      I have purchased a honda activa 125cc bs6 on 22nd feb. 2020. Since day of purchase there are issue, which are never ending -

      1. I have not yet got my user manual + puc + warranty card. The dealer 'nashte honda' from akluj, maharashtra and his sub-dealer here in satara 'sai services' are both just giving new new reasons daily but no result.
      2. Vehicle claimed mileage is above 60 kmpl, from day of purchase till my first servicing in june 2020, the vehicle gave mileage of around 50 kmpl. After first servicing, the mileage has further come down to 45 kmpl.
      3. Front suspension was a advantage for this vehicle, but now even that feels stuck and rigid. I have started to feels shocks on my fore-arm now.
      4. Accessories fitted are damaging the looks of the vehicle + also damaging body of vehicle.
      5. The lady foot rest fitted gives a horrible vibration noise while driving even on smooth roads. When complained to service person and dealer, they say its normal.
      6. Vehicle is said to be a silent start, which is not experienced form any angle. It gives a little less noise than my earlier activa of 2006 make.

      All above complaints were given to honda vide ticket no. 1-[protected]. But without taking any action honda replied saying the complaint has been resolved. Nobody even spoke to me to know what are the issues.

      Honda 2 wheelers India person contacted and tried to resolve the issue, but left the issue mid-way and now all the issues remain as it is.

      Out of the above 6, only first issue was solved. Remaining 5 issues are still pending and now even the Honda customer team has sopped support.

      This model of Honda activa i.e Honda activa BS6 125CC is failed product.

      I want either the Honda team takes back the vehicle and do a full testing and clear all issues or replace the vehicle.

      My honda activa 125, which has run for only 19000 km in 4 years, was done chain replacement by service center about 6 months back, since then the mileage has dropped to just 26 kmpl. I have taken it to service center 3 times, they changed air filter made some adjustments but it still remain same. Need help in resolving the issue.

        I have available in free service. First told, yes available. Then complete the service to received tge vehicle show bill.. But your authorised dealer taken by paid service.. I asked the dealer.. They told your service closed.. But not yet.. Because i have paid small change in thiruvarur ca honda.. Lodha honda do some robbery belong to your name.. I trust honda brand.. But your authorised dealer not genuine.. They have collect rs. 2700 rupees. But free service available. Come honda customer people dealer not response and do some robbery.. Kindly solve this problem.

          I have bought honda activa 5g from your jalgaon showroom (Ram honda) dealer code-mh110001 on 13th march 2020, while purchasing the vehicle, i have paid rs 800 towards two helmets (As told by the showroom) which i have not received till date. It was told to me that without buying these helmets rto will not register the vehicle, which was eventually done without seeing the helmets, god knows how? I have visited the showroom thrice before today visiting your showroom, everytime i was told to come after few days as the stock is finished, even today when i visited your showroom they proposed me one helmet instead of two for which i have already paid amount in the march it self, when discussed with the floor manager, he told that again come again later and collect the same...

          My complaint is that is the honda's showroom's are meant for sale only and not for after sales service?? Even when i got the first free servicing done for my vehicle, the showroom doesn't took pain to update the service book, when this was told to the floor manager, he told to communicate with the servicing manager. I was feeling as if i am visiting any govt. Dept... This is the quality of service provided by your ram honda showroom, jalgaon

          I think this will open your eyes, and i will get revert on this communication...

            I arvind kumar maurya, employed in lok sabha secretariat, would like to inform you that i purchased a new honda activa 125 disc-vi model heavy grey metallic color bearing reg. No. Dl3sep4799.

            I purchased this scooter on 21 may 2020 from uday honda, om sons projects pvt. Ltd., 81 adchini sri aurobindo marg, delhi 110047, so that i can use it for daily use like my residence to office and other domestic purposes particularly in this pandemic/lockdown when other mode of transport/public conveyance is not available.

            But, from day one, i am facing so many problems like starting problem, engine on/off problem, overheating, oxygen error code. For this, i visited the concerned dealer & service centre for rectifying these problems but till date, the problems persist and the dealer is not interested to change/replace this defective scooter. Due to this, i beared many losses including repair cost and also could not attend my office on time. Now the dealer and service centre nexus not only harassed me but also mentally tortured me.

            From last four months, i personally requested the concerned dealer but they are not interested to change all the defective parts or to rectify the problems.

            So, it is requested to you to help me and to change this useless/defective scooter bearing reg. No. Dl3sep4799.

              I had a complaint is registered vide ticket no 1-[protected]. Battery problem and i got a feedback today from service agency kabir honda ballabgarh faridabad, after visiting to agency, the agency did not take any action and refused to solve my problem by saying that we will do nothing as this problem is related to warrenty issue. As i always remind them on each service of my activa scooty that my scooty had battery problem and please solve it they always temporarily sort out the issue and fix it. Sir this problem is always about battery but due to careless and fizzy nature of service man this problem is still in scooty.
              Due to this i write mail to you either you solve my issue or i will take some leagal action towards agency ruthless behaviour and bad services.

