My new vehicle Honda Unicorn BS-6 purchase in July 2020 after 5 month bike is stop during running and engine compressor get down.
I visited 2 to 3 times TTR HONDA Showroom amravati and told about the problem but problem is not solved, please guide me for further steps to be taken, thank you

      I did payment of Rs 96137 through UPI on 8th Dec at [protected]@kotak (Address: Premsons honda Ranchi, Shanti complex Harmu Road, Near Kishoreganj Chowk, Ranchi, Jharkhand- 834002) but still payment confirmation not received from dealer however I got successful transaction confirmation from ICICI bank (RRN[protected].

      Kindly resolve the issue on priority else will approach to consumer court for legal action against honda TW

          I am purchase a scooty activa 125 on your showroom in sonipat on 01 November 2020 in the Name of Rakha Wo Rajinder Prasad on cash Rs. 94000/-

          On the time of purchase Mr, Ravinder Mobile No. [protected] he is committing your RC and No. plate delivered in 40 days.

          Today on 11 December 2020 on 10.51 AM I am calling to Mr. Ravinder he is asking very rudely call to customer care No. [protected] and [protected]

          After asking Mr. Ravinder I called multi time customer care No. [protected] and [protected] but no call attended then I am sucrch your contact no. on net and called on Mobile No. [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] but 11.00 AM to 02.30 PM no call attended by your staff

          Then 02.59 PM on your no.[protected] call attend by a madam but she is asking very rudely my manager go to lunch and aap call na pic karne ka jhoot bol rahe ho hum to sub call attend karte hai aap apne executive Mr. Ravinder se bat karo ya showroom aa kar bat karo

          Please tell me what is the process of your staff by customer handling and after sale customer motivation

          and please tell me mari RC and No. plate muche milegi ya nahi?

              I purchased hornet 2.0 in honda shabeel showroom Sriperumbudur branch on 27th sep 2020. I faced gear shifting issues and i requested to solve this problem during my 1st service but they didn't solve the issue afterthat i faced the same issue and i requested them to lubricate chain and they just lubricated without cleaning for almost 4 times. i visited now and asked did u have chain cleaner now they didn't responded well indeed they claimed they didn't get any cleaner from honda company, weird to see big brand showroom without cleaner for couple of weeks. Their way of treating customer is not that good i feel unsatisfied with their response. Even they didn't know how many cc for hornet 2.0 having a mechanic without knowing engine knowledge is a big degrade for honda. They just says simple reason and send off customers pls contact that showroom and teach them how to treat customers.. by unsatisfied honda customer.

                And its not even one year old ‘
                October 25 th this bike got breakdown because of internal electrical problems
                And till to day I didn’t get my bike and they dont know when it can
                They are always says no spare parts
                I was trying to reach honda india
                But they just register my regards
                Nothing happen
                Wha should i do
                Its not a small bike and small amount
                I have emi every month without im using

                  Today I got my Activa serviced. I am not satisfied with even 1%. Your pioneer honda service entire team is unprofessional. Even washing section is too lazy in own work. They are doing work Only on only production basis. Not give a good quality. Service center name is pioneer handa. Ludhiana. Punjab. Please look in to the mater.                         I purchase my Honda activa 125 bs6 in January 2020 from D's honda mohkampur dehradun but between January to presently till 3 times engine not proper working and and vehicle is not pickup but D's honda dehradun service center is not solved my vehicle problem there service center staff is very routlly behaviour and no any type of support me.plz solve my problem .

                                Dear sir / madam

                                I regret to inform you that my new Unicorn bike has breakdown within one month and I'm not getting proper response from show room sales/service managers of M/s.Selvam Honda show room- NH 48, service road, Vellore.

                                I have purchased the bike on 19/10/2020 from said show room (Regn no: TN 23 CS 4212 dated 23/10/2020 ) and service done on 19/11/2020, next day morning 20/11/2020 my bike was break down at mid of travel, then I have informed to said service executive they came and taken my bike to service station from their end.

                                After 4 days when I enquired with service personals regarding this issue, Mr. Kumar-service manager, informed bike has not get started/run due to Petrol Censor issue and we will order/ arrange the same within a week and resolve your problem accordingly. My self approached need bike for daily run and things need to be sort out soon.

                                After 7 days on 27/11/2020 I went show room for enquired this issue with Sales manager Ms. Sathya and she was committed to get resolved this issue within next 10 days and they informed further, temporarily we removed the Censor you may taken bike for daily run, I have taken my bike for the same, I observed further petrol is leaking now under petrol tank and tubes not sealed properly, got panic on this and not using bike last one week.

                                Today 07/12/2020 I called Ms. Sathya -sales manager for enquired this censor arrangement, I shocked she is not aware/update on that, She connected service manager in con- call he is also not aware and both of them dragging the issue and not given precise date of spare supply. Both of them committed to me that we will update the spare arrangement today end of the day, but still no communication not received.It's proving how they are responding customers Queries.

                                Hence I request you to please intervene in this issue and sort out on priority, if defect product was delivered to me please arrange to get replacement of new bike and don't push me to escalate taking legal action.

                                    This is Kiran E. from Guntur Dist. Andhra Pradesh. I was given my HONDA Shine bike at Santhosh Honda Showroom at Chilakaluripet Town, in Guntur Dt in the month of August, 2020. In that showroom doesn't maintain norms, regulations and service responsibilities because they haven't appointed experience technicians. I have regularly doing the service my bike in that showroom. Even every time I have disappointed against my bike service. No. of times I told to staff & Technicians, but haven't response and irregularity behavior with me.

                                    Mainly, they haven't taken Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI etc., they have taken cash payment only. I have very much irritate with them . Actually, I don't know they haven't accepted cashless payments. Last time, I have complaints raised my bike problems of Mileage checking, Wiser sound, Chain tight, very general problems.

                                    But they haven't checking mileage because labor, technician are insufficient. And Service vehicles very crowd. But Bill raised Rs.1500/- .

                                    HONDA is a big brand, lot of Service centers in India. but some problems are every service center. They have maintain responsible Company persons. So, I have complaint to the Company against Problems but I haven't any Service center / persons, I Was HONDA customer since 2007 onwards just I was spoke these words provide a good service and spare parts to customers.
