Sir I have purchase Honda Activa 6G dlx on 16 Apr 2021 from Planet Honda showroom situated at Rajajinagar Bangalore -560010. They have issued Warranty / Service Book with wrong details like engine number and chasers number are not matching. Where I asked for book with correct entries. But they not issued. How i get warranty and company free service for my vehicle with out book. Request instruct concerned staff for resolve the issue. Failing which I will file case /complaint in consumer court...

        I bought the scooter from Pandalam Muthoot Honda (dio dlx) in March last year. Then I looked and saw that the sound has not changed to this day, the sound is increasing. I took my scooter from Muthoot Honda and their service is such that it feels like it went wrong.

          I have purchased Honda Activa 125 BS-VI, having registration no.RJ14KJ8491, from satnam Honda, Tonk Road, Jaipur in December 2019, but since last december-2020 some problem came to my notice in my two wheeler after giving my scooter for free service at Advent Honda, Jaipur or otherwise. Since, then my scooty having irritating voice, during driving I also felt vibration in leg (foot step) as well as in my hand (handle). This problem was brought to the notice of the concerned person (technician) at service center (Adven Honda, Jaipur) every time. But this problem could not be solved after all giving my scooty at service station of Advent Honda, Jaipur time and again 4 to 5 times. Last time my scooty was held for one week in nearby March-21 again by Adven Honda, Jaipur but problem found not solved yet. I again brought the issue instantly but they denied to having said problem. Only after this I also found that my scooty body accessories not assembled properly and noisy every time. It make me feel my new brand scooty getting worsed at service station.
          I got tired of giving my scooty for solving the issue time and again because my grievance and issues were not solved at Advent Honda, Jaipur or rightly taken up to be solved.
          But I can certainly say that my Honda Activa BS-VI having problem and not solved yet.
          I have also brought the issue in their Given feedback/complain No.[protected]. But no my problem is solved yet.
          I also draw your kind attention that such problems occurred in my scooty could not be solved by your given authorized Honda Service Station if service station are okayed with their observation then, problems occurred in my scooty appears to be manufacturing fault, kindly refund my entire purchase amount paid or replace my scooty with new scooty with same features without any fault.
          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful .
          Presently I am driving faulty scooty with irritating voice after giving handsom amount for purchasing the Honda Product and make me remind of HONDA PRODUCT & SERVICE are not worth price.
          This kind of Product and service being offered not worth matching prestige of Honda.
          I hope the concerned person /authority will surely understand plight of (mine) a customer and take necessary steps to solve my problem at the earliest.

                  Complaint For Fuel Meter Replacement

                  My Activa 125 BS 6 Fuel meter is not Working Properly from November 2020.I have requested Many times for Fuel meter replacement.They asked me to drop off the vehicle at service center.Every time they say it is fixed, when i tested the fuel meter not working .Even last time i showed the issue to the service manger, he also took a video of particular issue and assured me to resolved it as soon as possible. I keep calling them every day to check...

                  on quotation given to us they have charged amount of Rs. 5833/- but the invoice for the same by ICICI Lombard Policy the premium amount is 5112/- so I asked to the concerned salesgirl Ms. Monika to reimburse me the difference amount as I have already paid whole amount in cash as per quotation but instead of listening or reimbursing the amount she said that she will give other insurance policy with the amount as 5833/- which is purely unjustify and ridiculous. As if customer has paid extra payment that as per commercial behaviour is should be refund to the customer and giving other invoice with increased amount is of no sense. Customer paid on goodwill of company but such salesperson are really unexpected at such reputed showrooms.

                      On dated 16/04/2021 I visited to Boudh Shree Shyam showroom for servicing my Honda Activa 5 G. And Scotty back light damage to replace a new. When I went there they ask me to purchase that damage part from showroom. And I buy that part ask to service manager to repair my bike. At that time service manager deny me to service my vehicle and ask me to come after 4 days at Showroom as staff not available at Showroom. After that I raised a complaint against showroom at customer service center with ticket No.1-[protected].
                      When I again visited to showroom for same service manager warned me to close the complain i[censored] will no close for same will not give you service.
                      Regarding this I've called to customer service center but still time could not get any service improvement or action from their end. Kindly help me for same asap.

