I HAVE GIVEN MY HONDA ACTIVA ..VEHILE NO. HR12M-7899 FOR SERVICING AT SHRI KRISHNA AUTO,DELHI ROAD,SONEPAT STAND,ROHTAK AT 10 AM ON 7/10/10..THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME GIVEN TO ME WAS 3PM ON 7/10/10.
WHEN I GET THERE AT 3PM THEN I SAW MY ACTIVA IS IN SAME CONDITION AS I HAVE LEFT..
THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THEN THEY ASKED ME TO COME NEXT DAY ..i.e. 4PM ON 8/10/10..WHEN I WENT THERE AT 4PM THEN THEY GAVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT THE CLUTCH PLATE IS OUT OF ORDER...THEN THEY GAVE ME DATE OF 9/10/10 AND TIME 6PM..
WHEN I GET THERE AT 6PM ON 9/10/10.
THEN ALSO MY ACTIVA IS NOT YET SERVICED....GIVING ME THE SAME REASON OF CLUTCH PLATE..SO THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR UNSATISFACTION....PLZ ATTEND THIS..

hello sir,
I Kshitij Kothari, using unicorn bike of Honda co. from last 3 years. i stay at Kandivali, Mumbai-67. i always give my bike at Om Sai Honda for servicing, it is always ok. But from last 2 time it is creating lots n lots of problem for me after every service.
My engin key is not working properly, when asked to repair at the time of servicing, no improvements.
My signal light indicator is not working, i told him to repair or replace, no improvements again. the break light which was working properly, it is not working now.
There was some problem with fuel tank which was solved bt not 100%.
After servicing when i went back and asked why these problems are not being solved? they said now to replace some parts n again give bike to them.
I m very disappointed with the poor servicing. because every time i go to a mechanic i have to pay atleast 50 rs. for a small problem to be solved..

I had booked the Aviator On 17/10/2010 at Taj shree Honda Khamla Road Nagpur, at the time of booking, they told me two month waiting of this vehicle, but after completion of two month I have visited the showroom on 01.01.2011 and ask about vehicle they told if you are deposit total cost of vehicle along with accessories Rs 4336/- then we supply the vehicle after 15 day but if I am not purchasing the accessories Rs 4336/- from showroom, they can’t supply me the vehicle and I am still in waiting and when my waiting will clear they don’t know, Sir please help me what can I will do I am waiting for your reply

i deposit my bike INNOVATIVE HONDA C G ROAD AHMEDABAD GUJRAT. i send my bike for service after renewal contract 1st service on dated[protected]. that time i complaint for battery is very low so please solve my complaint. that time they are doing only service not solve my complaint and return back my bike and advise me please go out side and recharge your battery through out side local repairer. that time i refuse this advise but that manager is force fully convince me and deliver the bike. after few day my battery is totally not working and i contact one local person and try to open the cover crows but not open the crows again i contact at honda service center and meet the manager and discuss regarding matter but again and again they advise me you go out side and solve the problem but i demand your main head office contact details after they are ready to solve my problem. after inward my bike in service center and i found they are not doing any thing in battery section and i found that battery cover crows area totally junk so that reson my battery cover is not open that time i ask the manager and discuss this problem that time manager is replying me if you are open this crows so your cabinet is burnt ( damage ) in this case i have to replace my battery cover and battery cover is approx costing is RS 500. so my question is why i expense RS 500 for one crows. at the time of service what they are doing. after so many angry discuss they are ready to recharge my battery and solve the my battery problem but my battery cover crows are as it is. but that manager beaver is very bad. after i visit in service center and found all tool kit is very old and very poor condition in that case you understand for-way crows how to open.
please do needful in this matter and take very strong action against the service center.

Sir, I purchase Honda Shine 2 wheeler on 28th Oct 10. Post first two free service I was surprised to note that the battery ( Exide )failed and the same was sent by the dealer M/s Didar Motors, Chennai to the factory on 20th Dec 10. Two weeks have gone and till today I have not been neither replaced with a new battery nor given an alternate battery.
Request to look into this and arrange for the replacement of New battery immediately.

. Today I Iam Very Unsatified to the company because of Very Poor Services of cluth plates & petrol Tank colour is very fade .There is problem in Engine, Which Given by you in my bike.Very Very Poor Engine.

Sir, i purchased a honda cbr250 in evm honda vtilla, kochin, kerala abs may18th2013 but when they are delivery the bike i saw a problem the water drops entire on the head light that time the service manager say the next service they are replace the head light and they do that but again water entire on the head light and the service manager replace the headlight 5 times but the problem still there and water entire on the head light so what i do now? or am going to consumer court

Sir,
Respectfully, I beg to state that I Smt. Usha Rani Dash, a customer of Honda 2wheeler company. I purchased a Honda Activa vehicle from PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2013. I have already completed my 03 free service at PGL Honda, Fire station, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. After 03rd free service, when I kick for a start, at that time my kick was not functioned and I started my vehicle through self. Immediately I contacted to service manager and he told me that when your 4th free servicing will due, at that time I will repair and replace that parts if any damage or broken in warranty as your vehicle is under warranty. After listen his good words I returned back.On 20.5.2014 I send my vehicle to PGL Honda (T) my husband after one month for 4th servicing receiving SMS from PGL Honda. My husband gave the vehicle at PGL Honda for 4th free service and told to replace that parts according to previous conversation. All the facts and troubles of the vehicle were mentioned in the Job card prepared by Mr. Rajesh Pradhan. Mr. Rajesh Pradhan also told to my husband that your vehicle is under warranty and that damage parts ( Kick Pinion ) will be removed by a new one. Mr. Rajesh told to my husband to come to 4.30 PM for handover the vehicle. Accordingly, my husband went to PGL Honda at 5.10 PM to take the vehicle. He asked about the trouble to Mr. Rajesh and Rajesh told to my husband that your vehicle is Ok and you should close your account and to bring gate pass. When My husband started the vehicle (T) kick, the same problame arose. Immediately, my husband asked to Mr Rajesh and his answer was suspicious. When my husband asked to the Service Manager Mr. Gyana about the problame and replacement of that broken/damaged parts, at that time Mr. Rajesh told to Manager Gyana that the broken/damage parts has been welding in a out side repair shop and the same welding parts was fitted again by mechanic Chinu. My husband asked to Mr. Rajes in front of Manager Gyana that why he fitted the old broken one again in that vehicle under the warranty period with out the consent of the vehicle owner/ her husband ? He did not give any satisfactory reply. Then Mr. Gyana, manager of the servicing told to my husband to come after a day to replace the same. Accordingly, my husband went to the PGL Honda today i.e. on 22.5.2014 to repair the same. In that service station, nobody is willing to accept the words. At last one lady manager Gauda listen and sent my husband to Mr. Gyana, Manager to make a new job card for repair. The vehicle was repaired by the same mechanic Chinu. Mr. Chinu again replace that parts by an old welding parts. I am not satisfy with the service of PGL Honda. It is requested, please take drastic action against the 02 mafias Chinu and Rajesh who were cheating the innocent people. The service of Mrs. Gauda and Mr. Gyana is appreciated. Please, look into the matter seriously and take action against the both culprits who cheated me and also to other people. You please, inform this matter to the senior officers of Honda Motor company. It is requested, please inform me what action you took against both the culprits though this email. Copies of the job cards and assurance of Mr. Gyana, Manager service are enclosed for your ready reference. I am suggesting you to make an inquiry to find out the truth. Also it is requested your good self to stop the illegal things like replacement of broken parts by old repair parts in out side shops and selling the new parts in the name of that warranty vehicle out side and cheating the Honda Company in day light. They are taking the salary from the Company and also cheating the Company in this way in the day light.
An early action is requested.

    Poor Customer Service
    I booked Honda Unicorn Dazzlar at Agartala , Tripura before 1 month & they assured that they will deliver in 7 or 8 days. Even after 1 month the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer , I will get some usual excuses. And there reply is so rude. They never deliver a byke on the due time. Even not me also the other customer also having this problem. But they can't do anything. I thing my this complain can be work and I and the others customer can get their bike on due time. and one thing more we all are already paid the half price of the bike.

    We also booked Honda activa since last 8 months at Rushabh motar Pvt ltd Nashik, but he refused to deliver saying that silver deluxe color is not painted by company and so we are not deliver the same. I want where we confirm that this colour is realy stop and also want costomer care number.

      Hi,

      Very upset from the date i have purchased HONDA AVAITOR, very bad response from your Orange dealer located at hyderabad, shaikpet.

      compalint.1. Headlight cover is not fixed properly from the day of delivey when i questioned them the people from service station said it will be same in any avaitor, if it is so kindly respond/explain? 2. Vehicle Handle is so hard in driving when i complained the same service people in 1st free service they said because vehicle is new it will be same it may come to normal after using for some days, if it is so kindly respond/explain? and head light foucus of the vehicle is somewhere in sky it not atall hitting road. iam sure if i askthem they will tell me "IT WILL BE SAME IN ANY AVAITOR" if the above mentioned complaints are so. kindly explain me me why it so.

