Hi Sir/ Madam,
As per the mail below mail., I have faced more issues in the Engine of my Unicorn. Since I am facing frequent issues, I have given my vehicle for service at Lingam Honda @ Sunguvarchatram.
I am completely disappointed that after the service is completed, they have informed me on many issues in the Bike's Engine part and my vehicle's Auto start also does not work after the vehicle is serviced.
Sir/ Madam, Since i am facing these types of frequent issues from the day 1 of my purchase of this vehicle.
In the Last Complaint and resolution, Management & Head of the team agreed that if there are any more issues in the Engine here after (June 2019), we will replace the Engine Part.
After the above statement given only, I have taken back my complaint and am using this vehicle with more care and soft use only.
With this loyalty, I am using my vehicle with utmost care as I mentioned earlier, all my family members are still using HONDA for the past 2 decades and I am insisting here as a experienced and valuable customer for Honda.
Now, my vehicle is not started on the Self or i need to kick the bike more than 25 times to make it start.. i am completely disappointed with my Bike Performance & the service and i am daily thinking that "i have made a mistake that i have purchased this vehicle"

Sir/Madam, I am emotionally writing this letter for your attention and I need an immediate solution and I would like to replace the Engine Part at the earliest or if you are unable to do the same, please replace the Vehicle with a new one..
I am sorry to say this "i lost my loyalty & satisfaction with Honda and its service"