                        Greetings.
                        I had purchased a Honda Scooter from "HAJI WAHID HUSAIN AUTOMOBILES" Dalpatpur, Moradabad (U.P) on[protected].
                        UP-21-CK-8978 ACTIVA-6G DLX
                        After one month of running, the battery died all of sudden.
                        We are constantly in touch with the dealer and he is delaying from December. It's been four months now. We are still waiting for the new battery. I want to raise the concern to higher authorities.
                        Kindly help in the above regard.

                          I purchase Honda Shine from your dealer, While given to first free Service, there was oil leakage problem from engine, I told that issue but it not resolved yet.
                          On second free service I also told them that you gyes are taking money so why you are not working to resolve issue, And also reported the issue that bike stops while running So clear the filter but they didn't.

                          They are taking money for the work which they didn't work.
                          You guys are making fool to people. I told that PACHPAKHADI THANE WEST service center that if you are trying to make me fool again so I will complain and file RTI against you. But that service center main person said JO HOGA DEKHA JAYEGA.
                          This type of service you are giving to your customers.

                                Dear Honda,
                                I lived in Lucknow and my mrs working in shahjahanpur so that I decided to purchase Activa 6g for her.
                                I came to shahjahanpur and talked to Shiddhi vinayak Honda he commitment to provide Lucknow registration and for that charge some extra money.
                                After 2 month of purchasing he denied to provide Lucknow registration and give me document and said its your responsibility to get registered your vehicle.
                                I have to suffer 6 month to get registered my vehicle also have to pay fine for late registration and I have to drive scooty from shahjahanpur to Lucknow and Lucknow to return shahjahanpur ( 500km).
                                My question is
                                1 - why I decided to purchase if he denied to get registered from Lucknow before purchasing the vehicle. For me it's easy to purchase vehicle from Lucknow and after send them shahjahanpur.
                                2- is it my responsibility or delear responsibility to get vehicles registered.
                                3- very rude behaviour of all staff specially Someone Mr. Seth.
                                4- Why I have to suffer more than 8 month and pay late registration penalty.

                                Please give me proper justification.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I own a honda activa-reg noTN 59 BP 1387, for which i had taken a annual maintenance contract from the dealer (Amc number[8483602].in the book given it is written 3 free services in an year and the first service was done on 21/1/2020 and second service was done on 10/09/2020, which means the third service is due for Dec 2020. At that time there was lock down through out the country and therefore there was no service given. Apparently, there was no reminder call from dealer for service.
                                    Today when we went to the service center-HARITHA MOTOTS, KOODAL NAGAR, MADURAI, TAMILNADU; they said the third service will not be considered, which means the pandemic months will not be considered and we have lost one service for which we have already paid. Not only that the rudeness of the service person was such that he even said that it has been 5 months since the lock down has ended (How?).

                                    We all are into a situation where unless needed we dont go out of our residence. Everybody is giving considerations in such situations. If one is using two wheelers for a long time then he/she will not go for servicing for obvious reasons. But if we loose our hard earned money due to such decisions by dealers and that too in a pandemic situation then we will strongly oppose it.

                                    Therefore we register a complaint against the dealer and the service person for not giving services for which we have already paid. Also, we would like to have a refund for third service as we were not given service.

                                      I gave my bike for general servicing at karimnagar manche rial chowrasta samrat Honda service center... They checked and suggested me to change engine oil and air pads to increase pickup and back tyre brake liners.. I obeyed and done... After that next day morning its started trouble... With acceleration bike starting sounds from engine and jerk movement s... I came to service point again and showed... There people without checking anything telling that it will gone in dew course of time time... I obeyed... Then after 1wk from back tyre oil started leakage... Then again I showed them today... They r telling change oil seal and gearbox... See how people r rectless... At 2nd visit problem not recognised and misleaded me... 3rd time telling something... How irritate is customer... This is the negligence of mechanic or supervisors there or what more I don't know...
