I state that i have purchased activa vehicle during january 2014 at haritha
Motors, lake view road, k. K. Nagar, madurai - 625020, tamilnadu. I already registered complaint (Ticket no:[protected] and they talked me over phone. I am not satisfied with the response. The vehicle details are as follows.

The said vehicle was puchased by me on 14.01.2014 at haritha motors, k. K. Nagar, madurai-20 by cash and periodical service was done by the dealer's service station regularly. Lastly the service was done during february 2016 and used by me. All of suden on[protected] the vehicle was unable to start by me in both ways either by self or kick. Immediately on 08.04.2016 i have approached the haritha motors service station branch at narayanapuram and with the help of one mechanic the vehicle was taken from my house to attend the repair works. The service station technician inspected the vehicle and informed that the crank shaft of the vehicle is in pent position and the vehicle could not be repaired unless the crank shaft is removed. It will take time and said that the estimated cost comes to rs.6000/- and more. I was shocked because my hope about the salient future of activa is false.
I am a retired govt. Servant aged about 72 years old. The said vehicle is used by me. The vehicle so far is used from 14.01.2014 to 07.04, 2016 about 9700 k. Ms. {10 - 15 km perday).. I could not belive the major repair position was noticed & informed by the service center. I thing it may occured either by improper maintenance or manufacture defects. The vehicle was properly maintained by me through the authorised service station. At that time no such fault was noticed. Being a major honda company, there is no possibility to improper check made on the products before marketing. So it could not be justified whether the sub standard products was fitted in the vehicle by the company. It is not known about the life time assessed by the company for the crank shaft. I request that the responsible person of the technical who noticed the repair may be enquire about the repair in detail and asked him about the repair and proper rectification method may be informed to solve the repair works.