        I m Abdul Rashid. I purchase Honda shine on 27/08/2010 from gopalka Honda dhanbad Jharkhand. Color of shine is black grey. The chassis no is ME4JC36CH8078664 and engine no is JC36E2112970.
        After purchasing of shine a got a problem of sound coming from engine loudly I think from gear box. Complaining after two days the manager assured me that the part will change within 15 days. The parts I think is balancer pinion or DVD pinion. The manager told me that drive the bike no problem. Now till today there is no response and problem sort out from the service centre. So many times asking about parts but nobody gives the right information and not talk about parts. I have got a lot problem from a huge sound coming from engine. Pls help me from this type of shameful service of Honda two wheeler. I got harassed because of Honda shine. I regret to purchase it. I[censored] can do for me then pls reply. My no is [protected].

        dear sir,
        I have a Read coller stunner CBF honda bick . In my 2nd free service in Venential Honda service in Borivali (E), after service i have found that my fuel meater was stoped . I have showned them they have sead fuel meater should be replesed . But they are sead that they have not have that part . after 3re month they not replaced yet . so please seand fuel meater of honda stunner CBF in venetial honda, Borivali (E).

          Honda Activa delux purchased from the dealer m/s Kalyaniassociates,on[protected].The vehicle is due for the second service.run 1500Kms.It is quite surprising to note that the kickstarter is only used as per the dealers advice once on the first start, that too kick behind, keep the vhicle on the mainstand,Kick the starter from behind. Hardly the kicker would have been used for 120days or 120 times. It is very ironical that a reputed company like HONDA manufacture unworthy engines. The kick starter spring lost only for 120 days. It gives me the doubt whether the THE HONDA ACTIVA will run till the warenty period. Please send the replacement since it is the manufacturing defect.Do not disappoint customers who have faith in HONDA & its products.

            We have booked a HONDA ACTIVE on 6th April 2010 though the authorised dealer of HONDA by the name of Venetian Honda - Hem Agencies situated at 3 Rohit Arcade, opp Kandivali Telephone exchange. S.V.Road,Poisar,Kandivali[w],Mumbai 400067. Tel[protected] / 10. The Said Dealer has booked Honda Active Dix model in april the Booking Form is attached herewith. The tentative date of delivery on the same is mentioned as 90 days from the date of booking. However even after 180 days and also paying the full and final payment on 20/8/2010 the Vehical is still not delivered neither are we getting proper response from the dealer. they still give hopes to deliver another 15 days. The dealer has taken full payment and enjoying the benifit of same. It is lost of interest for us also and not getting the benefit for the consideration either.

            Please see attached all the Documents viz - Booking form date April 4th -2010, Booking amount receipt dated April 4th-2010, and Full and final payment receipt dated August 20th 2010.

            The dealer is not only using the money but also selling the Said Vehicle to others who pay a price over and above the market price. they are resorting to artifical hording and making a extra money by selling illegally to third party who pay "Own" money in gray market.
            We had also booked Activa with Venetian Honda Hem Agencies on 24/4/2010. I have mailed many times to them and Honda also regarding delivery, but they are not responding. Some dealers are selling Ex-stock Activa is sold at[protected] premium.
            Honda Team,

            Your service centres here in Mumbai [ Pilot-Honda (Chember), Jhaveri
            Honda (Kurla) & Jhaveri Honda (Cotton Green)] are not able to solve
            the issue that my bike has [ Kaicchi problem ] and i want your
            immediate action on this.

            I would also like HONDA team to bring in notice that i will be filing
            a case against you guyz, i want my full money back. Attached is the
            list of experiments done on my new bike with no positive outcome [
            almost 6 times the bikes is opened, very FISHY ]

            Have tried all the below options, but no response from you HONDA :-

            >> I have tried calling on Pune Honda helpdesk number [ [protected] ] but no one is picking up the call.
            >> Have placed 3-4 complaints but revert from HONDA,
            >> Mail sent to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com but no revert.
            >> have called up Pune Honda another Helpdesk no [[protected] ] but no luck.


            If HONDA has little bit of shame, i want you to revert back on my mail
            or call me on my cell number[protected] as soon as possible or you
            guys gonna face serious problems MARK MY WORDS !!! Its high time
            now. I have all the documents with me as a proof.


            Show some professional attitude man. Absoultely Unethical i must say,
            what a FISHY company HONDA is.


            I enjoy the quality, i just sue on your Slogan :-(

            Really poor customer service. Even I am also facing the same with Sudarshan Motors, Nagpur. Even that manager and one Mr Khan are literally harassing the ladies by the name of documents. I think we should file case against them on sexual harassment.

              Sub: - Complain of Battery under warranty period against Honda.

              I had bought my vehicle (make-Honda Unicorn, MH-14 BW 1297) from Sterling Honda Chinchwad, Pune. My battery which is under warranty period got spoilt. They promised to exchange it, but when I went they said it was not available. Now it has been almost a month but yet they do not have the battery to exchange with. I have also sent them mail regarding the same but it has reached to deaf ears. I need the battery as my leg hurts when I kick to start the Bike. Please help me as they have no intentions or courtesy to reply back to my mail or call me up.

              tyre rim damage

              honda activa tyre rim damaged when riding tyre lost its pressure so the vehicle fell down .the service centre demands 14000 rupees for maintanance.what can i do its not fault.my mob no is [protected]

                I hav purchesed CB UNICORN from panvel sherayu honda the dates r change in TAX INVOICE AND SERVICE COUPONS when i went to for sevice the service incharge in sterling honda pimpri Mr prakash jadhav that i cannot take it for sevice because dates r not same he told me tht i hav to change date of my coupons when i went to sherayu motors for complaint they were telling me that dates cannot be changed i because it is RTO related problems when i am coming back to pimpri for service they are telling me that ther no such problems of RTO it is shame on honda2 wheeler brand because i purchase that because of their serviceng quality i am too much frustrated because of this please take some action regarding this ...

                  Sub: Honda Aviator- several complaints

                  I purchased Honda Aviatore on dt: 18/02/2010 (RJ14 VS 1235) from Satnam Honda, Tonk Road, Jaipur. Therein I found that the top cover of Head light was cracked at certain places. I bought this under the notice of Mechanics at dealer point. They assured me to get it changed but to my utter dismay, even after three services, they did not cheque it as per their commitment. I never accepted this but of services failure from a highly reputed and customer friendly company like HONDA. The fact that I‘d to complain you regarding this shows that how hurt I feel about it?
                  I am very sure that keeping your commitment o[censored]tmost consumer satisfaction, you will not fail to satisfy me and rectify above error.

                  I purchased Honda CB Shine on 13th July 2010 from Ghani Honda Palakkad, Kerala. The owner name is P.D Joseph, I found a complaint with the gear box, the gears are not shifting properly.When we reported this matter to the showroom manager, he told us the bike has no complaints.When he ride the bike, he himsel[censored]nderstood that the gear box in complaint.But he refused to avoid the complaint.He told us you can ride the bike for one month after that only we can repair it. But we are not satisfied with his comment.
                  So we consult A.M Honda at Angadippuram, Malappuram Dt., Kerala. Here we got a satisfactory advice and they told that the complaint will be solved with in 2 days.

                  Mr Prashant Shinde don't forcefully make me bring the bike to the work shop at your convenient time for deliberately you had replace the existing parts by scrab one of the bike & harest me many times, as i had experienced bad work quality of the dealer v j honda & don't ever hang the phone on me like that. I has experience the policy of honda & its dealership, from a mechanic to service engineer & you mr prashant shinde also, the last telephonic conversation 2, 3 days ago by you, i was in embarrassment how can a honda personal like you cannot let me speak & justify all the deliberate mistake caused by honda dealer, despite every time you cannot solve the problem i had trust some senior personal will solve, but from mechanic to service engineer, the defect cannot be clear, at the last visit to the workshop i was told the clutch was check & the clutch plate & pressure plate guage was also check, but the clutch was not check or open, the person who worked on the bike conform that it was not opened, every time you guys has lied i don't have any trust in honda. I had suffered a lot, I don't want the defect product & cannot bear.

                  The problem i am facing with my bike mh05at1716 are mention bellow:
                  1) Front Disc Brake Failure, work done by replacing the existing with scrab one.
                  2) Both Front Suspension Leakage, done

                  On 19/07/2010 Sunday near about 3:30 pm i received a call from arti madiwal (vj honda badlapur) to bring the bike mh05at1716 to sought the problem i am facing for past four months in my bike & i have weekly off only on Sundays, as it was not possible for me on the same day the appointment was fixed on 25/07/2010 & the lady had promised to deliver the bike same day evening, as the problem has not been sought for so long i suggested her to go throw the earlier job cards & make sure the necessary spares are available, she has committed.

