My complaints is warm-up time not mentioned in specifications by the vehicle manufacturer (Honda) and not informed to customer by the dealer (Marikar Honda). When we start the vehicle in the morning and start after 1 hour every time, it takes more than 1.3 min to warm-up during warm-up it raised to 3000 rpm. There is sound like generator and gear vibrates when try to change the gear, during warm-up time. It will reduce the gear box life and function of vehicle. Warm-up time affects my business. Due to this problem I faced lot of issues mentally. When I contact Marikar for this Issue, they said it is normal for BS6 Honda vehicle. I asked for other manufacturer, they didn't reply.
Warm-up time changing based on vehicle manufacturers, it should be inform to customer during purchase. When I check TVS and Yamaha BS6 vehicle, the engine raised less than 2000 rpm. We can move the vehicle.

    Don't buy Honda Unicorn and other Honda 2-Wheeler.
    My complaints is warm-up time not mentioned in specifications by the vehicle manufacturer (Honda) and not informed to customer by the dealer (Marikar Honda).           I purchase a bike sp125 on 7/2/2021 form honda showroom (R.S HONDA, MARRIS ROAD ALIGARH 202002 UTTAR PRADESH), but battery of this bike dead in nov 2021 & again dead in january 2023, I contact at showroom but they don't give any satisfactory answer

              मेरे द्वारा एक टू व्हीलर व्हीकल खरीदा गया। फरवरी 2022 में डीलर लक्ष्मीपति होंडा सीधी मध्य प्रदेश के सब डीलर आशीर्वाद होंडा मझौली सीधी मध्य प्रदेश से। जिसमें मेरे बाइक में पिकअप का प्रॉब्लम आ रहा था। जिसको कि मैंने। अपने जिला रीवा के सर्विस सेंटर मां होंडा रीवा मध्य प्रदेश मैं सर्विसिंग के लिए लेकर गया। दिनांक 17 दिसंबर 2023 लेकिन मुझे उन्होंने यह भी बताया। कि अगर आपके बाइक में कोई भी टेक्निकल फॉल्ट होता है। तो उसका रिप्लेसमेंट फ्री आफ कॉस्ट होगा क्योंकि। क्योंकि अभी आपकी बाइक गारंटी पीरियड में है। लेकिन उनके द्वारा बताया गया। कि जिस पार्ट में प्रॉब्लम हो रही थी उसको जब मैंने चेक किया। तो यह पता चला। इसमें ECM नाम के पार्ट में प्रॉब्लम है। लेकिन। इस बाइक में जो पार्ट लगा हुआ है। वह होंडा के Honda CB shine का पार्ट लगा हुआ है। जो कि इसी वजह से बाइक में प्रॉब्लम आ रही है। जबकि बाइक है Honda SP 125 जो कि इस बाइक का पार्ट नहीं है। इसलिए मैं आपके पार्ट का रिप्लेसमेंट गारंटी में नहीं कर सकता। तो आपने जहां से बाइक ली है आप डीलर से बात करिए। यह पार्ट कैसे चेंज हो गया। लेकिन जब मैंने अपने डीलर से बात करी। तो उन्होंने कहा कि यह कंपनी का फॉल्ट है। इसलिए मैं इसमें आपकी कोई मदद नहीं कर सकता। तो मेरे को यह जानना है कि जब मैंने बाइक खरीदी हौंडा की। तो इसमें मुझे Honda CB shine का पार्ट लगा कर क्यों बेचा गया गया। यह फॉल्ट चाहे कंपनी का हो या डीलर का हो। अगर मेरी बाइक गारंटी पीरियड में है। तो मेरा पार्ट रिप्लेसमेंट होना चाहिए।

