I have booked a H'ness CB350 from Honda BigWing Topline Kochi on 15 March 2021. The bike was delivered on 17 June 2021. But the Purchase date according to your server is on 21 April 2021.
This variation in dates is causing issues in service dates and warranty period. I am loosing a period of around 60 days from my warranty period and my free service period. Kindly update the date on your system to 17 June 2021.

    I introduce my self Rafeek.M, my mobile No.[protected] a State Government servant. I am a Honda bike No KL22-P-4404 owner having since 2000.I am purchased a new Honda Unicorn bike on 4/2/2021 worth Rs.122564 (Rupees One lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty four ) from Marikkar Honda, Statue Thiruvananthapuram.
    With high regret, I would like to say that your service centre, "Marikkar Service Centre, Statue Trivandrum provides a very worst service to the customers. I would like to express my bad experience with service centre during last few days. I have given my bike for 2nd periodic service only.
    The bike was ride around 5000km and two services was over. In the 2nd service the speedometer cable come to damage and the same was replaced with our own cost. After 2nd service, less than riding 100 km unnecessary complaint were shown and the same was communicated with Marikkar Motor Statue Service centre unfortunately very bad response from the firm. After few days the bike not started. The matter was informed to Marikkar Motor Statue Service centre after two day a service men attend the complaint, he says the battery complaint and same was rectified. After 3 days the same complaint repeated now the vehicle is not working condition. Please remember new B6 vehicle come under 6000km only the vehicle come under Warrantee period.

    My bike has not working till date and i tried to meet the service manager from that day onwards. He had not properly answered to my doubt about the technical issue over phone and every time he requests me not to raise this complaint to higher authorities

          I have claimed insurance of my scooter Honda aviator among 15 days ago but the service center boys are saying that the parts are not available what are they doing if the parts are not available
          I am requesting to take action on it otherwise I have to do something else at higher post

            I am Ajay Employee of LIC OF INDIA. as i want to buy a new Honda Grazia scooter (blue colour) from LOHCHAB HONDA, DELHI BYE PASS, ROHTAK, HARYANA 124001. as this scooter if Financed by my corporation LIC OF INDIA, Rohtak. An amount of Rs. 83572/- is credited to LOHCHAB HONDA'S SBI ACCOUNT on 14/10/2021. I visited this Honda showroom on 16/10/2021 for the delivery of blue Grazia scooter. They said they don't have blue Grazia scooter in stock and added that they will update me for the same on phone.I called Jitender Nandal(ph. No. [protected]) for the delivery. he said it's not possible to deliver blue scooter we have only two colour Red and Grey either buy Red or Grey. I agreed to buy Grey colour scooter. And again on 18/10/2021 evening i visited the showroom for the delivery. During the final billing they were forcing me to buy the ACCESSORIES with the scooter upon which i disagreed but the salesman continuously argued and said we do not sale without Accessories he further added HAME APNE KAM KA PATA HAI TU HAME HAMARA KAM MAT SIKHA. They guys don't even know how to talk with their customers. There was no professional ethics. They were treating me like an illiterate person.
            As we already have 3 two wheeler vehicle of honda in our family and we were extremely satisfied with your vehicle. But This time the way your representative behaving with your customers is pathetic.
            Kindly take the necessary action and Deliver me the Blue Honda Grazia scooter as soon as possible.

            Its almost a week passed... But there is no satisfactory response or action taken from your side. You are treating me as like your dealer does. I had already told your executive on telephonic conversation also that the amount is paid by my Corporation and i can't wait for so long. I will be questioned by my corporation for this Delay and you are not taking it seriously.
            I don't think that i will get the satisfactory resolution of my complaint. So guide me the process fo Refund the amount to my corporation.

              The problem with my bike was that the bike didn't start at the button. So I took the bike to the service center, but there was a problem. They cleaned the battery without changing the battery.

                Hello, This is Balaji Jeychandran your Customer I Received Honda SP125 on 07/10/21 at Tambaram show room. I want a breakup Bill for my vehicle on total cost. I would called your show room for breakup Bill. Their not responsible. One person told ten minutes I will send sir. Calculate the date how long it will taken. Still not yet get the Bill copy. This is worst service I can't see anywhere. Unfortunately I selected Tambaram show room. Your Show room how to know to values Your customers. No one responsible your show room. I criticized myself. I want only photo copy my what's up.

