Subject : complaint regarding defective product (Honda activa 125 disc bs-vi heavy grey metallic)
I arvind kumar maurya, employed in lok sabha secretariat, would like to inform you that i purchased a new honda activa 125 disc-vi model heavy grey metallic color bearing reg. No. Dl3sep4799.
I purchased this scooter on 21 may 2020 from uday honda, om sons projects pvt. Ltd., 81 adchini sri aurobindo marg, delhi 110047, so that i can use it for daily use like my residence to office and other domestic purposes particularly in this pandemic/lockdown when other mode of transport/public conveyance is not available.
But, from day one, i am facing so many problems like starting problem, engine on/off problem, overheating, oxygen error code. For this, i visited the concerned dealer & service centre for rectifying these problems but till date, the problems persist and the dealer is not interested to change/replace this defective scooter. Due to this, i beared many losses including repair cost and also could not attend my office on time. Now the dealer and service centre nexus not only harassed me but also mentally tortured me.
From last four months, i personally requested the concerned dealer but they are not interested to change all the defective parts or to rectify the problems.
So, it is requested to you to help me and to change this useless/defective scooter bearing reg. No. Dl3sep4799.

Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want either the Honda team takes back the vehicle and do a full testing and clear all issues or replace the vehicle.
