I got an sms from honda saying that "chandra honda's offer for privilege customer. Engine oil change, water wash, wax polish & five points checkup. Paying just rs. 600/- only" based on this msg i went to the service station and came to know by the service advisor that - : there is nothing like that. I said i have a sms on that to which with a funky attitude he replied " call and ask the same who sent the sms - as if he is doing me a favour and doing it free of cost. And on request he said i will do the water wash and service @ 600/- you will get it only by 6.00 - his way of saying that told me if you want leave or else get lost. At the time of taking the vehicle delivery - the security was continuously insisting that the party has come to take the delivery of the vehicle and those people were least bothered looking their personal works - pathetic attitude. I seriously dont understand that this kind of attitude is prevailing as if you are doing a charity/ free of cost of offering something to a beggar.

    Just with the mouth word of recommendation went to kun honda service center and later i found which is absolutely not true.
    I am writing in this compliant letter to share my worst incident happened to me in my life at kun honda service adayar services center chennai on date 19/05/2016 between 11:15 am to 12:15 noon.
    Before start writing this i have also read all the complaints of the writer in the many blog in the internet who had suffered the same situation as improper and worst service delivery which i got, but adding to it myself and my father (60 years old) was man handled and abused by the services manger, crm, along with the mechanics who behaved like gundas.
    While writing this, still i have the pain on my left arm and sprain in my neck due to their man handling and also a mental stress.
    The incident started with discussion about the unsatisfactory work and billing done by them for their works carried out on vehical honda shine, which lead to the man handling me and my father with the group of labourer working their with guidance of the service manger.
    They didn’t properly attend the services complaints which i made on my bike rather it looks more worst after the service, furthermore they had broken my bike front doom and spoiled, made useless, the good working condition self-start where it was not at all had a issue when i gave the service for the bike.
    When i asked about this, they were screeming against me stating that those issues where already there when i gave the bike for service which is not at all true.
    Adding to it senior mechanic mr. Vijay to whom i spoke in morning on the same day to confirm about the vehicle delivery and also enquired about the front brake adjustment, he said it has been done when i check that during the delivery there was no adjustment made it was in same state as how it was earlier nothing was done and billing charges were claimed. When i question him about front brake issue which was not fixed, he very carless denied that he did talk about the front brake, he just spoke about the rear brake and i proved him from my side, by playing back the conversation which we had in the morning with the help of recorder in my phone, and in turn he started abusing me verbally for using voice recorder in my phone..
    Repeatedly, i was asking service manger and crm to know who is the next level of escalation but they didn’t reply to me rather they were, responding careless, abused me and screaming against me inside customer longue. I left the customer longue same way screaming back to them, suddenly i was mobbed by the laborers around approximately 10 numbers surrounded me and my father a push, pull happened among us, started hitting me and my father by raising their hands.
    To the fact these laborers not even know what happened inside the customer longue but just heard a loud voice created by the service manger and for the sake of support his service manager and to have a good reputation from him, they have started hitting me and my father, nearly 10 guys were surrounded by me.

    Here i want to ask the mechanics : if you wish to get a appreciation from your manger, please show your skill and put your effort in your work rather than man handling the customer, which is sure leads you to the bad path in your life.
    “what i have learnt from the internet blogs and on my own experience, the mechanic laborers who are working in service center are just replacing the spares rather investigating and troubleshooting the issue which is making them easy life going, but i also agree there at are good mechanics who are very rare to see them.”
    Let me continue with the incident happened
    A couple of kind hearted people who work along with the gundas saved us, i have again asked the question of injustice made to me, once again they started hitting me instead of answering to my question.
    Later when we were thrown out of the service center, a good samaritan whom i meet him on the road suggested me to meet the md of kun honda who will be available in the next building (Dev building).
    We went there and met mr. Ganeasan who is the managing director of kun honda, we narrated the injustice incident happened to us. He spoke to someone over the phone, order to expel the mechanic and the service manager who man handled us and he also asked the apologies from us.
    The action of expelling the service manger and mechanics was done truly or not which is not sure, but still god only knows it, how far it is true and it is not just for the sake of convincing us.
    I have also made a complaint to the mr. Ganesan md. Of kun honda that they have broken the front doom and requested him to fix the issue, the crm. Mr. Hari babu was there by the side and accepted the verbal order from his md to fix the issue
    After an hour of waiting mr. Haribabu came and said that the doom issue has been fixed. No one would have responded such gratefully to his md word. Please refer the attachment photo which shows how he fix the issue. Don’t forget to see the attachment.
    We felt very sad about the m. D. Situation here and left the place as we also understood that no improvement is going to happen in further in my case, so we didn’t go back to the m. D. Again to show the response made by the crm haribabu for his words
    (The understanding here the employee mr. Hari babu &, gave such a bad response to his m. D.’s word who is paying the salary for them, why it is will not happen for us).
    We took our bike to local mechanic who fixed all my complaint by the evening on the same day itself which was failed, not able to do by the people who label themselves as an authorized service center.
    This sort of attitude shows tarnishing the image of the honda company.
    I have attached the bill copy and also the photo snap shot of the way they fix the doom which they broke during the service.