                  On 25/07/2010 Sunday as it was fixed i was there with my bike mh05at1716 the lady arti madiwal introduce me to mr veviek mishra (service advisor), i explain mr veviek & shailesh (technician) the problems i am facing with my bike which mr veviek & shailesh knows very well as the work has been done by them for past 4 months, i was asked wait, till 4 pm nothing has done the bike was kept aside & not a single work can be done & i had to take my bike return, i had waste whole day with prior appointment which was meant for my kids. As the bike is major defect the work cannot be done. I request you to take the defect piece of metal junk & please give my money back as i have enjoy the quality of humiliation, enjoy the quality of mentally torture, enjoy the quality bad service

                  It has been 4 months we have informed the service centers of our city about the accident that occoured and the head lamp and the visor have been broken.
                  And 1 month for the time there is problem in the bike's magnet form which the electric current in the bike is produced. According to the Paradise honda service center the whole magnet part is to be changed and this is a manufacturing fault.
                  We found that the parts of the bike are not enough reliable and from the time given above we are not getting any genuine honda part at the spare part section of paradise honda.
                  The Showroom & service center officials informed us that the company is not sending the ordered spare parts.
                  The bike is in the warranty period and we are having a bad impression about the company's service.
                  Please kindly send the spare parts to PARADISE HONDA service center Dehradun or Refund us the given Amount by us while we bought the bike as we are facing too much of trouble because of this bike and having loss in our business.

                  being an owner of this thing.
                  I bought dazzler on 2 june 2011. i was happy man.within few days my happiness vanished when i started realizing what this bike is from inside.
                  Guys, i feel like cheated after paying 74, 000 rs. Its the worst model by honda company.
                  when i bought it I had trust on brand name honda, guess how i feel now..
                  Since i bought bike I felt little problem in pickup but dealer told its new and setting race will work.
                  I settled myself with that thing and thought all problem will go in first service.
                  Let me tell you, when i went for first service in Parkash honda noida. i came to know that my bike is a born defective piece. List of prblems
                  Bad pickup
                  Low mileage till date (started from 35 and limited in 45 till date)
                  Handle was UP more than necessary
                  Defective Digital Fuel gauge.

                  these were my problems that i already new. but what service man found was more shocking..
                  Engine had problems. It was making sound due to "camshaft" this part is backbone of engine.
                  how could honda pass this engine with their Proud test conditions.. i wonder if they ever tested it or packed like biscuit packet.
                  guys you deserve to know the worst condition of being a honda customer..
                  I didn’t complain honda for bad product as i felt i was unlucky one to get this piece. I was ok with
                  service center assurance that they will change camshaft and fuel gauge. this promise was made at 2 july.
                  I couldnt take my bike for any long drive as i was worried that a bad part may harm more components.
                  I was waiting for call from honda to get things done, but no response came. I started wondering Noida center to get the parts information.. and till date i am doing same.. more than 1 month i am not able to use my bike and Honda Doesn’t Bother about Customer.
                  Reason told to me was unavailability of parts. wait till next week...
                  Parts have always been issue from honda and no doubt all previous complaints about honda were true which i ignored before buying bike.
                  My suggestion - Not To Buy Anything From Honda.
                  I wonder if honda officials use their own product, because they know what they sell to others.

                  Dear Honda team,

                  First of all I express my greatest disappointment by owning one of your products Honda CB Unicorn (KL-41E-7074). Last year December 1, 2011, I purchased this vehicle with Chassis number ME4KC09CKB8167918 and Engine number KC09E6173418 from one of your dealers located at Aluva Kerala named Arya Bhangi Motors with full payment.
                  I was eagerly waiting for this bike and the very next day after the delivery, I spotted a big dent on the bottom left side of the fuel tank. Paint is chipping out from this dent and it’s really very disgusting. I immediately contacted the Dealer and they told me that they will take appropriate action to rectify this and even after the first Service they haven’t took any necessary action. This doesn’t make any sense.
                  Next and very disappointing matter is after completing around 1200 KMS this vehicle turned up to a Crap. It began to make loud noise (Even from 300M the sound makes the bike like 1988 model Indian auto rickshaw) from the Engine side and even at a speed of 58km/hr it gives a tremendous amount of vibration. This is utterly frustrating and again I contacted the dealer and they told me that this vehicle is having some problem with CLUCTH OUTER and GEAR PRIMARY DRIVE. For resolving this problem they need to disassemble the Engine and Gear box. Sorry!!! I am not interested in doing this. I haven’t taken my bike for a ride after this and it is still on my porch.

The problem is, the past three weeks the engine have some problem. The pulling down, engine sound changed. When I felt the complaint I went to the payyannur showroom and I told the copmlaint.but the supervisor just loock the bike and gave a date(after three week later).after one week the sound is increased. I called to service center, but they did not attend the phone.after two week later I went to service center (on given date) for repairing.                   This is in regards to the purchase of a vehicle from your Company.Since 2006 i have been purchasing the "HONDA " vehicles because of the Standards your company has maintained be it Quality, Service or Price or Economy.

                  Last year dated[protected] I bought " CB Unicorn " with chassis no: ME4Kc09CLB8169387 and Engine no:KC09E6174928 registered in the Name of " S.Nagababu " at Sri Koduri Honda Rajhmundry Showroom which i had a complaint of Defected Self Motor, and i reported your Company people for the replacement of the same even though i was in the warranty period .

                  But i have never experienced such a worst service as your people had showed, nobody has responded even to my complaint.Moreover your company people are denying to replace the Fault.

                  Please let me know if you can involve in the matter and do the needful or else in the case i need to seek the help from the Consumer Court and sack your Company in the Court.

                  I gave my bike more than 30 days ago to replace some parts.

                  Each and Every week they(Kun Honda, Adyar, Chennai) are saying that you will get your bike next week and they have the excuse as "Parts Not Available".

                  May I know When I Could get my bike.
                  The parts unavailability is not a new thing for honda.
                  Everywhere in India People are suffering for this from many years.

                  I don't know why nobody is not doing anything on it.

                  Dear all,
                  I bought Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler on invoice dated 14.01.2011 from Pressana Honda, Palladam Road, Tirupur . 641605 Tamilnadu. After my third service on 16.06.2011 my bike could not be ridden and i handled again to the showroom on 17.06.2011 and the delivery was fixed as 20.06.2011 with Job Card No : 23322. But the vehicle had not yet delivered to me as promised by Supervisor. I then went to the showroom regarding this fake commitments they replied on all my occasions that "Spare Parts Not Available".

                  Parts : Pumpassy, Seal Valvestem, Armcomp Valve, Shaft Rocker Arm & Shaft Comp Cam. (All comes under 5 years Warranty)

                  Then after 2 months i was visiting the showroom and enquiring about spare parts. Those [censored] are repeating the same dialogues "Sorry sir, we understand your inconvenience, till now the spare parts are not available in our company. We unable to give you the exact date commitments regarding this, so we request you to be calm as soon as the parts came we will be delivering your bike soon".

                  Then i went to my advocate and said about that i was cheated by Pressana Honda, he listened to me and collects all the occasion events that i spent for 2 months in Pressana Honda Service Showroom. We prepared one legal notice and send to the showroom "Pressana Automobile, Palladam Road, Tirupur. 641605 and send a copy letter to "The Manager, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (pvt ltd), Plot No :1 Sector 3, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon, Haryana - 122050.

                  After this pressure to them, they got depressed and tried in many ways to collect spare parts from other state (Kerala) . Finally the spares they got from kerala and replaced and my bike has been delivered on 13.09.2011, hardly after three months of fighting with them, i take my
                  bike back.

                  Important Note : As my bike is under warranty the parts which i had mentioned above is under the warranty and its a period of 5 Years. During the delivery they had been charged for the parts they replaced.

                  Just would like to brief you that I have purchased Honda Deo in the month August 2013 of after month I met with an accident on 21st December 14 and given my Deo for repairing in Sherit Honda Jaipur Raja Park. I got that back after 10-12 days. Now I found that the Margat which they have changed and made the bill as well, but it was not changed actually and I can see that the paint is going on and some pink color is coming out from Grey one.                   I have a Aviator model of 2011. After using the scooty for 3 years now the fairing has broken, no technician is able to fix that. I have visited 3 service center for honda &amp; none of them have a fairing for Red - Maroon aviator.

                  I had asked Harsh Automobiles &amp; service center in bhayander west, thane. to get a new fairing, he said he will be able to get that at the end of the week, it has been more than a month &amp; the reply that i get is come tomorrow or next week or maal nahi aaya hai.

                  I have checked with a different service center in mira road &amp; they said that they will contact me once they get the fairing but they havent contacted me yet. I didn't expect this type of service with Honda. it's a reputed brand.

