This is Kiran E. from Guntur Dist. Andhra Pradesh. I was given my HONDA Shine bike at Santhosh Honda Showroom at Chilakaluripet Town, in Guntur Dt in the month of August, 2020. In that showroom doesn't maintain norms, regulations and service responsibilities because they haven't appointed experience technicians. I have regularly doing the service my bike in that showroom. Even every time I have disappointed against my bike service. No. of times I told to staff & Technicians, but haven't response and irregularity behavior with me.
Mainly, they haven't taken Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI etc., they have taken cash payment only. I have very much irritate with them . Actually, I don't know they haven't accepted cashless payments. Last time, I have complaints raised my bike problems of Mileage checking, Wiser sound, Chain tight, very general problems.
But they haven't checking mileage because labor, technician are insufficient. And Service vehicles very crowd. But Bill raised Rs.1500/- .
HONDA is a big brand, lot of Service centers in India. but some problems are every service center. They have maintain responsible Company persons. So, I have complaint to the Company against Problems but I haven't any Service center / persons, I Was HONDA customer since 2007 onwards just I was spoke these words provide a good service and spare parts to customers.