                  Today i did my bike in service center vashi in which nothing worked and money was taken from me whatever it was it was also spoiled and not talked to me properly is the worst service i would have known if i knew that If I get service, I will never buy Honda's scooty or bike, such service very very bed service

                    Respected sir... Today we purchased new Honda shine, bike at Anjali Honda showroom at Udgir dist latur Maharashtra india, during the bike delivery they are not given or fitted mandatory accessories we are paid ₹-1750 extra for accessories which is compolsory for every customer, we paid but showroom management not fitted accessories like name plate frame sheet and break rubber... Another thing is that they provide only 100ml fuel with new bike..and they compilation with everyone buy a new helmet but we have already helmet with us..Overall ANJALI HONDA SHOWROOM not provide good service

                      Dear Sir/Ma’am,
                      I purchased a Bike [Metal Black Unicorn] from you & using it.
                      I was promised by the dealer that the bike has no issues and is in a perfectly working condition. Upon driving the bike, I found out that Battery problem since the bike purchased & also complaint to dealer. I also changed the battery with the suggestion of dealer and charge the battery in 3 - 4 times in that month with his guide but the problem is not sorted till yet & main thing is that the issue arises in warrantee period but there is no action taken on complaint.
                      I am wondering at this point whether the dealer has tested the bike and went through the necessary checks. This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.
                      I am very disappointed from what happened and kindly ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service I wouldn't have expected from a reputed company like yours.
                      Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration biked and other related documents for your reference. I am looking forward your reply.

                        ROOM is engaged in fraudulent activities. In the name of free service(rs. 750/3 service) your outlet is charging again for service . What is the meaning of my rs.750? . Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the Matter, or else it will hamper your Brand at sector 4, Rourkela, Sundargarh, Odisha-769002. Service and their behavior is very rough. Take care . Today I am cheated tomorrow it's your turn. I will advise, dear friends- customers do not buy 3 free service (Rs. 750)after 1 years of your vehicle.

                            I bought a new Activa 6G from Varun Honda showroom in October last year. Whose fuel indicator has a problem from the beginning. I told the service provider about this at the time of first and second service also but at that time they do not repair properly. After that I again complained to third service, At that time he said that we will not repair it without paying. I said this problem is from the beginning, since I have taken the car, which I have complained about many times before. The problem I am facing is the company's problem, so why would I give you extra money for this.

                              Hi Sir/ Madam,

                              As per the mail below mail., I have faced more issues in the Engine of my Unicorn. Since I am facing frequent issues, I have given my vehicle for service at Lingam Honda @ Sunguvarchatram.

                              I am completely disappointed that after the service is completed, they have informed me on many issues in the Bike's Engine part and my vehicle's Auto start also does not work after the vehicle is serviced.

                              Sir/ Madam, Since i am facing these types of frequent issues from the day 1 of my purchase of this vehicle.
                              In the Last Complaint and resolution, Management & Head of the team agreed that if there are any more issues in the Engine here after (June 2019), we will replace the Engine Part.

                              After the above statement given only, I have taken back my complaint and am using this vehicle with more care and soft use only.

                              With this loyalty, I am using my vehicle with utmost care as I mentioned earlier, all my family members are still using HONDA for the past 2 decades and I am insisting here as a experienced and valuable customer for Honda.

                              Now, my vehicle is not started on the Self or i need to kick the bike more than 25 times to make it start.. i am completely disappointed with my Bike Performance & the service and i am daily thinking that "i have made a mistake that i have purchased this vehicle"

                                  Hi!
                                  I have purchased a Honda 6G scooter on 21.07.2020 and done all the necessary service from Honda authorized show room Shiva wheel PVT LTD, Ganguly Bagan Kolkata-700047. After last service which has been done Sept-2021, I am facing starting problem. Several time I have informed them and they are doing small correction and handed over the scooter to me. But still problem is unresolved.

                                  Finally they are saying the battery is not functioning an I need to visit any Exide battery center to check.

                                  It is unexpected from any company like Honda.

                                  As October is our festive month and I need it in every moment to travel.

                                  Please do the needful and resolve my problem.

                                      I purchased Honda Activa 5g from Haiku Honda Indiranagar, Bangalore. Now exactly in 18th Month from date of Purchase, 5000 km less than Warranty, Battery have stopped Working and is not Charging.
                                      Haiku Honda is not ready to change the Battery now and asking to Purchase New one . Vehicle wasn’t Used daily due to Pandemic so counting months exactly to 18 would be wrong.