                  I was actually thinking of getting honda shine but after such a poor condition of my avaitor i will go for bajaj the next time.

                    1. SEAT: After repairs, the fitting of the seat has improved and it is now firm.

                    2. FAULTY SHOCK ABORBER: The shock absorber on the rear has not been taken up for repairs/replacement by the service center though they have agreed that the same is faulty and they claim that the faulty functioning of the shock absorber is due to the sub-quality material supplied by Honda and its complaint will be looked into by the company’s representative only as and when he visits the service unit. You would kindly appreciate the plight of the customer looking forward to the chance visit of the company representative to present his vehicle for inspection and repair/ replacement action. As a matter of fact, I am experiencing back-aches due to the faulty shock absorber. CONTD………….2

                    3. MILEAGE :The vehicle was returned to me by the service center with the assurance that the vehicle’s mileage capacity has improved. However, when I tried the vehicle on the road, I have found that there is no improvement in the mileage given by the vehicle which is now approximately 32 km per litre. On communicating with the service center, I am asked to bring the vehicle once again next week. I have been taking out time from my busy schedules again and again to present my vehicle at the service centre for repairs ever since I purchased it in the month April, 2010, without any improvement in its performance. I believe even if I had purchased a used bike, the situation could have been far better.

                    I request you to look into the matter and do the needful urgently.

                    They do not know how to talk with customers coming to their showroom.
                    I have visited for Honda Activa. Their attitude towards us was like a King and we are slaves. We are begging for vehicles and they will just keep us on hold. 3-4 months booking period ? Whats This ? Business is slow? Who says India with Recession ?
                    Business is to be done with some ethics. If poor attitude like this sure India is shinning.
                    I will request all of my friends, please do not enter the showroom. Better Buy it from another city.

                    Sai Point Automobiles Ltd — Non delivery of product

                    I have booked an honda activa with Sai Point Automobiles Ltd at Thane which is the authorised dealer of Honda Motorcycles and Scooters Pvt Ltd. The Manager of the company due to personal ego is not delivering the scooter inspite of having the same inspite of making the full payment. Also, Honda motorcycle and scooters is not able to do anything about the same. Hence please do not buy any prdoucts of Honda from the said dealer.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    My name is Dinanath S. Rokade.

                    I want to bring into your notice, a pathetic, ridiculous &amp; unprofessional experience of buying Honda Activa from your showroom, [Sai Point - Mira road, Shop no. 4 to 6 Hariyas park, Hatkesh, mira-bhayander road, mira road (e)]

                    After a detailed discussion held on 8th September 2014 with your sales executive Mr. sameer, I booked honda activa on 9th September 2014 from above showroom with a cash of Rs. 1000/- and on 20th September 2014, i made a down payment of total 16395 [16074 + 321 (2% extra that you charged on card payment)] as i wanted a delivery on 3rd October 2014 on occasion of dashera festival.

                    This booking was well in advance to receive vehicle on 3rd october &amp; i got the delivery of my vehicle on 3rd october 2014 in the evening.

                    While making down payment, i got an assurance from Mr. Sameer that i will get RTO number in Maximum of 7 days time.

                    On delivery [on 3rd october] again i confirmed about the same with Mr. Sameer, but he came up with a different answer that now it will take 15 days as RTO offices are closed due to elections. Although it was very much disappointing &amp; in-spite of knowing the fact, that RTO offices are not going to close for such a long period, from 3rd to 15th october, i said okay.

                    After elections, when i again visited showroom &amp; asked about RTO number, i got a response that now it will take 7 days again. this was completely frustrating and still i requested your staff to give it to me at least before diwali. I found your staff was not that enthusiastic to listen to me as it was at the time of booking. I thought to wait till Diwali.

                    Meanwhile, i never received any call from showroom, so i visited once again before diwali &amp; asked about RTO number. this time again Mr. sameer talked to somebody &amp; told me that you will get it by this month end. This was extremely irritating. I never knew that buying a two wheeler from such a big manufacturer like Honda will result in such a pathetic &amp; ridiculous experience.

                    after diwali again i visited showroom &amp; this time Sameer gave me number of Mr. Umesh [protected], so that i could speak to him, instead of speaking to sameer. unfortunately there is no single point contact. I called Mr. Umesh &amp; after continuous requests almost every day, he told me to leave my vehicle at Sai-Point so that he will take it for RTO passing. Although earlier i was confirmed &amp; assured by your staff member that vehicle will not be required for this, i dropped my vehicle @ your showroom on 30th October &amp; collected it on 31st october. This time i was assured by Mr. Umesh, that i will get RTO number by 5th of November, [ i.e, after 58 days from Booking &amp; after 47 days of Down Payment &amp; after 33 days of Delivery] isn't that inappropriate? isn't that appealing enough you to check your professionalism?

                    This is not all. when i am expecting my RTO number after such a long wait, i received a call today from showroom that they need some original documents which needs to be produced in RTO office &amp; it will take 10 more days at least to get the number.

                    I am now not interested in all of this &amp; also i am going to file a case in consumer court, if i don't get number by tomorrow on 5th of November 2014.

                    In-spite of facing all this unethical &amp; unprofessional behavior from your side, i will drop my vehicle at your showroom &amp; i will submit required original document tomorrow, but i will not be interested in dealing with you more if i don't get my RTO number tomorrow. If it is not possible then you will have to cancel this deal &amp; return my &amp; my bank's money with interest.

                    I hope you will take it very much seriously as this is end of my patience &amp; i will take it to every concerned senior authority &amp; court.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had bought a Honda Activa scooter in November,2009 from the Honda Dealer in Gurgaon, Ganpati Auto.

                      Right from the start, there has been a problem with the vehicle. There has been a constant noise in the engine. I had complained about the same to the dealer, who kept the scooter with them for 3 days to check. The vehicle was returned after 3 days without correcting the problem. As per the dealer's manager Mr. Grover, this problem is recurrent in certain vehicles. As per him, the probability of this problem is after every 18 or 20 vehicles.

                      I have also taken up the matter with the Honda company directly through repeated emails. There has been no positive response from their side. The only reply I received was that they are looking into the matter and will advise. Mr Pankaj, a technician called on 14th June,2010 to say that they would check again and call back in 2 or 3 days. There has been no response since.

                      Secondly, the mileage committed by Honda is 64Kms to a litre of petrol, but the actual mileage I am getting is only 38Kms to a litre. This has also not improved after 3 services.

                      Mr Ashwini from Ganpati Auto contacted me on 13Jul, 2010. He asked me to bring the scooter to their workshop at 0900hrs on 14th July, 2010 as a technician from Honda will be visiting. I left the vehicle with them. The vehicle was with them for the whole day. The problem is still persisting. As per them, it is normal for the engine to make this noise. But I am sure that this is not correct.

                          I have booked a Honda Activa(DLX)2wheeler on 31/12/2009. The booking no.is111142. i have made full payement of Rs.49873/=(cash Rs.1000/= dt.31/12/2009 and balance Rs.48873/= by cheque no.912074 of SBI on 24/03/2010).Delivery period for the above vehicle has been given within 90 days from the date of booking.Till now i have not received the vehicle.



                          Sir,
                          i have made many enquires through telephone calls and personnaly. But always their repeated reply will be "wait for two weeks".i am losing my time and personal loan interest etc. for the above vehicle.

                            With reference to above subjected ,I had booked Honda Shine bike from M/s Om sai auto world Mahim by paying Rs 59183/-(with accessories) in advance towards full and final payment of the bike .They told us that bike is not available and will be delivered to you on or before by April 15th 2010.
                            On arrival of bike in their showroom, they called us and asked to pay Rs 2000/- additional towards increment in cost of bike during this period.
                            Since I had paid full and final amount of bike on time of booking, I should not be liable to pay any additional amount for cost increment during this period.

                            You are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful

                              I have booked Hond-unicorn on 25th January-2010 in NOBLE HONDA, ERODE, TAMILNADU-638 011. While booking delivery date they had given to me is 30 days after booking.
                              But still i HAVE NOT received my bike. If i am calling to the NOBLE Honda person (Mr.Jancy), she is not responding well. She was not giving the status of my booking also.
                              After two and half months, finally she is threatening me that, either cancel your booking or you have to wait still another two months.
                              This is VERY POOR SERVICE from NOBLE HONDA, ERODE BRANCH.
                              Please do the needful action to my bike as early as possible.

                              I purchased honda shine top modal from an authorised dealar at Saraswati vihar, Delhi about a fortnight ago. since from tht time it is giving starting problam in the morning. I have sent the bike for the repair to the showroom thrice, but the problam is as it is.I asked them to replace the bike ,but they denied.I got a very bad experiance with honda shine. Hope the company look into the matter and resolve the problam

I have tried calling them repeatedly, but they dont seem to be co-operative. They react very cold and one of their representatives told me that if i want i can cancel my booking.

                              If they cant deliver the product within the promised timeline. Why should they sell such products?

