.UNSATISFACTORY AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM HONDA BIKES

To the concerned authority,

I would like to bring your attention towards an unsatisfied and unattended after sales service of my HONDA ACTIVA 6g bought 2 months before.

After a week of 1st FREE SERVICE of my activa i started noticing a vibration while accelerating my scooty for which i visited 2 of HONDA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES regarding the same issue.

Firstly I visited SAI POINT MUMBRA SERVICE CENTRE where the technician were unable to detect the fault. so i opted for a second service centre named VIHAAN SERVICE CENTRE located at MANPADA THANE there also i left my activa for a day but sorry to say the next day when i collected my bike the issue was unsolved for which i had visited both the service centres.

At time of sales, i was told for warranty and later on at time of first service inwas told to take an additional extended warranty for 799/-. I took that also.

but the main concern is that company and service centres are just monetory minded i think. they have nothing to do with customer or defects related to their products.

i consulted my bike with an local MECHANIC sonhe suggested that there is a problem in TIMING CHAIN and ENGINE BELT. but i am shock that y the authorised technicians of HONDA are unable to detect and solved the issues.

    Honda hness CB350 rusting and paint peel off issue in whole bike

    I Purchased Honda Hness CB350 Dual Tone Black Colour from Big Wing Ahmedabad Central on 12/07/2021.

    1. First Issue - The bike i received initially was found with rusted chassis all over the inner and outer chassis parts when brought home the very first day. Contacted the dealership and they fixed the issue the next day by replacing the bike as the documents were not forwarded to RTO and provided me with a new bike.

      How the Honda Two Wheeler Company started a showroom here without looking at the land documents .It is necessary to file a case against the Honda Company in an illegal place .This is completely wrong. And the opening of this showroom was not even the owner of the company. This illegal act has been done by Millennium Honda Sangli itself.

      Millennium Honda Vita needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.

          I purchased my honda activa 125 disc-bsvi dataed 01.09.2021 from royal autodeal pvt ltd.

          Within 3 months i had problems in engine with lots sound and vehile had not to start .

            I went to Honda Activa authorised service centre for general repair dur to "Self Start" issue in my Two wheeler.

            Day 1 - I was told few products needs to be changed worth Rs 3000 (Approx), I approved and paid for it, issue got resolved at the service centre but after 1 hour same issue came in again

            Day 2 - I went back to complaint they again told me another product needs to be changed worth Rs 2000 (Approx), i approved and paid for it. Again after 1 hour same issue is still there.

            Company service centre replaced working parts, wasted my time and didn't resolved the issue even after taking all bill payments from me which were completely fake ( Rs 5000, Approx)

            Service centre is making fool of public by changing even the working parts.

            There is no one to return my money and resolve the issue. Can you help?

              I have ordered front mudgurd of my Honda DIo BS6 model from Ajinkya Honda, Latur - 413512, Maharashtrea. which was damaged . I ordered it a year before but still i didnt recieved it.
              I contacted to them many times but still they told me that your product is in order it will come in few days.
              It's very bad experience in honda showroom regarding after sales service.
              Please resolve my problem very soon .

                  Team,

                  Am a Honda user since 2013 and visited Friends Honda at Gudalur for servicing my new vehicle. The person at the centre asked me to leave the place and refused to check my vehicle. He said my vehicle is old one and they won't check those again. My vehicle is 2020 model and I believe Honda will do service for any vehicles under their roof.

                  I will definitely lodge a complaint at ombudsman and consumer redressal. I appreciate if any higher management could look into it and get me a resolution. He asked me to leave his place as he owns honda it seems... Behavioural issues and worst attitude could possibly bring down the company's name.

                    My Honda Unicorn was given to the charge of Mr. Pratap, the Service Manager of the service dealership at Springs Honda, Kengeri ST, Bangalore (560060) on 28/11/2021. The problem reported was that it wouldn't start and was repeatedly stalling with jerks. I was repeatedly assured by him personally that the vehicle was in very good condition and that I could restore it into good working condition by lapping of the head valve which would cost me Rs.1500 (exclusive of taxes). I was assured that the motorcycle would be delivered back to me within 2 days. As a matter of fact they took twice the amount of time and in that time repeatedly fobbed me off with excuses for the delay - at times even refusing to pick up my calls!

                    After what seemed like interminable harassment they finally called me on the 2nd December and asked me to pick up my vehicle which was repaired and ready. I arrived at the service centre to pick up the vehicle and was told that Mr. Pratap was away on call and not available. I immediately sensed that he was avoiding me because of a problem. I was directed to see Mr.Shoaib, perhaps a supervisor, who gave me vague and unconvincing reasons about the reasons for inflating the bill from 1500 to Rs. 3195. He was also extremely reluctant to allow me to take a trial of the vehicle. Overall the atmosphere reeked of conspiracy and an effort to put the lid on what could be a difficult situation from which to extricate themselves.

                    Everyone seemed to be in on the conspiracy from the receptionist to the cashier and the watchman. I did take a trial and found the vehicle in extremely bad condition - the jerky ride continued and the starting problem stayed. However, Mr. Shoaib who rode with me during the trial assured me that the engine was in perfect condition and that the jerks would disappear gradually. He also advised me to start the vehicle everyday and run it for some time. I was unconvinced by his explanations but decided to take them at their word and try out the vehicle for a couple of days. What ensued was pure disaster - for me! The vehicle worked for precisely 2 days. On the third morning, the vehicle refused to start despite repeated efforts.

                    WHAT IS CLEAR FROM THE ABOVE IS NOT JUST TECHNICAL INCOMPETENCE ON THE PART OF THE STAFF BUT ALSO UNAPOLOGETIC THUGGERY AND INTIMIDATION THAT SEEMS TO PRIORITISE TAKING THE CUSTOMER’S MONEY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND SENDING HIM ON HIS WAY WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE KIND OF WORK DONE AND VALUE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

                    As things stand now, I am stuck with a junk piece of metal on which I have expended over Rs.5000 over the past 3 months entirely for the benefit of Springs Honda. Needless to say, I am deeply aggrieved and hope you are able to find a solution to this problem.What I would settle for now is a complete reimbursement of all repair expenses totalling over Rs.5000/- and a lasting solution to my problem.

                            I have faced the issue in the buttom of the engine part where the main stand is fitted.. A small piece of that aluminium engine part has broken. Because the ground cleareance is very low . I have visited to Company service Centre but they have told me to replace the whole bottom part and it is very expensive..
                            I experience is that now honda is compramising with the built quality of the vehicle . The built quality is not good now ..
                            so as mention in the picture if there is any solution for my problem please solve that because like me no one other can face the same problem

My scooty done 2nd service on dated 27 Sep 2021 after service my scooty meter glass coming some voice after that againg visit your service center on dated 27 oct 2021 then technician solve my problem but after same day same issue created after that again goto your service centre 11.11.2021 then your technician again solve my problem but again issue other problem my scotty handle is not ruining good then today 30.11.2021 again goto your service center and tell the problems in your service center staff then he say create the complain and open the job card after open the job card your staff say please wait some time but after 2 hr my problem is not solve then I say your staff it's not good firstly your technician not solve my problem and I suffering again and again