      we own two scooties of Honda. whenever we go to service center for servicing of our scooties, the people in service center of my town are adopting wrong/unethical practices. For example, fitting sub-standard parts, or taking out some genuine parts etc.This has happened a many times. All this is damaging image of Honda and we don't expect this from such a high esteemed company.
      Please do needful. Thank you.

        I state that i have purchased activa vehicle during january 2014 at haritha
        Motors, lake view road, k. K. Nagar, madurai - 625020, tamilnadu. I already registered complaint (Ticket no:[protected] and they talked me over phone. I am not satisfied with the response. The vehicle details are as follows.

        The said vehicle was puchased by me on 14.01.2014 at haritha motors, k. K. Nagar, madurai-20 by cash and periodical service was done by the dealer's service station regularly. Lastly the service was done during february 2016 and used by me. All of suden on[protected] the vehicle was unable to start by me in both ways either by self or kick. Immediately on 08.04.2016 i have approached the haritha motors service station branch at narayanapuram and with the help of one mechanic the vehicle was taken from my house to attend the repair works. The service station technician inspected the vehicle and informed that the crank shaft of the vehicle is in pent position and the vehicle could not be repaired unless the crank shaft is removed. It will take time and said that the estimated cost comes to rs.6000/- and more. I was shocked because my hope about the salient future of activa is false.

        I am a retired govt. Servant aged about 72 years old. The said vehicle is used by me. The vehicle so far is used from 14.01.2014 to 07.04, 2016 about 9700 k. Ms. {10 - 15 km perday).. I could not belive the major repair position was noticed & informed by the service center. I thing it may occured either by improper maintenance or manufacture defects. The vehicle was properly maintained by me through the authorised service station. At that time no such fault was noticed. Being a major honda company, there is no possibility to improper check made on the products before marketing. So it could not be justified whether the sub standard products was fitted in the vehicle by the company. It is not known about the life time assessed by the company for the crank shaft. I request that the responsible person of the technical who noticed the repair may be enquire about the repair in detail and asked him about the repair and proper rectification method may be informed to solve the repair works.

          On 16.05.2016 at about 0900 hrs i was deposited my honda activa for servicing at sharayu 2 wheelers pvt. Ltd. Panvel, but till 1700 hrs the job was not attended/started by the service center staff and advised to collect the vehicle on next day.
          Is it the customer service that we expect from a reputed firm?
          Further, it is not happened first time. Same type of service was also happened with me at same dealer and no person was interested to complete my job till the evening. The staff is not in control of the manager and he himself was not responding properly to the customer.

            On 09.05.2016 myself with my friend and purchased dio to gift the bike to my friend on his birthday at the time of delivery i notice that seat lock was not fitting wen i informed them they were trying to repair they did damage of tank cover (Dikky) they told me they will replace the bike on 10/05/2016 and again they have gave me same bike wen i am asking replacement they r telling bill has been generated now it is not possible for replacement. It was a gift to my friend i dont want to give which is already serviced plz do the needfull and get the replacement..