My family is totally dependent on me for 4000/- per month only. i've bought honda shine before 6 months, at the same time i'd found the problem of wheel wobbling. on next day when i went to the suplier he promised me to solve the problem but till date the problem is not been solved eventhough 10 to 15 services and lot of expenditure on services. i'd claim for replacement of the bike but there is no effect on the supplier.
                              After as much time i am fighting for my rights but no one hear me. it is the only vehicle i'd bought on EMI. And it is necessary to use the vehicle everyday. If there may be an accident occure then who will be the responsible for the fault????

                              I have purchased the Honda shine bike onsept 1st week.The gears are not proper, the gear is slipping while the bike is running and the engine is shouting, by slipping, secondly the bike runned nearly 1500 km, the front shock are gone, they are so free, there is no action.I am very much unsatisfed with this bike, so better you take away your bike and deduct some amount and re pay our cash, this is our humbel Request.

                              My Honda Unicorn Bike got damaged last month.I went to Om Sai Honda service centre Kandiwali (W), Mumbai on 25th March 2010. I had fulfilled all the formalities and submitted required doccuments on the same day, which was required for Insurance claim.
                              Service centre guy told me that within 4 days my bike will get ready, After 4 day when I gave call to same guy he told me come tomorro and so on.
                              Today after 7 Day he still says it will take time.
                              I am quite surprized to see such neglegance from HONDA services.

                              My name is Prashant and I reside at Kalyan which is situated in Maharashtra state in lower suburbs of Mumbai.

                              I purchased a new Honda Unicorn Dazzler from VJ Honda Ulhasnagar. the day I purchased, its trip meter clock settings buttons were not working. I was later been told that it will be rectified in my first service.

                              Also along with this I am facing a problem in terms of self start, the battrey is really very very weak. Also the ignition again and again getts off even after the tank is full.

                              Finally after 25 days I got my 1st paid service for my bike. however ignition off problem remained as it was earlier.

                              Then I didnt started my bike for 2 weeks and 2 weeks later, when I tried to start my bike, it couldnt. As I was pressing start button, the meter lights went off which clearly gave me indication battery is really very poor. On top of that dazzler doesnt have kick so there was no other way to start my bike.

                              When I called showroo people and told them about this pb that I am unable to start the bike, they told "Gaadi gear me daal dakka de and the bike will start". When I told then but I cant do this everytime, they said they dont have any other option.

                              I also want to tell Honda company about the misuse of Honda's brand which showroom is doing in Ulhasnagar.

                              My name is Prashant and I reside at Ghatkopar which is situated in Maharashtra state in Mumbai city.

                              I purchased a new Honda Unicorn Dazzler from Jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd [Dealer code : MHO20001 on 5-Jun-2010] the day I purchased, its gives out annoying/irritating sound when i seat or put it on side stand or main stand. I was later been told that it will be rectified in my first service.

                              Also along with this I am facing a problem in terms of self start, the battery is really very very weak. Finally after 25 days I got my 1st paid service for my bike at Pilot Honda service centre in Chembur where they had replaced the rubber [it had no cracks let me tell you] and done some greasing and they had rectified the problem. After 2-3 days the bike again started giving the annoying/irritating sound and problem is still persisting.

                              Also the bike has started getting rusted in 2-3 months its very strange, isn't it..

                              Then I didnt started my bike for 2 weeks and 2 weeks later, when I tried to start my bike, it couldnt.                               I have purchased honda avaiator model no SCV110GA on dated 12/9/2010. i observed the problems which is given below.

                              1 head stock (meter cover)cover is not fitted properly, lock is open.
                              2 front cover is not fitted properly
                              3 rear wheel is jamed
                              4 lock is not working properly.

                              After observing problems we informed to the dealer on dated18/9/2010 (Pickup honda, 20 neelam bata road, faridabad) but he was not able to solve the problem and they are not able to give good responce.My vechail is kept at delar place from 18/9/2010, till date they told we are not having head stock cover when (after 10 days)the cover is coming then we change it.
                              but no scratch is coming on cover, tell me how it is possible.

                              i am very surprised to see the quality of honda product.and why you are not checked in assembly area.
                              Please give me suggestion how i can get my scooter .

                              I have purchased Honda-Stanner from Om sai Honda Jogeshwari (E) showroom, I received my bike on 17th Oct, On next day I am facing a problem in terms of self start, the battery is really very weak that I informed to Honda parsons they are not responding well. After some days they charge my battery but after 4-5 days same problem happing. I again inform Honda person they told "Gaudy gear me daal dakka de and the bike will start". When I told then but I cant do this every time, they said they don't have any other option.

                              After that on 12 Nov I given my bike for 1st servicing on working condition in morning. I was came in afternoon to take bike, but again battery was down, I requesting to Honda person Mr. Ketan & showroom Manger Mr. Ravi change my battery but they are not given me proper solutions & they told go to Kandivli workshop on your risk on that day to still (22nd Nov) I have not received my bike. THIS IS VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM OM SAI HONDA, JOGESHWARI (EAST) MUMBAI SHOWROOM.

                              Now I am very disappoint with Honda. I want the replacement of my bike or cancel the bike, it was very bad experience from Om sai Honda.

                              I have purchased my honda aviator from pune yash honda. For second services i have given the vehicle to prathik honda VASHI. After the service, there is a problem with the simple horn. We approach to the service centre they were not ready to hear even labours were not responding and the behavior was also very rude. Without seem any problem they asked to change the complete part of the vehicle. And plus extra labour charges.

                              Since, honda commits for the free service why they are not responding properly. ? ? ?

                              The same thing i have repaired with 15 RS from local repairer.

                              Honda service centre was not ready to hear anything and was asking to change the part as per his great experience without seen anything.

                              I am Rajkumar from Karur having my Honda Stunner for the past three years.
                              I was proudly said that i am first person intruduced Yellow stunner in Karur Town.
                              But, the service work is not that much of satisfied.
                              I booked my vehicle for service on 24.3.11.
                              But they hand over ed that to me on 29th march only, and without doing the proper service.
                              The spare part cost is Rs.324.
                              But the labour cost is Rs 400.
                              I attached the bill here also.
                              Even after paying more i am not satisfied with the service.
                              They didn't complete the complaints.
                              The manor complaint is Chain spracket complaint.
                              But due to non availability og spare part my vehicle is in my shed only.

                              so, my doubt is why you are deliverying the vehicles which donot have spare parts?
                              Please clarify my doubt and try to solve my problems as soon as possible.

                              image what HONDA used to have before currently that is not at all up to the mark, to be

                              very precise the quality has de-graded to an extent, I had purchased one of your model

                              CB UNICORN on 2 OCT 2010 but to my surprise from the first day of my journey on your

                              product is been a pathetic experience because the handlebar is mis-aligned (it goes

                              towards left) from the 1st day itself and the front shock absorber (BOTH) are bent and

                              there is a lot of vibration from the engine (honda is not known for this I believe) and the

                              most irritating part of your product is the OIL SEAL has been broken after 3 months of

                              purchase (INCLUDING MORE TWO BUYERS WITH ME), when i approched your COTTON

                              GREEN service center guys (TWICE) they could not help, is this a kind of aftersales service

                              you provide to your genuine buyers,

                              This needs to be taken care of and since my bike is under warranty I need these parts to

                              be replaced as soon as possible.

                              I have a very good opinion on your company and most my friends are using Honda,
                              After getting good feed back from my friends and relatives I decided to buy Honda
                              CB Unicorn which was my dream bike. After I got appointment I brought this bike
                              this was the first bike in my life. I have done first service which was as per company’s
                              norms. After two months and around 1400 km, I observed white exhaust smoke. I immediately took the bike to dealer, they does not have patients and starts blaming that the issue is due to fuel contamination due to that engine bore affected. Dealer start asking me to pay for repairs. Which affects me mentally and reputation about the company.
                              Pl help me in resolving this issue because my bike not even crossed second service.

                              I am R.Siva Kumar residing in No12, 4th street, periyar nagar, Avadi, Chennai –600071. bought a new Honda CB unicorn from J.S.P Automotive (Thirumullai voiyal branch, Chennai) on 13th June 2011. As soon as I bought the vehicle, I found there is something wrong with the engine because of its unique sound and smoke. After driving for few days the terrible sound from the engine gradually increased. I complained to the dealer about the same. They said the problem is with the bore in the engine and need to be replaced. I asked him to replace the engine completely. He told I have to bare the charges for replacing the engine. I simply want either my vehicle or the engine to get replaced without any charges. The fault is with the manufacturing company and not with me. So I kindly request you to take necessary actions and help me solve my problem.

