Hi,

I have decided to purchase a Honda Bike in good trust in the quality of Honda.

I am very disappointed with this purchase i.e. Honda SP125.

Purchased date: 2021.07.11 (Jul11 2021)
First Service: 2021.08.05 (Aug'05 2021)
Second Service: 2021.12.23 (Dec'23 2021)

When I purchased this I had the below issue with my Honda SP125 & same was reported at the time of First Service on 2021.08.05
Engine Sound
Gear Stuck
Sound while changing gear
Tight Clutch
Noise from Bike(Like loose part)
Loose or low center stand
poor Shockers
low average
At time service person said that all above is due to its new and it will fine after the bike runs for a few hundred Kilometers.
The problems remain the same as mentioned above except Low Average.

I got back problem due to poor shockers(Suspension), report enclosed.

In Second Service on 2021.12.23 (Dec'23 2021)
The below issue was mentioned.
Engine Sound
Shockers Issue
Tight Clutch
Gear Stuck
Sound while changing gear
Sound in bike Special from Handle
Sound while changing gear
Oil leak from Engine Head

Now same Service center (MALWA MOTORS (P) LTD. W-10. Okla Industrial Area, Phase-ll, New Delhi-110020) is saying these parts are faulty & I have to pay for spares.

Why should I pay for manufacturing defects?

Never Expected that Honda will make such a bad bike & its Customer Support is Pathetic.

I have registered a complaint about the same vide Ticket no[protected].
Honda has closed my complaint even not contact the user a single time.

I have been shocked.

    Actually I got my new activa 125 at Nov 3 and also my scooty got accident so I use ti try with insurance and I put my scooty in Honda company for service and because of Honda delay for RC so they are telling me for wait for confirmation I don't know what's the problem Actually my point of view RC depends on Honda company only whether they make a delay means they only give a good work but they are fake now I kept my bike fir around 40 days still there is no change in my scooty please do something about it...

      I have purchased New Active 6G on 26/11/2021. within 15 days self problem start. Many times I can not start my bike using self. Forcely I have to use Kick to start my bike. I think they removed original battery from my bike or put used battery to bike. very bad experiences.

          Dear Team,

          I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of Silencer supplied in my Unicorn BSVI TN85 M 2921 which was bought less than an year ago. Ever since I had handed over my Vehicle for the first service I was highlighting this rusting issue of Silencer from long past, but every time the service team of Surya Honda located at Chennai, Tamilnadu, India convinced me with some explanations which I feel now being cheated, since the colleagues of mine have bought the same Vehicles with no observations of rusting in silencer and the quality being great for them even after 2 years of Purchase.

          Surya Honda is making false statements against defect observations and are not even registering the complaints against defective parts. In this regard I had raised a complaint with the ticket no.[protected] on 11th Dec which was then again biased with false promises of Surya Honda. This defect of spotted rust being highlighted from Day-1 of purchase is still not recorded anywhere even in service history with a strong bias to avoid a claim. With the entire family o[censored]s relying on the quality of Honda with 5 other Vehicles of Activa, Dio from Honda is resembling a reliable trust of our family on the quality of Honda, however these false promises are shaking our trust towards Honda, which I felt can be resolved easily. I request the team to take this issue and replace my silencer at the earliest possible, else with no other option of dealing this case legally in customer court. Request the issue to be dealt favorably please.

                Issue : Bike automatically switches off while running.

                Background: This issue is from the beginning of the purchase. Informed several times to Service center and they told they rectified each time. But still, not yet solved. It seems Failure bike sold to me by Honda. Now, i cannot use the bike since i had many bad experiences before and once i had to pull the bike for 10kms to service center.

                I gave my bike to Service center on 27th Nov 2021 & it is with them till date. They told they need to change some parts & they have been waiting for the spare parts for more than 3 weeks(Order placed on 30th Nov).

                I am really frustrated and lost all my hope to get my bike again. Moreover, i have been given many false hopes & fake promises by the service ppl everytime i call them. I cannot make direct contact to Honda India too. Literally, i am using public transport for the past six months & taken many leaves to follow-up this issue.

                I dont know whom to contact next & where to go.

                Please do the needful.

                        I am Suraj Balekundri Bike number KA 22EZ6914 Hornet, as recently i serviced my bike from Mangesh Honda Belgaum & once again the worst service I received. i had already told the issue regarding Handle & rear tyre even those they had not repaired properly and because of this issue i had small accident at Nehru Nagar belgaum on 01/12/2021.
                        Now the second Big issue is bike rear tyre got slashed from one side after installing the New Chain Pocket i dont know how they done setting but i strongly recommend you to either replace the tyre or give how it was and you must be at any condition because i am not going to bear this loss anymore like last time i had changed bike chain pocket.
                        Because of this i have to bear financial loss. its very worst scenario which i am facing every time so expecting positive reply.

                            To the concerned authority,

                            I would like to bring your attention towards an unsatisfied and unattended after sales service of my HONDA ACTIVA 6g bought 2 months before.

                            After a week of 1st FREE SERVICE of my activa i started noticing a vibration while accelerating my scooty for which i visited 2 of HONDA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES regarding the same issue.

                            Firstly I visited SAI POINT MUMBRA SERVICE CENTRE where the technician were unable to detect the fault. so i opted for a second service centre named VIHAAN SERVICE CENTRE located at MANPADA THANE there also i left my activa for a day but sorry to say the next day when i collected my bike the issue was unsolved for which i had visited both the service centres.

                            At time of sales, i was told for warranty and later on at time of first service inwas told to take an additional extended warranty for 799/-. I took that also.

                            but the main concern is that company and service centres are just monetory minded i think. they have nothing to do with customer or defects related to their products.

                            i consulted my bike with an local MECHANIC sonhe suggested that there is a problem in TIMING CHAIN and ENGINE BELT. but i am shock that y the authorised technicians of HONDA are unable to detect and solved the issues.

                              1. First Issue - The bike i received initially was found with rusted chassis all over the inner and outer chassis parts when brought home the very first day. Contacted the dealership and they fixed the issue the next day by replacing the bike as the documents were not forwarded to RTO and provided me with a new bike.