            My all new honda dio having handle shiwaring while driving on smooth road. Front sound. Bad noice from rear L/H engine side. Body pannel not fixed properly. Engine missing. They did'nt rectify these complaints at first service.

                    i purchased my activa scooty 6-7 months ago
                    when went for 3rd service they skipped tightenig the engine oil nut due to which the piston rings got damaged .Manager promised to change the engine cylinder, piston, ring, crank as it was their fault and still it was under warranty. the manager is shifting dates scheduled for repairing, and postponing the things giving excuses over last 2 MONTHS.

                      I purchased a honda hornet cbs last month now there is a engine head sound
                      I brought bike from saphire honda bangalore. They treated well me but main issue is they opened engine. I paid 1lac rupees not to go any mechanic issue at least 7 years.

                        I went to Honda Showroom (Moonka 2 wheelers Jamshedpur, Jharkhand) on 9th May'16 (6:30 pm) asking them to kindly take my vehicle in for 3rd free servicing. I had purchased the vehicle on 9th September'15 from the same showroom. But Moonka 2 wheeler returned me back empty handed saying that my 3rd free servicing time is over. I argued them that How can you return me back like this as the service card says that 3rd servicing can de done withing 240 days of purchase and it was the 240th day. But they did not listen to me and said that we do it only till 6 pm and returned me back. I was deeply anguished over this subject and very upset.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have purchased a new dream yuga bike from hindon honda, ghaziabad on 25/04/16 and its frame number is me4jc58adgt255847 and engine no. Is jc58et4256015.
                          Just in 15 days of purchase its right side front shocker got leaked and when i went at service center of hindon honda they refused to replace it saying that company don't cover leakage of shocker in warranty.
                          So, i want to ask that is this the quality honda is providing in its two wheelers.?
                          I want quick replacement of my bike's leaked shocker without any hassle else i have to go to consumer court against honda to provide third class quality material in its bikes.

                            Sir my complain is against sunny honda gorakhpur. while doing first servicing of my activa3g, i saw 5 to 6 scratches on my scoter and when i asked about it they r not able to give any justification. when i asked about complain book they give me a simple register, not known that this register contain how much page.as for as my knowledge complain register should have some formet.

                                Issue.01 i have purchased activa 3G model white on 7th April-2016. at the time of two wheeler selection i was select 4324 (last 04 digit of chassis no) but at the time of delivery this two wheeler already given to other customer by Storage Team and at that time i have wasted my 04 hours duty time to this issue.

                                issue 02. on 07th May i have given my two wheeler to workshop team for 01 free service and i have also given request for oil change but post handover two wheeler to me on next oil bolt was removed due to poor service and due to this issue i m not able to go office at right time and on road my two wheeler was stuck than after i called to workshop team and they taken my two wheeler at workshop and changed the oil and given new oil bolt..this is OK but due to this issue if i have faced any issue after some time in engine than who is responsible for this...

                                so Honda team please look into this and provide your feedback on this. please remember that i am not a very big man but 60000/- amount is very big for me...

                                  I had registered a complaint against shree honda rewari for warranty claim not given for defective crank and pump problem in activa hr 36v6803, ticket no.1-[protected].
                                  As this is repeated problem, yet shree honda is making excuse for service not taken from shree honda. I am mechanical engineer, i have done the service of my vehicle by myself (As this is prescribed in service book). So because of this they are refusing to give warranty claim.

                                  Please support me in this matter and get resolve this issue.

                                    I purchase this bike in 2013 and in 3 years i face challenges to drive this bike. Every time it need the service and repair to drive it continuously. Just now my bike battery is down/Fan belt is broken ( Literally i escape from a big accident) and the kick shaft and riched is broken.

                                    What kind of part you used to manufacture the bike it always keep in problem, every time i have to go somewhere in urgency it stuck me in the middle of the way.

                                    I Fad up and will never suggest anyone to purchase the bikes or scooter from this company. They used the local quality parts in the 2 wheels and play with lives of public.

                                      It is to inform that I had place the order of my cbr 150 engine spare parts it been more than one month but I have not recieved order yet and my motorcycle is not in working condition due to which I am facing a lot of difficulty and inconvenience And also company dealer not giving me proper information about the order that I had placed and making different types of excuses

                                      I done first free servicing of my Honda CBR250 at zaveri Honda cotton green, however I was charged with labour charge. As per my understanding free servicing should not include labour charge. Kindly confirm.