I found a major problem in Honda Activa at silencer connecting to engine right side case. the silencer is too weight and where the silencer connected to engine body area is too delicate. Several vehicles got the same problem and it is too expensive to rectify it. When i approach nellore Shirdi sha honda show room to buy right side engine body case, they said that they will supply the spares when the vehicle given at their service center only. Spares will not sold to out side service centers. Like me, many of the customers suffering a lot from this show room Shirdi sha Honda, Nellore, Andhra pradesh. I request the Honda to avail spares at least in leading stores where the sales is happening.

                              this is acharya from Kochi. My Honda Shine bike got an accident and i gave it to the Palarivottom, Kochi service centre for repair. 45 days has already been passed. However, the service centre guys say, they dont have spare parts available with them. It's really ridiculous. These guys tell, we are the dealer and not the honda manufacturer. So they dont know when they will get the spare parts from honda. I am under transfer and suffering a lot without the bike. I request Honda head office to look into the matter seriously as it will cause a great consumer dissatisfaction for honda marketing.

                              I have bought my CB Unicorn from the mentioned dealer located at # 9/2/1, 7th MILE, OPP. RAJARAJESHWARI NAGAR ARCH, NAYANDA HALLI, MYSORE ROAD, BANGALORE - 560039.
                              Since I am staying in RAJARAJESHWARI NAGAR I am giving my bike for free servicing to SILICON HONDA at the above mentioned address. I had bought my HONDA CB UNICORN
                              on 29-JUNE-2013. My recent free service was on 30-NOV-2013 in which I had mentioned the issue which occurred after the first service that was with starting problem
                              which generated after the very first service(Issue is bike doesn't get start smoothly on the first start in morning and after any long hault of 8-9 hours).

                              I had requested the service centre to rectify the issue which occurred after the first service and at the time of delivery
                              I have been informed that issue has been resolved and also been charged Rs.800/- approximately for on a free service (which usually
                              comes to Rs.500-600 as a payable amount for free service).

                              But after service very next day I observed the same issue and went again to the service center after some days
                              (as I am working in an IT company and it's not possible for me to visit the service center frequently)
                              A mechanic was asked to look into the issue after I requested them from 1 hour to look into the issue, somehow they made some fix and
                              asked me to take test drive which I took and found to be working fine. The same problem again generated on the very next day.

                              As I belong to Madhya Pradesh and I am not able to undertand or speak Kannada so I took one of my kannada speaking friend to explain the issue
                              in Kannada during 3rd free service because I thought people @ Silicon Honda Service Centre are not able to understand English or Hindi
                              but seems like nothing has worked out becuase still the issue persists in my bike.

                              Now I would request you to kindly look into the issue as soon as possible on a high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.
                              I am too much disappointed and feeling regretful after choosing Honda and also feeling more regretful on choosing SILICON HONDA as my dealer which has
                              a bunch of incapable mechanics which atleast I felt. Kindly let me know what steps I need to take inorder to get resolve my issue.

                              Respectfully, I beg to state that I Smt. Usha Rani Dash, a customer of Honda 2wheeler company. I purchased a Honda Activa vehicle from PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2013. I have already completed my 03 free service at PGL Honda, Fire station, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. After 03rd free service, when I kick for a start, at that time my kick was not functioned and I started my vehicle through self. Immediately I contacted to service manager and he told me that when your 4th free servicing will due, at that time I will repair and replace that parts if any damage or broken in warranty as your vehicle is under warranty. After listen his good words I returned back.On 20.5.2014 I send my vehicle to PGL Honda (T) my husband after one month for 4th servicing receiving SMS from PGL Honda. My husband gave the vehicle at PGL Honda for 4th free service and told to replace that parts according to previous conversation. All the facts and troubles of the vehicle were mentioned in the Job card prepared by Mr. Rajesh Pradhan. Mr. Rajesh Pradhan also told to my husband that your vehicle is under warranty and that damage parts ( Kick Pinion ) will be removed by a new one. Mr. Rajesh told to my husband to come to 4.30 PM for handover the vehicle. Accordingly, my husband went to PGL Honda at 5.10 PM to take the vehicle. He asked about the trouble to Mr. Rajesh and Rajesh told to my husband that your vehicle is Ok and you should close your account and to bring gate pass. When My husband started the vehicle (T) kick, the same problame arose. Immediately, my husband asked to Mr Rajesh and his answer was suspicious. When my husband asked to the Service Manager Mr. Gyana about the problame and replacement of that broken/damaged parts, at that time Mr. Rajesh told to Manager Gyana that the broken/damage parts has been welding in a out side repair shop and the same welding parts was fitted again by mechanic Chinu. My husband asked to Mr. Rajes in front of Manager Gyana that why he fitted the old broken one again in that vehicle under the warranty period with out the consent of the vehicle owner/ her husband ? He did not give any satisfactory reply. Then Mr. Gyana, manager of the servicing told to my husband to come after a day to replace the same. Accordingly, my husband went to the PGL Honda today i.e. on 22.5.2014 to repair the same. In that service station, nobody is willing to accept the words. At last one lady manager Gauda listen and sent my husband to Mr. Gyana, Manager to make a new job card for repair. The vehicle was repaired by the same mechanic Chinu. Mr. Chinu again replace that parts by an old welding parts. I am not satisfy with the service of PGL Honda. It is requested, please take drastic action against the 02 mafias Chinu and Rajesh who were cheating the innocent people. The service of Mrs. Gauda and Mr. Gyana is appreciated. Please, look into the matter seriously and take action against the both culprits who cheated me and also to other people. You please, inform this matter to the senior officers of Honda Motor company. It is requested, please inform me what action you took against both the culprits though this email. Copies of the job cards and assurance of Mr. Gyana, Manager service are enclosed for your ready reference. I am suggesting you to make an inquiry to find out the truth. Also it is requested your good self to stop the illegal things like replacement of broken parts by old repair parts in out side shops and selling the new parts in the name of that warranty vehicle out side and cheating the Honda Company in day light. They are taking the salary from the Company and also cheating the Company in this way in the day light.

I have been almost cheated by selling a “display vehicle” faulty Activa-i yesterday after waiting for about 1 month time. (Booked on 5th June 2014), however 1 week delay is from my side for providing NOC for old bike exchange.
                              No one has informed me that I am being offered ‘display vehicle’ before they took for registration.And the show room staff who delivered the vehicle informed me about broken exhaust pipe shield and also front wheel wobbling, starting trouble. I did not expect this from Honda in which I had so much of trust.

                              Why should I be punished with faulty vehicle despite waiting for long period &amp; paying the full amount?. I am ready to wait for even some more days, please replace with new vehicle in good condition? or give back my money I will go for Suzuki or Hero motors.

                              Please do not make this any more complicated.

                              I also experience the same problem. i bought Honda shine by paying full amount in cash from TAJSHREE HONDA, DeoNagar Branch, near Ajni Square, Nagpur.
                              And after paying the cash, they didn't care the customer.
                              And during second service i noted that they told me to do decarbonate the vehicle ( during phone call.. and told it will cost additional 350.). I told them okay. i was not aware of it, as they told me that if the carbon resides then mileage and performance will be downgraded. i told them okay . I paid total of 850 rupees, 350 + 500 (as oil charge) in my second free service.
                              And when i gone to receive the vehicle, i found out that, the vehicle is as like the same as before one week, during that time i washed and cleaned. They didn't done any service on my bike. I think they only changed the oil and coated silencer coating on the shine silencer (this was the decarbonating what they told me. what to say..?).. ..
                              Even they didn't washed the bike that at least they should do. All of the customers was very angry regarding their service... We have to do at least by complain these type of matters to the Honda - head office. At least we have to get good service..
                              I would like to know to whom and where we have to complain.
                              And also i would like to know what all are included in free service of motorcycle.

                                I had purchased a new Bike of honda make honda Unicorn in july 2009 and I am facing problem of chain set not working properly and i had came this in the notice of authorised Service centre service manager a several of times but the problem was not resolved.I had spend alot of time at service centres and even in every service job card i had told thenm about the same they had resolved it.i also had approached to higher authorities of honda and they commited me to resolve it asap but they fail to fulfill their commitment.there is also issue with Starting occasionally I have approached 3 times with the problem .

                                  I had booked Honda unicorn bike on 8 Nov 2009 in the name of Dilip kumar R yadav. Booking no: 57767, at Charmoorthy Compound , Chincholi bunder, Link road , Malad (W). Mumbai -400064. Tel: 28732727. Fax: 28712727.. After about 3 months i received call to make pull payment and made the full payment on 31 Jan 2010 and was assured that the bike along with all documents will be delivered to me within 15-20 days.But today it is 25 th and still i dont have the bike with me. What is the reason? why it is being delayed? I want the bike tomorrow itself .What should i do to get it.Where should i go.

                                    I booked Honda Activa at Hasan Honda , Pondichery on 09th Oct 2009 & they assured that they will deliver in 2 months. Even after 4 months ( 03 Feb 2010 ) the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer , I will get some usual excuses. I tried to contact Honda Head office thro phone[protected] but no one picks the phone. Luckily I got once , but the receptionist replied as Tea Time. Mail sent to Honda , but no luck till date. This is the level of service offered at Honda..