                Severe cold start problem from day 1. None of the honda service centres are able to solve. Honda's default warranty is said to be 3 years pan india. Still no help with my case.

                  Sir/ madam,
                  I have purchased a two wheeler specially activa 5g on 20/07/2018 at debnath honda, cooch behar. But within 2 years my vehicle's rear tyre are damaging in one side (Right side). Today i went to the authorized service centre (Debnath honda service centre) after checking the authorities declared that the tyre manufacture problem, vehicles are ok.
                  In this regard, i have a questions against honda company that, in which tyre you have sell to the customer, totally 3rd class tyre you have been sell?
                  I hope you will realise my problem and consider my complaint against your products.

                      For the only service of bike, honda workshop keeps bike 2 days with them.

                      What is the requirement to keep bike for 2 days, there is no any other work with biike, so for what that much time required by them, i m facing issues with ajs honda workshop, mehamdabad, ta-mehamdabad, dist-kheda.

                      I have taken amc for bike servicing but when i go there, they give us answers like there are more no of bikes so we can't give u bike back today, when i leaves the bike at morning at ur service center, why can't u work within day, i[censored] can't provide hasselfree and quick service to customers them don't sell the amc of service to customers, so we can chose our other options.

                      In addition to this, there is very rude behaviour from staff working there, extremely disappointed.

                      We keeps a leave at work for this service purpose only but at your side there is no proper response.

                      For. Complaint purpose only i have to call 3-4 times still there is server down from ur side.

                      Kindly look in to matter and come up with better resolution, better and quick service.

                        I have bought new Grazia BS6 one month back from Malwa Honda Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. There is a fiber body part BS6 written is continuously coming out even after repeated fixing..I went to showroom more than 4 times with the same issue. Even after first service at Malwa Honda service station at Okhla phase 2, the body part fully came out in 2 weeks..Requesting to give a permanent solution to this issue or provide me compensation on defected scooter

                            Hi, i own an activa bs6 125cc. This complaint is regarding the led headlight focus issue. Even on the lowest setting, the activa's led headlight doesn't focus on the road. Which is a safety concern because while driving at the night you cannot see any objects on the road. Instead of the focus on the road the headlight with a low beam setting will focus straight. I have raised this issue many times with the honda service guys they are also aware of it but no action has been taken yet (I expect them to at least reach out to honda team about it but nothing has happened so far since 1 year).
                            While buying the scooter they have made me pay extra for the led headlight version saying that the led version has a better focus on the road but they were wrong about it. I request consumer complaints to please take care of this case as this has a major safety constraint.

                                We purchased honda shine bike at andhrapradesh, visakhapatnam, hamsa honda dealer, we purchased bike on 4/8/2020, while purchasing the bike we didnt get the manual book, dealer told me to send me with in 2 days, 1 and half was done now still we didnt receive the book, we are not able to service to my bike because we don't have the manual book, we are calling them from last one month we didnt receive response from hamsa honda sujatha nagar show room. I lost my trust on honda, please take necessary action on this.

                                    Visited at service center - 7 times.
                                    Bike - 1 month old

                                    I purchased my bike (Honda activa 6g) in mumbai pretam honda purchase date[protected]
                                    Within one lots of problem in my activa 6g from the date of i approached the show room and service center and
                                    7 times visited at service center
                                    Done services also but there is nothing done from service department.

                                    I had complaint on my bike but problem that had not solve at all there are repaired three time 10 hole a day but there are not able to solve the problem what type of people you are keeping in your company this is my old ticket no. Your complaint reference# 1-[protected], your complaint reference# 1-[protected] there had closed the complaint that job had completed this is what honda and pretam honda is providing services to customer why are fooling to the customer only you are making money and cheating to people we are not accept this type of services by honda hopeless service and quality given by you this is not fare save your name company and provide proper services to the customer don’t lose your name and image of company people are trusting honda don’t cheated them let see what type of action will company will take i need my problem solve or refund my money back i had not purchased second hand bike from your company.

                                      Respected sir,

                                      With due regards to you, i would like to inform you that i had newly purchased activa scooter on 26 august 2020 from raj honda showroom at sirhind road by pass patiala & hardly the scooter driven for less than 150 km would not start. I had to toe the scooter to the showroom & on check up it was found that the fuel pump was faulty & on putting the fuel pump of another scooter it started functioning. We were told by the mechanic that since they do not have any spare fuel pump they would order it from the factory which would take minimum 10 to 15 days for the replacement or else we could purchase it from the market.

                                      In view of the above, i fail to understand that how come such a huge company of yours no spares are available even for replacement for new vehicles.

                                      Sir, i am a very senior citizen and without conveyance it is not viable for me to commute & earn my living and as such to keep my body & soul together. I therefore earnestly plead to you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis and dole me out of this hardship.

                                      Hope you would consider as i am eagerly awaiting for your positive response.
                                      I have enclosed a copy of scooter invoice, present meter reading and scooter number for your kind reference & approval.
