For the only service of bike, honda workshop keeps bike 2 days with them.

What is the requirement to keep bike for 2 days, there is no any other work with biike, so for what that much time required by them, i m facing issues with ajs honda workshop, mehamdabad, ta-mehamdabad, dist-kheda.

I have taken amc for bike servicing but when i go there, they give us answers like there are more no of bikes so we can't give u bike back today, when i leaves the bike at morning at ur service center, why can't u work within day, i[censored] can't provide hasselfree and quick service to customers them don't sell the amc of service to customers, so we can chose our other options.

In addition to this, there is very rude behaviour from staff working there, extremely disappointed.

We keeps a leave at work for this service purpose only but at your side there is no proper response.

For. Complaint purpose only i have to call 3-4 times still there is server down from ur side.

Kindly look in to matter and come up with better resolution, better and quick service.

    I have bought new Grazia BS6 one month back from Malwa Honda Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. There is a fiber body part BS6 written is continuously coming out even after repeated fixing..I went to showroom more than 4 times with the same issue. Even after first service at Malwa Honda service station at Okhla phase 2, the body part fully came out in 2 weeks..Requesting to give a permanent solution to this issue or provide me compensation on defected scooter

      I Achyutananda Mahalik bought a Honda shine BS6 model just 21 days.But the connection of leg guard is not for my bike, when I complained that please sir replace a suitable leg guard the owner misbehave me and told nothing we do.

        Hi, i own an activa bs6 125cc. This complaint is regarding the led headlight focus issue. Even on the lowest setting, the activa's led headlight doesn't focus on the road. Which is a safety concern because while driving at the night you cannot see any objects on the road. Instead of the focus on the road the headlight with a low beam setting will focus straight. I have raised this issue many times with the honda service guys they are also aware of it but no action has been taken yet (I expect them to at least reach out to honda team about it but nothing has happened so far since 1 year).
        While buying the scooter they have made me pay extra for the led headlight version saying that the led version has a better focus on the road but they were wrong about it. I request consumer complaints to please take care of this case as this has a major safety constraint.

          Dear i was book cb shine dated 08/09/2020 in trichy dealer m a honda they delivered 09/09/2020 wednesday evening around 7.30pm when i try to drive i felt gear not sifting properly. I complained them. They told sir please come tomorrow morning we solve it. But today they told me sir please wait upto wednesday now spares not available.             We purchased honda shine bike at andhrapradesh, visakhapatnam, hamsa honda dealer, we purchased bike on 4/8/2020, while purchasing the bike we didnt get the manual book, dealer told me to send me with in 2 days, 1 and half was done now still we didnt receive the book, we are not able to service to my bike because we don't have the manual book, we are calling them from last one month we didnt receive response from hamsa honda sujatha nagar show room. I lost my trust on honda, please take necessary action on this.

                Visited at service center - 7 times.
                Bike - 1 month old

                I purchased my bike (Honda activa 6g) in mumbai pretam honda purchase date[protected]
                Within one lots of problem in my activa 6g from the date of i approached the show room and service center and
                7 times visited at service center
                Done services also but there is nothing done from service department.

                I had complaint on my bike but problem that had not solve at all there are repaired three time 10 hole a day but there are not able to solve the problem what type of people you are keeping in your company this is my old ticket no. Your complaint reference# 1-[protected], your complaint reference# 1-[protected] there had closed the complaint that job had completed this is what honda and pretam honda is providing services to customer why are fooling to the customer only you are making money and cheating to people we are not accept this type of services by honda hopeless service and quality given by you this is not fare save your name company and provide proper services to the customer don’t lose your name and image of company people are trusting honda don’t cheated them let see what type of action will company will take i need my problem solve or refund my money back i had not purchased second hand bike from your company.

                  Respected sir,

                  With due regards to you, i would like to inform you that i had newly purchased activa scooter on 26 august 2020 from raj honda showroom at sirhind road by pass patiala & hardly the scooter driven for less than 150 km would not start. I had to toe the scooter to the showroom & on check up it was found that the fuel pump was faulty & on putting the fuel pump of another scooter it started functioning. We were told by the mechanic that since they do not have any spare fuel pump they would order it from the factory which would take minimum 10 to 15 days for the replacement or else we could purchase it from the market.

                  In view of the above, i fail to understand that how come such a huge company of yours no spares are available even for replacement for new vehicles.

                  Sir, i am a very senior citizen and without conveyance it is not viable for me to commute & earn my living and as such to keep my body & soul together. I therefore earnestly plead to you to kindly do the needful on urgent basis and dole me out of this hardship.

                  Hope you would consider as i am eagerly awaiting for your positive response.
                  I have enclosed a copy of scooter invoice, present meter reading and scooter number for your kind reference & approval.

                    I bought a new honda activa 125 bs6 on 5dec2019 vide registration no. Dl4s db 9552 from dhingra automobile,
                    Miyanwali nagar, rohtak road, peeragarhi, new delhi-110087.

