 2. पिछला एलाय व्हील) मैंने शोरूम के जो मैनेजर हैं यहां के रिगन शर्मा नाम से उनको पिछले वर्ष के नवंबर से ये 2 चीजें मंगवाने को बोला था, लेकिन वह आज कल आज कल करे जा रहे हैं उन्होंने मुझे पिछले सोमवार के लिए बोला था जो कि हो चुका है और अब तो अगला सोमवार भी आने वाला है, अब उन्होंने मेरा फोन उठाना ही बन्द कर दिया है। जो कि बिल्कुल सही नहीं है। इनसे 2 चीजें नि मंगवाई जा रही, मेरी इस परेशानी को दूर किया जाए नहीं तो मैं इसे बाहर से ठीक करवा के बेच दूंगा ओर जीवन में कभी भी न खुद ओर न ही अपने रिश्तेदारों को हौंडा के वाहन खरीदने दूंगा। जय श्री राम 🙏

                          Am thatipamula sagar, my negative place is Gandhari kamareddy, 503114.
                          My vehicle number TS17B0292 Activa 4g. Am done my all services at sriram Honda showroom kamareddy... After so many days I got a engine problem to my bike...then am give my bike at same show room at[protected]Saturday). He tell me that it will take 3 days of time... after 3 days at 09-02-22, am called to workshop management number they are not give proper response... next day 10-02-22. Am called 4 to 5 times to that number... they are didn't lift the call...am went to show room...ask about my vehicle they are not give a proper response and workshops manager is not good... He doesn't know how to talk with customer... his talking is not good...this type of people is effecting your showroom... please take a action...make a good staff...

                              My name is Wasim Dakwala residing in Ahmedabad, since many years I am using Honda Activa 3G Gj01EX3804, I have gone for a service at Universal Honda located at Khanpur Ahmedabad in Gujarat in the month of August’21, I have clearly told the supervisor or service person that service it completely you don’t bother of budget but I want my scooter service completed and at that time I have been also taken a yearly contract on 2nd I got a call of estimate of[protected] I confirmed the same and told them to proceed. After that I recd a vehicle on next day after 2 -3 days I went to the station regarding the problem of noice coming from a belt they told me come on next day and making excuses, after some month on 09.02.2022 I gone for a service and told them to get change oil and get it done some issue of brake, after 1/2 an hour I got a call that your estimate is 14k this was a very hard and ridiculous estimate given by the service centre and talking rudely. I have made a question to the service guide that what about for that I have done a service before some months they are saying that time there was a different problem now the problem is different.

                              The company service are clearly cheater I also told them that, on that time I have clearly told them to get it done completely and now you are saying to me spent 14k on service. This is ridiculous I request you to kindly take a serious action on this cheater company like me how many person are cheated on daily basis.
