Hardly two days from hand over .the kept vehicle buzzer was not working properly.they said water went inside.without number plate I did not even take it out..how come water will go in..clear case of faulty buzzer

    AC of my car is repaired at least 4-5 times in the Arceli Kanpur Road Workshop and every time I get assurance that it will be working this time and finally I got very much disappointed by this type of work. I was travelling with my family to Varanasi and while coming back this AC stopped working again. I hope you understand what type of discomfort we experienced. My Vehicle is under warranty please look into it and assign a moderator who checks and certify my vehicle this time.

        The dealers are very poor and bad behaviour and give me 5 month old manufactured bike, DM series in chassiss number, other branches are delivering FM series, very cheating

                Now some place in Body Rusting is Appear and color of the foot place is also not good.

                I am very suprise, Honda Vehicle Quality is very poor quality.

                  Bought a SP125 in April 21. Till date the dealer had not supplied helmet. When asked, he is saying that he had not got the stock from the company.. Moreover, the helmet he is showing does not fit us.. Now another Mgr says if size doesn't fit, the same had to be billed.

                  Kindly confirm if the helmet was originally billed ( it seems so) .

                      1: engine sound is very high like crank sond and gare book sound is very high .in this vehicles you used bad material.
                      2:frient fork sound . Like I have used frenk back that sond like (tak)

                          मेरी होंडा Hines's 350 Ka silencer क्यों नही कंपनी चेंज कर रही है envision Honda Lucknow ने 1st सर्विस मे लैपटॉप लगा के tampreture बढ़ाने से मेरे बाइक का silencer गर्म होकर ब्लैक हो गया गलती सर्विस वर्कर की है बाइक के बारे मे कोई जानकारी नहीं है श्री मनु अस्थाना मैनेजर से मैंने कहा तो साइलेंसर के बारे मे तो उन्होंने कहा की ये सभी बाइक मे हो जाता है जब की 2nd सर्विस मे 26/07/2021 को मैंने किसी बाइक मे silencer black नही देखा मेरी बाइक मे क्यो इसका मतलब है की आप coustmerecare भी सही जवाब नही दे रहे 03बार कस्टमर केयर पर कंप्लेंट कर चुका
                          अब consumer court मे ही मामला जायेगा l

                              I got my Aviator no RJ 19 JS 7183 serviced in RS vehicles Pvt Ltd Marris road Aligarh on 27 and 28 jul 21. I agreed to replace all unserviceable parts. Post service, Found petrol was leaking. Next day on 29 Jul 21 went to agency. Faulty parts were replaced to rectify the leaking problem. But next day morning, found that vehicle was not starting in morning either by kick or self. Again visited agency on 01 Aug 21.Few parts changed to rectify the problem of not starting. Result remain same with another problem of very poor initial pick up. These all problems have developed post servicing. Visiting service centre post service is simply harassment. It seems that service centre doesn't have skilled and knowledgeable mechanic and quality control check who can identify the problem in first attempt. I hope and believe that company will look into it.

                                Der Honda,
                                I am one of the honda deo scooter owner in Mangalore, Karnataka India,
                                I bought Honda deo, nine month before, (Oct 2020)and also it's company service maintained scooter.
                                Unfortunately, My side stand was broken, (no accident /no damage) because of the poor build quality of the scooter.
                                However, I went near by honda service center to Rectify the damaged one. First of all they agreed it's by the poor build quality of the scooter, then they said we will Rectify asap(same day itself).
                                But, when I went (the same day as they said to come), the scooter not yet ready and they are saying it's need a lot procedure to do *at least welding on that spot.*🤦‍♂️ and it may 2 to 3 days 🤷‍♂️ and staff also rude attitude. They don't know how to treat their valuable customer.

                                  In 2012 I purchased my dream Honda Aviator scooter from ISHANA HONDA showroom in Tenkasi for sales officer Babu. On June 25, 2021 I contacted Babu and requested him to service my scooter since it had developed starting trouble. After handing overy my scooter for repair I had to repeatedly visit the showroom only to be informed that the repair is yet not completed. Finally after 32 days of continuous follow-up my scooter was ready on August 3, 2021. I also paid in full the exorbitant charges of 16450.00. Again on August 5, 2021 the scooter developed the same complaint and I reported the issue to Babu immediately. After inspecting my scooter Babu presented a repair estimate of 1600. I was extremely shocked to witness that now your company was totally looting me for no fault of mine. I am 73 years old retired government school teacher and living on hand to mouth existence. I am deeply shocked and now deprived of my mobility. Without the scooter i am an handicapped. May I request your kind intervention, help and support in repairing my scooter without any more cost.                                       This is to report the utterly rude behavior by Mr. Gaurav Gupta at the billing section at Kamla Nagar, Agra service branch. This guy was highly abusive and was blatant enough to ask for filing a complaint as he was sure that no action will be taken against him. "I talk like this, do whatever you want" were his words in hindi. Matter was reported to the manager, Mr Sharma. Please double check and take action. I will be taking this to social media.

                                        Sorry to say this...

                                        I had a bad experience today with one of your service point in karimnagar (SRH MOTORS PVT LTD, jagityal road).They are trying to proving that Customers are the final fools and jockers/puppets, even manager also not in a position to compromise or not trying to make win win situation at the time of argument just arrogantly replying to me, he is not ready to solve the issue .having an experience of 10 years the mechanic simply saying that is the reason for the problem this is the solution, come again and we will fix the problem (after visiting the service point 3 times in 15days )...being a banker in your area how can we refer our vehicle loan customers to your showroom after this horrible experience..
                                        my experience:
                                        1.on 27th of July -given for regular service and for chain socket kit replacement (bill amount 2800/-), one of the service post posted to next day by the mechanic due to absence of the experienced mechanic.
                                        2.on the day of 4.8.2021 for the postponed service, they said no power this time come tomorrow and one more reason is mechanic is absent, .which one is genuine I don't know.for my convience given my bike for other repairs for the time being they even touched my bike for the full day in the evening I took back my bike...
                                        3.on the day of 05.08.2021 changed battery, adjusted chain packet .but faced issue with battery and chain again after replacement of chain socket kit and battery.
                                        4.on 09.08.2021, ie today, I visited again the showroom and questioned the mechanic and manager ...after all this they are saying it is not out fault it is with you bike issue ...

                                        My sincere question is that ...having an experience of 10yrs to mechanic, and proudly saying iam the manager one who is arguing one side ...what i have received al last from you (Corporate body having lakhs of customers one who treating the customers are puppets )

                                        At this time my bike having battery issue, chain issue, and one more coils are burnt because of giving bike to service at you most precious service point in karimnagar..after all playing the amount of around 5000/-...which filled your pockets by way of salary..

                                        Hence proved that ...finally customer is the fool and puppet in your hands.
