We have recently purchased a Activa 5G from VD honda, just got our 1st service in March.
Today on dated 28th July 2021 while returning home from my workplace my keys got stucked in the lock, am not able to even rotate it or take it out.

Very annoying and unacceptable service o received from Honda.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

    I p venkakatanarayana, from sathupalli, khammam district, telangana . My bike in warrenty period . Bike suddenly braek down. I took to my near showroom at sathupalli. But problem was not slived. They sent bike to khamma katakam honda. Service station n service mangager was not responding properly. He said come to showroom with service book. Ir is 100 km long to me. Problem was not clear but he asking me to come there how it is correct. Please take action n alive my bike problem.

      I usually don't go on websites and complaint about things but this time it's too much. So on the day 14th July 2021 due to heavy rain in New Delhi my scooty has been in rain for more than 12 hours. in the evening I tried to start my scooty .it didn't start ( not with a normal electric start nor with a kick start ). I called the workshop they told me that it must have happened because of rain, let it dry up and it will start. soo I waited till 15th July 2021. it still didn't start soo I called the workshop and they took my scooty on 15th July 2021. it's been more than 1.5 weeks and I still didn't had my scooty back. the workshop owners kept telling me that we have to order the part from Manesar which is nearly arround 60km far. but still, they didn't get the part and I didn't get my scooty back. I am very disappointed with the honda workshop, Jhilmil. worst experience ever as a new customer.

        I bought my bike SP125,[protected]. But I am facing issue with this bike regularly from January 2021. I had complaint against this bike that service center, but they are not doing properly. Really it's very worst service from honda. That service manager also telling regularly it's a BS6 BIKE. It means BS6 bikes regularly getting problems on the road. That service center Ride honda NGRI HUBSIGUDA. Service manager name : RAVI PRAKASH.

          I have bought Activa 125 BS-IV model from Jeevan Honda showroom in Madurai on 30.10.2019. I felt problem with the starting of the vehicle and given for service in Jeevan Honda service center, Pallanganatham, Madurai-3 on 9.07.2021. The technician reported that the problem with BATTERY (12V 5ah Exide) and ensured that with in 5 days i will get the Warranty claim. They advised to drive my vehicle without battery up to the new battery arrives. Some how they started the vehicle by the kicker on 10.07.21. Once i reached my home, the vehicle not starting up. I am unable to use my vehicle due to the vehicle NOT STARTING up (as on 28.07.2021). Still i am not getting the battery replaced. Expecting to give advice to resolve this issue.             I bought sp125 on 2nd july 2021, On the 1st day i seen the problem in gear shifting than go to Punjab honda Rajkot they told me that it will be automatically solve on its own as time spare than i ride the bike for 10 days and the problem is same than go to the Punjab honda they told me to keep my bike into service centre and agreed and they promised me that the problem will be solved as the bike service than i went at evening they told me there was a tiny problem which is solved now and i thought ok my bike is completely ready for ride than i ride and there is vibration and gear shifting problem as before than i went again to the Punjab Honda they told me to keep my bike for one day they will solve my problem and when i went at evening they told me the problem is solved but the problem was same i keep my bike for 4 times in service but still problem was same.
            Very bad and disgusting service and products of Honda.
            I never reccomend any one to buy a new bike from punjab.
            Worst service and waste of money

              Not recommendable. They are Cheaters. I had given my activa 5g for repair, but its its been found that they have used old items to repair the bike, and they charged almost 22555/- for the repair and the tax amount itself wast 5000/- something. And dont don't give your bikes for service and be cheated by this service centre. And also they dont d my dave any stocks to give good service. I strongly appose this service centre is worst than i i have ever seen. They even dont give the replaced products back to us. They are keeping them for the next vehicles for the repair mostly for simple reason they charge so much its more irritating for the customers. And they dont have hdfc cashless insurance claim, they need only money, not the customer satisfaction. I strongly hate them. Fake honda showroom, fake people. Fake service. Even after repairing the bike it has the issues which i had faced before giving it for repair, its damn irritating, they literally have no value for money. All cheaters only

                  I have booked for Honda Activa 6G at Kalamassery Branch (Ernakulam, Kerala) and paid 100% advance on 28 Apr, 2021. The two wheeler was registered at RTO during June 2021 and delivery was taken on 28 Jun, 2021. I received a call on 27 Jul 2021 from service section saying that my first service was due on 28 May 2021 (one month from date of invoicing). And also informed that if vehicle is not sent for service, it will affect my warranty. I would like to ask how can the service be due on a product one month prior to the date of delivery.