But, when I verified with the Honda website, it showing the Unicorn Honda's ON ROAD Price as 66, 027/- only. by disappointing with the attitude showing by the dealer, Now, I would planned to cancel the Honda Vehicle, and go for another Vehicle. Pls. Confirm the Price of the Unicorn and advice me how to go in this matter.

                                    I given My Twister Accidental Bike (Py 01 BC 6664) for service in Authorized Honda Service ( Hasan Honda), Thavanchavady, Pondicherry on August 30, 2011. I went there for many times to know the status of the bike there are not responding properly. If i call also there not attend the phone. After 78 days they said that bike is ready. I went to receive my bike, but the bike is not serviced properly no water wash, no mirror, etc. Then i said the supervisor wat the hell service ur doing, he said that if i give respect only he will give my bike. Then i complain to main office in pondicherry they are also not taking action. Then i went with my dad and solve my problem they said that they will give next day(16 nov). Then next day i went again they started some problem. Finally they given my bike. I waste my time by giving my bike to ur service center. If i given to road side shop they will do neatly. Your service is very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy poor.

                                    This is Rahul Kulkarni from Pune, i have purchased 2 CBR250R by cash from M/S Aero Wheelz (just 15days back) on 3rd July 2012, Pune.
                                    One CBR250R is supposed to be in Ahmednagar city with my brother and the other with me in Pune. CBR250R from Ahmednagar has a handle lock malfunction which is still not resolved from the local showroom M/S. Sablok Honda whilst my CBR250R has a wiring problem and is unfortunately in service center with the problem unresolved due to spare parts unavailability as usual. The service center is now doubtful that the problem would be resolved in warranty or would it be charged to me. This is now really very frustrating that a new bile from a renowned company like HONDA has a problem and the Honda people are now running away from it putting the charges on my side after just 15 days of purchasement of the bike.

                                    I thank god there was no engine failure after purchasing otherwise god knows which all charges HONDA would have left for me to pay!

                                    Hope the HONDA concerned person would take a note of this and resolve the problem with honest justice at the earliest!

                                    Sir, I am ( Ramankutty K.A.) a retired person & a Sr. Citizen presently residing at Ottapalam, Palakkad, Kerala having a Activa Scooter (White) Bearing Registration NO. KL 08 AV 6648 purchased on 26.09.11.
                                    On 8th Oct.2013, I being my Activa for its service & other repairing works at ther nearest Service Center at Ghani Motors, Opp. Sitaram Motors, Manapullykavu, Karigarapully ( about 40 Kms. distance from my residence) the person who had prepared the Job card the problems which an sound from the front wheel/show cup, Service, and full checkup with change any damage parts & recorded all the rectification reported by me vide their Job Card No.17793 dt.8/10/2013 at 8.45 AM at an estimated cost of f Rs.700/- approximately (prepared by one of Mr. Sarun) and the delivery of vehicle given at 5.00 PM, when I reach Service center at 3.45 PM for delivery & query of the repairing works, I shocked, the vehicle is standing where I am handed over for its service. I asked the official available in service center the reason for non attending the vehicle, they are unable to answer . The person who prepared the job card said that the Mech not well for doing the works. It is also seen in front Service Center all the vehicles booked for service/repairing works on same day done accept my vehicle and another one more Acitva.
                                    The person who had prepared the job card bring the vehicle to to their Service workshop, & return within 20-25 minutes and to me works has carried when I checked vehicle it is found that the water service has done and not to any other repairing works as per their job card.
                                    Sir, I think such practice being done with the customers & taking an huge amount from them and not to attend the works properly. So please do the needful action, such practice be done with customers, If possible a mail to ID mat be posted - [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I have booked Honda Activa on 1st October 2009 at Pilot Honda Chembur Mumbai. The dealer gave a waiting period 90days on approaching the dealer he asks for full payment and after giving full payment he again ask for waiting for one month before delivery. If this would have been the case they should give a longer waiting period at the time of booking. Moreover they are so monopolistic in attitude that they say if you want delivery you should contact us after 25 days. They will not give you any call. They are enjoying the credit of customer for full month and inspite not giving delivery. Honda should look into the matter.

                                      this is the same situation in lko. with a diff. that after hearing the same complaints from others, iam so scared that iam not booking my activa and iam thinking of buying a bike from mahindra company. Dealers are doing such dadagiri in market. and if the company is after some increasing demand agenda by not giving supplying, then this is a cheap play .Company should interfere in this matter. I sincerely wanted to purchase Activa but alas!!!
                                      i booked two activa dlx black model on 30th sept 09 from c.r.scooter baroda at the time of booking dealer told me to deliver the vehicle after six month in 1st week of feb 2010, when i visited dealer after due date they told me to wait more two weeks and giving a reason of shortage in vehicle supply.this is not a good responce by dealer and company also if customer booked his vehicle before six month company should make his vehicle on time and deliver too. six month is not a short time to plan a vehicle to build.
                                      Please see my problem throughly and respond. I am unable to change switch which is high valuable on second time for the same problem in same item as earlier (right side indicator knob is not working properly). It is seemed that it may be the manufecturing problem in switch. It may be the reason of cause of any accident at any time.

                                      It is mentally first aidtion/harshment to me.

                                      My name is Ramesh K N from Bangalore & I have purchased Honda Activa Bearing Reg.No KA 02 HM 7867 during Jun 2011. The battery has worked only for 2 days and then stopped. Further with frequent pursuation with Mechanic & the Dealer the Battery was replaced 2 times but without any results. As per the Mechanic & dealers the warranty period for the batteris will be for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, without any positive results from the either by the company nor the Dealers. It was told by all the mechanics that these are dry batteries and they can't help it. After paying huge money like Rs.58000/- why I should suffer. Please look into the matter immediately. Otherwise I may have to go to consumer forum along with the invoice copies etc.

                                        Again the same happened with me at my vichele's second Free service.
                                        I put my bike for servicing on 23 Dec 09 at 9:45 am. Delivery time given to me 1:30 m.
                                        But unfortunately because of some unscheduled meeting i was unable to reach on given time to take my bike delivery. I went at 7pm to take delivery. At deliver Mr. Takur was at desk he given me bill of 168 RS and i asked him to put stamp on my service book. But he denied to put stamp and he asked alraedy we are giving copy of bill to you then what is the need of stamp. I replied then why you wrote signature and stamp. His way of talking was not good.
                                        I paid the bill and security guard given me the delivery. I asked him were is the delivery executive and he replied why, i am giving you the delivery Na?. Then i replied i have some doubt , can you clear it? Then he told he is sitting there inside. i went inside and no one found there. i return back and told the security gurd "No one is there", please call some one. He replied if you want go inside and search. Every thing is with me recorded in my mobile, if you say i can share with you the recording and snaps.

                                        The servicing was not proper. Atlast one guy , who taken my whicle for servicing came and i showd him the bike was not cleaned pruperly and showd him the mud above the gear lever and at seat. He answered i will clean it now, i replaid this you have to see before giving delivery. And i had some doubt about the level of gear oil. Unfortunaltely i he is not able to give any satisfactory answer to me. After office time you will get only this type of service.
                                        My complaints:-
                                        1) Delivery given by security guard?
                                        2) Way of talking by Executives was not good.
                                        3) Poor servicing.
                                        4) Executive don't know the full form of CBR.
                                        5) Not ready to put seal on service Book.
                                        6) No value for customer's complaint.
                                        7) Security guard is managing the dealer point.
                                        8) Hond company is not valuing for customers complaint.

                                        Ready to share the sound recording of interaction between ececutives and security Guard. Also the snaps of bad servicing.

                                        Comments : I went for my First free service of my stunner bike. My experience was wost from the very first day i visited honda show room. I took my honda bike from Indore Rajpal Honda. Delear name: Rajpal Honda, City Indore. There is no common basic manners they are following at either at showroom not through telephone. Not even a single executive or manger were present at the time of delivery. Security gurd hand over the key to me. There is no pre delivery instructions nothing they sahred with me, And in first free service they only wash the bike with water and even not shod any cortesy to clean the bike.

                                        I want to complaint against a Bike service shop in Gurgaon. I have given my bike for servicing to this shop. After services they It is creating again problem. Means they have not fixed the problems in Bike they have created more problem in it. I again approach them to fix thisbut they refused to do this.                                         As Honda's sales is increasing they are not bother about customers at all. At Honda's Service station they don't wash under fuel tank and seat. And they don't give any advice also.

                                        I am owning a Honda Unicorn 2006 Jan model, I have changed my fuel tank during 2008 due to an accident and now the new fuel tank got multiple holes due to Honda's poor service. After making a complaint they said its due to adulterated petrol. So I asked Honda to give a written document about the holes in fuel tank. But now I am not getting any reply from them.

