I had purchased a new bike from Honda 2 days ago but terribly disappointed with the helmet provided. it's one of the safety requirements which has been compromised. For the money paid I guess Honda can provide a better helmet when new bike is bought.

    I have a activa 6 g special edition I purchased it in March month in a one month it's activa sticker broken then I complain it from seller he didnot take it seriously I have insurance so I want to claim on it I say again and again then the seller claim it but it almost 20 days the seller didnot repair it even he don't receive my call I live far from the showroom so I have no option except calling his behavior is so bad I am in trouble plz take action

      I had got my Activa Honda serviced on 5August 2021 for a very minor body problem and periodical service at puttenahalli service center. I have paid full.amount also
      The service incharge said the vehicle requires a tinkering work and it along with service ( special campign charge of 499 ) totalling to 1100 Rs. However, I observed he just did a forming of body by pulling and didn't carryout any tinkering. As part of service he just changed the engine oil and did a body wash.The air filter, carburetor and plug was not attended to.
      He didn't even take a test ride.
      I being am engineer my self felt deceived and am unhappy at the lack of honesty
      Hope you will address the issue and ensure such practices are not repeated

        Honda shine sp125 gear shifting problem

        Ever since I have taken your Honda Shine sp 125 bike, I am very upset, even after taking this bike for so much money, I never felt that I have always had a problem with the gear, I had an accident due to gear stuck I could have lost my life due to the company's problem, this bike has hurt me a lot, you either change this bike and give me another bike or you can not afford so much trouble to get my money back, I always steal my work.         Dear Sir/Madam
        (Honda Activa 6G MH15 HL 6937)
        on 23/07/2021 i had gone to a Honda Showroom Located at Ghoti, for my bike servicing as it was having some problem in it. When shown to them they refused it by saying that no issue was there in the vehicle . So we contacted the Nashik Showroom regarding the same . After they took a vehicle and told us that we will have a look at it . After that they didn't contact us regarding the issue and when I called them for inquiry on 28/07/2021, they said no problem found in vehicle so come and take your vehicle . When I was there to take the vehicle they said that we had sent it to the Nashik Showroom for Repairing . And till Today i had no further communication with them, they didn't even inform us regarding what problem/issue is there and what they are doing with it .
        So please let me know about the Vehicle, what problem there is. I Personally request you to look after my problem and give me some Satisfied solution . I am waiting for your Response.

          Honda SP125 gear shifting problem

            Now my bike engine seize (fully stop working)
            I visited my nearest honda showroom
            (LAXMI HONDA) MARWAR JUNCTION PIN CODE 306001 DISTRICT PALI STATE RAJSTHAN
            But they refuse to work in warranty on my bike engine
            They saying that after purchasing of bike 1 year completed and driving kilometers 27000 complete so its have no warranty.
            Now am have to pay all charges of engine works
            Why ? Solve my problem on urgent basis
            Am really feeling cheated
            I already waiting so long time for it but no resolution provided by honda team, finally i decided to pay for engine work in honda service center because my all work stopped because am touring on bike for work without bike my all works stop.
            But i really need my money back from honda shine bs6 because its in under warranty

                  Below is my complaint which I registered 3-4days before to honda 2 wheeler company (regarding poor Product & Repeat issue of Noise ).., I got the ref no. 1-[protected], but since 3-4days there is no reply or call from Honda team, it is very disappointing.

                  Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                      Worst experience of service from the ram honda alwal,
                      date-3rd aug, invoice no-AP01BD[protected]

                      1.they have called me for replacement of air filter, plug and clutch belt so i said ok for that after that while taking delivery i saw in bill that sparkplug cleaning and sparkplug part charges both seperatly i asked them about it and there wasnt proper response from the employees and they said it is for replacement of plug.and i aksed them what will comes under general servicing and i got a stupid reply that washing is all servcing
                      2.while giving my vehicle to the service i menationed accelerator throttle play was high and horn switch-both are not rectified
                      3.And while seeing all these issues how can i believe that the parts which are replaced genuine parts or not whether replaced or not;i didnt receive any old parts of my vehicle
                      4.they are very much interested in collecting labour charges rather than providing services to customer

                        I Radhakanta Panigrahi employee of Hdfc sales team from RAYAGADA ODISHA, Sir I have purchased a new bike Honda xblade from aditya enterprise Rayagada they delivered me on 01.08.2021, but same day I found mono suspension problem, I have show to their mechanics also, they told me suspension problme. Even Aditya enterprise service manager ride my bike recorded the sound and vedio also, and seen the problem, but till now he did not raises any warranty or manufaturing issue.
                        Sir please slove my problem as soon as possible.

                          I have last 15 days back my Dream yuga two Wheeler bike is given the serving station to Shiavanad moters gadag in bike small engine {chet chet sound problem} but work is not complete to service engineer with a big problem to bike is not start so what a next fourther to my bike big solutions.
                          I this service in leaber charging in big amount but any solutions is not complete.

                            I bought a brand new hness cb350 dlx bike from bigwing, alleppey showroom. Bike got delivered on 16/07/2021 (KL 05 AX 3075). At the time of delivery I got no complimentary gift box from showroom not even a keychain. Later on through my friends came to know that many people received gift box at the time of delivery. This is cannot be neglected as a minor things because showrooms are treating their customer unequally. Adding to this I am extremely disappointed with treatment of employees of so called premium showroom.

                              I'm writing this after 20 months o[censored]sing my recently purchased Activa 5G.

                              Problems I've had so far:

                              1. Break becomes jammed at random.
                              2. At random, Activa comes to a halt on the road.
                              3. Unable to restart Activa after a week's break. (I've used the pick-up service in this new Activa more than four times now.)
                              4. Doesn't start in one go..

                              I've had a lot of problems and wasted a lot of money on HONDA and OUTSIDE servicing. This Activa is pointless. I've spent the most of my time booking and traveling OLA. And Activa 5G is really expensive. I need my money back as soon as possible..

                                  I am going on the way in MALAVVLI CITY mandya district my bike is problem i can go to mechanical shop but he asking purchase spare parts in honda show room but shoeroom employe cant give a spare parts into out side...how can i repaire my bike...sir...i can trusted about honda spare parts is best quality products...but if show room cant gives the xpare parts is the verry bad name create ur companey...please take a serious action about this showroom ir otherwise i ca go through a consumer foroum...

                                    Dealer not provide vehicle passing facility in showroom even he commited for vehicle passing during bike purchase.bike paper also provide in expiry date and not help for renewal of papers i go to agent nd pay 4500 rupees extra charges for this paper work and till date i not get my number plate in all these process dealers not supported in any way even i have pay cash amount of 87500 to dealer during bike purchse time so do need ful i want my extra charges refund from dealer i.e 4500