                  I had Honda activa got serviced one day back in Annapurna Honda challapalli. i went to Gudivada on my personal work vehicle got break down. stopped suddenly while returning back to challapalli. i went to PRUDHVI HONDA to check my vehicle first they said not possible to check as it is from other show room. so i started back by pushing the vehicle then they called back and checked my vehicle stated that total all coils got spoiled has to replace it takes 3 days. then i called the mechanic of challapalli and asked it has done full service why it happened then he said, sir wiring is week in that vehicle, may be that is issue, same i transferred to them they are not ready to do service to my vehicle and asking to keep vehicle for 3 days to that service as i cant stay there i requested challapalli show room mechanic to come and do repair as i am regular costumer he came and repaired with in 20 minutes. prudhvi honda show room persion came and started shouting on mechanic and complained on mechanic that he is doing work on their premises he don't do he will not allow others to do.

                    I have given Honda CB Unicorn bike with registration no:- AP16CD0212 to authorised dealer Apple Honda Nandigama branch, Vijayawada. On 5th Sep 2022 for complete engine parts repair as it is old model. They have given a quote around 17k so i have agreed and i have also asked them to do any necessary repairs required like bike handle shock absorbers and front light. They said to take after one week. These people are so irresponsible that mechanic guy named naga did nothing and said he have fixed engine after a week when I visited there..i have to monitor and push him constantly to quick up the process and took my bike by paying Rs.17143 on 12/09/2022 and 300 for fuel which is extra I don’t believe that they fuel it for 300 still i paid all the money and took the bike..when i started it the engine sound is similar to day before i have given it to repair. When asked them they said eved Is good as it is BS3 it sounds same but i know new engine sounds different still i adjusted and took it to home after few days it’s difficult to change gears when i went to showroom again and asked a out this there is no oil in it. That mechanic guy said as i have driven 300 kms extra than required oil change time it has been reduced i was shocked by it..he then refilled and given the same condition bike after 1 week same issue then i went to manager and explained all the issues he then asked mechanic what happened that mechanic guy still covered it up and did nothing..i was so disappointed that I thought i made a mistake going to such so called authorised dealers who are doing scams in the name of authorised tag..i have paid 17, 000 to get the same engine which I previously have I seriously doubt the authenticity of Honda company and it’s showroom please resolve this issue..below i have attached invoice proof of payment

                        Sir, I Sri Prasanta Prusty, gone to service centre today on dt[protected], for my Complaint issue of ticket no[protected], for front tyre jam of new activa, But it is not solved clearly.In Service centre, , Service center shows me it is solved, , but after running 20 kilometres that old problem issue of tyre jam now again showing, So it is not Clearly Solved, When we Slowly move the front tyre, There is sound issue in tyre and tyre is jam, Today in service centre, They fit a new drum and exchange my old drum in Activa.I told to Give the New Rim and exchange the old rim, then Service centre told it will charged for fitting, Why I give for fitting charge in 1 month new activa that I have Purchased new activa on 8th December 2022. And also Service centre told me New Rim is not necessary Only drum solved your front tyre jam Problem, But now it is not solved.
                        Please Solved my issue of front tyre jam problem that Today on dt 17 th January is not clearly solved .

                          Bought Honda Highness 350 from BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Showroom in Sept 2022.
                          i have availed B2B Insurance through BIGWING CBC Honda including RSA service.

                          i have been experiencing very irresponsible services and support form BIGWING CBC Honda ever since. I have paid for extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover Set of Two along the delivery.

                          I got a warning lamp in cluster in October month and as advised by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, I brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Attingal Service center.
                          I got experienced very pathetic service from Attingal Service center at that time, as No equipment were available to detect the warning lamp issue and to install extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover.

                          I have forced to brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Service center to rectify the issues but failed in initial visit.
                          Unfortunately I met with an accident on 24th Oct 2022 at 13:00 hr in Medical College road, Trivandrum. Thanks to Honda for the amazing Vehicle, its features and stability which prevented from major injuries.