                                        Hi All,

                                        I want to complaint against a Bike service shop --M-30, Old DLF, New Market Scheme, Sector 14, Gurgaon. I have given my bike (Bajaj Discover) for servicing to this shop specially for millage increase. They have change mostly all parts of my bike like time chain, head valve etc. After services they It is creating again problem. I am getting 42 Km average against Rs 50. And bike is not running smooth. Means they have not fixed the problems in Bike they have created more problem in it. Today i think iu have wasted 1632 rupees and my 4-5 hours for this.

                                        My name is Prashant and I reside at Ghatkopar which is situated in Maharashtra state in Mumbai city.

                                        I purchased a new Honda Unicorn Dazzler from Jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd [Dealer code : MHO20001 on 5-Jun-2010] the day I purchased, its gives out annoying/irritating sound when i seat or put it on side stand or main stand. I was later been told that it will be rectified in my first service.

                                        Also along with this I am facing a problem in terms of self start, the battery is really very very weak. Finally after 25 days I got my 1st paid service for my bike at Pilot Honda service centre in Chembur where they had replaced the rubber [it had no cracks let me tell you] and done some greasing and they had rectified the problem. After 2-3 days the bike again started giving the annoying/irritating sound and problem is still persisting.

                                        Also the bike has started getting rusted in 2-3 months its very strange, isn't it..

                                        Then I didnt started my bike for 2 weeks and 2 weeks later, when I tried to start my bike, it couldnt. When i use to press self start button, the meter lights went off which clearly gave me indication battery is really very poor. On top of that dazzler doesnt have kick so there was no other way to start my bike. When I called showroom people and told them about this problem that I am unable to start the bike, they told "Gaadi gear me daal dakka de and the bike will start". When I told this that I cant do this everytime, Honda people said they dont have any other option as there is no kick start.

                                        Let me tell you that i have taken this new bike keeping in mind that there wont be any problems atleast for 4-5 years but with all this problems i have loosed faith in HONDA brand.

                                        I have taken this HONDA product because this is a Japanese company, but using this product i am really disappointed. It would have been better if i would have been taken a Indian product that also in less price.

                                        Let me know your seniors contact nos and email ids, i want to escalate this till the top most levels located in Japan as i feel they should have insight on this.

                                        Then i asked at Service point Head Mr.Nelson(Ashok Nagar Br.Manager). He also didnt respond me properly.(As same as Mr.Velu told). And He said "All our Honda Aviator Vehicles are like this only" and told me to send mail to Honda Company for further Solution.

                                        I dont know what to do. I belongs to upper middle family. I had a dream to buy a Honda Aviator bike, so i saved my money for long time and bought it. But it gives me a big trouble. It makes me a mind-torture. Already i am a physically handicapped and now i am mentally depressed and hopeless.

                                        So i request you to exchange the bike or give me a possible solution.

Even today when I went there, and after 2 months, the executive at Venetian Honda told me that they are not having spare parts of Honda Deo. I can't believe they can be reckless about supplying the spare parts of one of its best selling product.

                                        This is such a big regret that I want to express here.I bought a CB Twister,
                                        with Reg. # UP-16 AA-0510 in May, 2010 with lot of hope and satisfaction that I had bought a HONDA product. But this did not even lasted long .
                                        It was a nightmare to get spare parts from the Authorised Dealer.No response even when shall the part would be available.

                                        I have been to Prakash Honda, Noida, they say it is short supply from company end.It has been 4 months period still short supply??????? I wonder...are spare parts been produced or not..???

                                        Now dishearted ... will never refer a HONDA product to anyone, so that they dont face such problems to get spare parts.

                                        Please see to it that spare parts are available at least at the authorised dealers.

                                        Only false promises before sale and NO SERVICE after sale.

                                        i had purchased Honda shine i Sep 29, 2011. today i have gone for my third servicing Ur people told me that they will used 2 bottles oil in my bike n also they charged 200/- more for fuel tank cleaning and chain cleaning. so may i know where u used to bottles of oil when the oil capacity o[censored]r bike is 900ml and i[censored] charged extra than what is free servicing.
                                        what is the mean of free servicing.
                                        please satisfy me or i have to go for consumer forum for this problem coz i have already some other vehicle bt i haven't face the problem like this.

                                        Honda bike service very poor or 3rd class, i dnt believe such typeo of service this is my 1st and last experience for honda.
                                        Recently i have buy a stunner CBR, after some time having problem create od half excel, and this part not avialable in all service station or show room.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I own a Honda Shine 125cc bike which has SELF start option. Hereafter i won't recommend to buy this bike for anyone who ask review about the bike from me. Because, I had an battery complaint on my bike. I didn't blame about battery. But, Your company dealer in Namakkal, Tamilnadu, India doesn't have the spares for the battery in their showroom. Your sales manager from that showroom doesn't respond properly for my question.
                                        I'm waiting for the battery about 3 months. Because of that i can't able to ride my bike on the night time. Are you producing this bike to ride only at day time. Without Battery i can't able to use self start in my bike. So, I'm totally disappoint from Your service after sales of your bike.

                                        mene honda cb shine 125cc bike 28/05/2012 ko naya bike liya lekin pehle din se clutch ka problem pata chal gaya lekin dusare din gaya to thik kiya lekin still clutch ka problem tha hi usake baad pehli service ke liye gaya to mene sub problem likhvaye the ki engine mese noise, clutch setting and stearing cone bhi thick settin g nahi he lekin abhi aaj 27/8/2012 meri bike me manufacturing defect clutch plate ka aur left mirror ka pani bhar jata he yaha surat(gujarat) ganga auto ke service center per mene ye problem bataya to bike ke right side ka engine oil aur kick ka jo box he wo pura kholkar repair kiya lekin phir bhi bike me problem the gear smoothly down nahi ho rahe the uske baad staff ne mujhe forcefully bike le jaane ke liye bola lekin mene delivery nahi li he abhi mujhe bike replacment chahiye nayi bike lene ka matalab kya he agar itni jaldi engine oil ka box khul jata he to abhi kyuki meri koyi galati nahi mene owner ko bhi bataya 3rd day bike lene ke baad lekin unhone ye kaha tha ki aage jakar agar kuch hota he to me hu naa me sub karava dunga lekin abhi koyi responsibilty nahi le raha he owner sir / medam and service staff inki na to koyi customer se thik baat karane ki tamij he na to phir service thick se karna agar surat ke jitane bhi customer he honda two wheelers ke agar unka sarve kiya jaye to 90% result service me problem aisa kahege costomer, mene to ye soch kar bike li thi ki ye world wide japanese company he to chalo nayi bike honda ki lege lekin ye to ek simple product ho jo kisi aam company ka product ho aisa laga raha so please mujhe bike replacement karava dijiye nahi to phir aage ka raasts sidha consumer court hi jata he agar consumer court me appeal karata hu to mujhe 100% pata he ki ek to bike replace ment milega aur ya to bike ki prize 9% ke hisab se returne milega late milega lekin milega jarur so pleae call me my contact[protected]

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        As I have mailed you before that I have purached HONDA UNICON on dt. 17.07.12 from DOSI HONDA, INDORE, that time delearship assured me that I will get my all RTO formatilities done within a month but still I have not got my Vehicle registration number. I am continiously in touch with DOSI HONDA People for that reason but they are hanging me out from last 1-1.30 month. I am not getting any proper response from their side and also they are not behaving well. when I spoke to Mr. Sanjay Choudhary (RTO Agent-Dosi Honda), He behaved and replied very badly and asked me for the proof that I am following him regularly and said that "MUJHE SAPNA TO NAHI AA RAHA HAI KI AAP MUJHE CALL KAR RAHE HO" and another agent was also did the same with me even your Sales Manager Mr. Bhushan Patil counted me the names of the leaders by saying that even I will not do your work even you will take them. After giving them regular followups I have mailed you and i was given assurance from your side that you will be looking into matter. In between I have been giving delearship regular followup for my number and card but they are not at all ready to respond me and behaving rudly and the worst part is now I am not getting any response from your side in return to my mail. I am in doubt that they have singed a satisfaction note on my behalf and sent you but I am still facing trouble and not getting my work done.

                                        for you kind Information that I am also working as customer care authority in very renoun fourwheeler delearship of indore and being the sole responsible person for caring customer I would like to ask is this the way of treating a customer who is trusting you and going with your words. Please tell me what would be your reaction If you would be at my place? I had some hopes after mailing you that you will help me out but I regrate to say that you people are not at all able to keep your promises.

                                        Now you people have made me bound to take any legal action against your services. I will wait for your reply for next two days because I know with what trouble a delearship has to go through for solving a complaint. You have requested to bear with me now I am asking to bear with me for the same.

                                        Hope you people would be able to understand the pain of bearing Rs. 440/- thrice for challan and also handling the mental pressure of not getting the things of your own vehicle.