                      Bought ne one in february and 1st service got over a sper schedul, its taken from main branch alwaye (north paravoor kerala) told in the service centre by morning nobody is came

                        I'am complaining about ansh honda muzaffarnagar. They are not following any rules and regulations like no covid-19 protocol, not working according to number as first come first serve, they are treating in different way to every customer. They took my 3 hrs to complete my activa service. No one including manager is wearing mask, No proper validation and cooling in customer waiting lodge. Service is not done in right manner my worker.

                          Maine honda Activa 6G scooty shanti honda motors bagdogra silliguri se 26-02-21 ko kharida . Aur maine gadi ka registration MAU UP se 22 mar 21 ko karaya. Registered number UP54AN3705 Hai.Lekin meri problem ye hai ki mujhe abhi tak number plate nahi mila hai .mai number plate ke liye many times shanti honda manager ke pas gaya aur Register number slip dikhaya phir bhi abhi tak mera number plate nahi mila. Manager sahab ne bola jab number plate ayegi to aap ko call karenge . Lekin char mahine pure ho gaye aur name plate nahi mila. Document are attched bellow

                              I told some complete in my bike
                              1] their is sounds in the bottom side
                              2] the back side tyre air problem
                              3] please change the oil
                              4] etc
                              He call to take the bike on 25.07.2021 he told no problem in the bike all problems are rectified but no one problem solved one water service do
                              The water service in bottom side the mud is there not neet
                              Onely polish don
                              I am told to him i am tide with thred in bottom side knob please fixed it he hot fixed the thred also ther
                              I am have proper of photo enclosing onely one photo, etc

                                  I'm writing with utmost disappointment regarding my recent purchase from you i.e Honda CB 350, I've bought CB 350 trusting the brand 'Honda' as it provides higher quality and reliability as well, soon I realised this bike is not what I expected.
                                  I'm mentioning few of the issues I've gone through, I was reluctant to share this with you but almost all the buyers are having similar or other issues with the honda CB 350. Infact Mumbai cb350 riding group has became the complaint group also the service assistance is not what is honda known for.

                                  1. Premature rusting of all parts.
                                  2. Bike not starting in 1st gear
                                  3. Chain rusting & Engine noise
                                  4. Handle bar grips are poor quality, easily removed, accident prone.
                                  5. Stuck power & horn buttons.
                                  6. Short mudguards as useless as not as it makes bike dirty, both front and rear.
                                  7. No accessories available anywhere.
                                  8. Low mileage.
                                  9. Bike paint is of cheaper quality and got removed within 3 months of purchase.

                                  With the last hope I'm writing you to resolve the issues, I would also like to request you to consider taking a survey of cb350 buyers regarding their complaints and satisfaction, you'll definitely get negative reviews.

                                      We have purchased Hornet 2.0 Repsol (KA 05 LC 7848 ) on 12/02/2021in Nelamangala Banglore rural Dealer Code KA320001. Unfortunately, the Sensor cable has been destroyed by rat biting. As it was required on behalf of you, the sensor cable should have been protected by metal wrapping. The safety measure has not been taken and the showroom workers are telling us that it would cost 5000rs, more than that asking us to wait for 2months for the sensor cable delivery as it is not available anywhere in Banglore. We are expecting a free new sensor cable and service on this issue as early as possible.

                                        I have recently bought activa 6g on 13 June 2021.
                                        On Wednesday 22, 2021 I ride activa. There wasn't any problem on that time. After that I have kept my activa at my garage. Now today on Friday 23, 2021 I am starting my activa. But it is not getting started. No lights are working, self start is not working neither starting from kick. Activa got completely stop.
                                        I got stuck. I need support.