                    There is an issue in the engine that it sounds too high as compared to other scooters. I visited dhingra automobile
                    Service center in peeragarhi several times but they cannot solve the problem yet and i also called at your customer
                    Care number vide above mentioned complaint ticket number in the subject.

                    You are requested to kindly look forward to the matter and do the
                    Needful at the earliest.

                    An early action shall be highly appreciated in this regard.

                      I Have purchased Honda Activa 6G on 7th Aug'20 and i have given for servicing in Pratul Honda located in Begumpet as i informed engine giving sound when i ride at 40 to 50 speed 3 times i visited to there my issue not resolved finally they said it is having manufacturing defect and they did not express what exactly the concern and they guided me to visit the showroom where i purchased, i went to the location where i purchased(Vigneswara Honda Nalgonda), they checked and informed some parts are not working properly part names 14611-KOL-D00, 14510-KOL-D00, 14401-KOP-D01, 14100-KOP-D00, at present these products not available with them it will take 20 days, I received defect product from the Honda, Highly dissatisfied for not getting any resolution from any servicing center

                        I bought bike in feb 2020 it was travelled only 4 months rest time is lockdown. Within 5000 km of running bike i was face problem engine malfunction light i taked in to service station. And they informed me to change the key lock set. And they also informed me you will get your bike within a week. After a week I'm daily following-up with service executive, and he daily says we didn't got spares yet, we are not getting spares from Factory, its been 3+ weeks now but company still didnt provided spares yet. I also contacted store manager, customer care but didn't got solution just one answer is we didn't got spares yet from company. Its nearly a month now from submitting my bike to service center. And this issue was with other consumers too it i personally seen 7-8 cases with same issue.
                        It was manufacturing or designing fault, comapny should fix or atleast gave a exchange offer. Really frustrated with that its nearly a month without bike. Plz raise that issue .

                        On 16 May 2022 I bought a SP125 from authorized showroom from yammunagar. They have cheated me and making me fool for last 20 days. Not even a month got completed and on bikes silencer rusting came up even after 2-3 days from the day I purchased. Every time they said not today will get rectified in a day or two. Now till date I suffered a lot as I am doing job in gurgaon and till date every 2 days they ask me to come to agency and every time I have to bare the fuel expenses which is Rs.1000. Till date I have visited 15 times however not conclusion provided me. Now I got harrased that's why moving to consumer court. Fuel plus my salary deducted from the leaves and not only that they had disturbed by mind because every two day I have to drive 230 km for single side. I do have all the evidence with me. Everytime I ignored the expenses but now all the limits got crossed so I need all the money back which I have bared and I don't want this bike as well because they provided such a pathetic support.                           Dear team,
                          I have given my cbr 250, TN 22db 6053 maanasarover Honda velachery for service on 5th September with the main complaint as fork oil leak and front brakes not working. They accepted to take service and promised to deliver the bike on 7 th September. On 7th they are calling and telling that they don't have stock for caliper and fork oil seal and they will give the vehicle a week Later.

                          How can a showroom service does not have spares. If they don't have they should have denied the service upfront and I would have taken it to a different place.
                          Request some quick action on this.

                                Dear sir,

                                I raised complaint on sun 6 aug (ticket No.1-[protected] ) bike no MH04 km3682 and within one week of purchased my bike getting problems of self, meter and kick issues.

                                It has already 10 days gone and today is Thursday till
                                Date I didn’t received one single msg yet.
                                I have called so many managers but none is giving proper reply.
                                I didn’t expect such type of service from reputed company like honda.
                                Very bad experience from Honda.
                                I will recommend frnds not to buy honda bike for such type of service for newly purchased bike.

                                New bike and purchased on 7aug and from 5th day bike had problems of self start light meter etc
                                And i gave the bike to service on 30 aug but till date my bike has not repaired.
                                Service centre told me that they didnt have the part then why they are selling bike when bike has so much of problems from starting itself.

                                Very frustrating for me and because they didnt answer on call properly one said one problem and other say other.
                                What to do now.
                                I made full payment.

                                Please look into the matter.

                                    From 27 th august 2020 i m complaining about water logging in engine service centre person resolved the problm but due to water loging many parts got damaged complained 3-4 times but response is very slow very disappointed with honda products getting irritated so humble request you to resolve the problem or take back the vehicle other wise will file complaint in consumer court

                                      I have taken a quotation from om automobiles, behampur to take delivery of a honda activa at om automobiles, paralakhemundi.

                                      Yesterday i:e on 03/09/2020 we have made the neft to the company to get the delivery today i:e on 04/09/2020 & got confirmation from company about credit of the amount in bank.

                                      Today they are not delivering the vehicle and make us wait for 3 long hours and refusing to deliver the vehicle.

                                      Please take action and make my refund