                          Since I have opted for RSA, requested there services at 14:45hr and we waited till 18:00hr to get a positive response. We have made multiple follow up to get the service faster but it was waste of time.
                          We got informed by RSA team after 18:00hr only where RSA team was around 15km away from us and they couldn’t even confirm at what time they can reach to us.
                          Since I realize waiting for RSA will lead me to reach home late night, and I was not in a situation to wait more for a irresponsible assistance with my health & mental condition, decided to bring my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Karamana Trivandrum service entre in my own expenses and spent not less than Rs 4000/- on that night (Manpower to lift up & Down the vehicle from Pickup van and Pick up Van Cost etc…)

                          Even after all these happened, I dragged into the next level o[censored]nethical support by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum.
                          BIGWING CBC Honda Bigwing ruthlessly denied Cashless Insurance facility, which made me very disappointed to being a Premium two wheeler owner. This was happened where Non premium Honda two wheelers getting Cashless benefit from non Bigwing Servic
                          e centers and other Bigwing Dealerships provides in other locations.
                          Infact I was not able to be silent, made complaints to honda several time w.r.t the ticket no[protected].

                          The single man complaint never made any change in providing cashless benefits or providing compensation from RSA for my loss. RSA tried contacting me and tried to settle me with an amount of 2000/- after multiple discussion which was not acceptable to me.

                          I have requested service center to adjust the amount paid to extra accessories initally as it was not installed. But my request too got refused and I maid from my pocket to get my vehicle ready and waited for insurance reimbursement, which gave me another shock.

                          An amount not less that 3500 deducted from insurance claim stating Processing fee & Salvage charges for metal parts. I have no clue or intimation regarding this charges prior to my repair/ vehicle insurance inspections. Which was a clear cheating to customer.

                          I highlighted these issues with Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, but the responses from service manager was very pathetic.

                          • Free Helmet along with new vehicle is not yet provided
                          • Amount paid for extra accessories not yet installed, and my request to refund/Adjustment in other accessories which I purchased got refused. Amount still with BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda
                          • B2B Insurance taken from Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda and denied to provide Cashless benefit for the Premium vehicle, where Honda Non- Premium service centers & Bigwing other Dealership providing this facility.
                          • RSA opted while purchasing the vehicle is waste service and made me loss of Rs 4000/- and Health/ mental depression.
                          • Insurance Reimbursement was a cheating process which made me loss of 3500/- and more.
                          I’m very much afraid to take my vehicle into BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum as these much issues I have forced to experience and no solution or kindness extended by service center.

                              BR31AT6630, it has delivered with a faulty silencer lock system, it's silencer got ditached from it's place and lost, ordered new one from honda service center, but again it could not fit properly, honda should take care for it's design issue,

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                My Name is Mohammad Atif Ansari I had booked an Activa 6G Premium Edition from Jhaveri Honda Kurla Zillion Park Branch on 05/01/2023 for a Sum of 98800 Rs/-, The sales person who assisted me and took my booking was Mohammad Halim.
                                I paid the full amount in cash the Invoice I recieved was of Rs 98000/-, but he took Rs/- 98800 in cash from me.I told him to refund the difference amount he rejected my plea again& again by saying that they made a mistake and the amount is 98800/-.

                                He aslo didn't Inform that I had to take delivery of the vehicle 18 KM away from my location while the time of booking.He informed me about the same after generating the Invoice.

                                Today on[protected] when I went to take the delivery of the vehicle the lady told me the final Invoice amount is of 98000 and not 98800/- which I informed the same to the sales Person Mohammad Halim he said she is telling lies and the amount is 98800.

                                Also when my vehicle arrived it had multiple scratches and paint had bubbles when I informed him he took the vehicle and sent it for correction but after recieving the vehicle for the second time it had defects on the body.

                                I informed him the same he resent the vehicle for correction while waiting for the vehicle I called the sales person but he started using foul language and abuses.

                                I said I want my complete refund but he denied and told me in foul language that do what ever you want you ain't getting any refund.
                                Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
