Bought Honda Highness 350 from BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Showroom in Sept 2022.
i have availed B2B Insurance through BIGWING CBC Honda including RSA service.

i have been experiencing very irresponsible services and support form BIGWING CBC Honda ever since. I have paid for extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover Set of Two along the delivery.

I got a warning lamp in cluster in October month and as advised by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, I brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Attingal Service center.
I got experienced very pathetic service from Attingal Service center at that time, as No equipment were available to detect the warning lamp issue and to install extra accessories Bike Number Plate Frame/Cover.

I have forced to brought my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum Service center to rectify the issues but failed in initial visit.
Unfortunately I met with an accident on 24th Oct 2022 at 13:00 hr in Medical College road, Trivandrum. Thanks to Honda for the amazing Vehicle, its features and stability which prevented from major injuries.

Since I have opted for RSA, requested there services at 14:45hr and we waited till 18:00hr to get a positive response. We have made multiple follow up to get the service faster but it was waste of time.
We got informed by RSA team after 18:00hr only where RSA team was around 15km away from us and they couldn’t even confirm at what time they can reach to us.
Since I realize waiting for RSA will lead me to reach home late night, and I was not in a situation to wait more for a irresponsible assistance with my health & mental condition, decided to bring my vehicle into BIGWING CBC Karamana Trivandrum service entre in my own expenses and spent not less than Rs 4000/- on that night (Manpower to lift up & Down the vehicle from Pickup van and Pick up Van Cost etc…)

Even after all these happened, I dragged into the next level o[censored]nethical support by BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum.
BIGWING CBC Honda Bigwing ruthlessly denied Cashless Insurance facility, which made me very disappointed to being a Premium two wheeler owner. This was happened where Non premium Honda two wheelers getting Cashless benefit from non Bigwing Servic
e centers and other Bigwing Dealerships provides in other locations.
Infact I was not able to be silent, made complaints to honda several time w.r.t the ticket no[protected].

The single man complaint never made any change in providing cashless benefits or providing compensation from RSA for my loss. RSA tried contacting me and tried to settle me with an amount of 2000/- after multiple discussion which was not acceptable to me.

I have requested service center to adjust the amount paid to extra accessories initally as it was not installed. But my request too got refused and I maid from my pocket to get my vehicle ready and waited for insurance reimbursement, which gave me another shock.

An amount not less that 3500 deducted from insurance claim stating Processing fee & Salvage charges for metal parts. I have no clue or intimation regarding this charges prior to my repair/ vehicle insurance inspections. Which was a clear cheating to customer.

I highlighted these issues with Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum, but the responses from service manager was very pathetic.

• Free Helmet along with new vehicle is not yet provided
• Amount paid for extra accessories not yet installed, and my request to refund/Adjustment in other accessories which I purchased got refused. Amount still with BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda
• B2B Insurance taken from Bigwing BIGWING CBC Honda and denied to provide Cashless benefit for the Premium vehicle, where Honda Non- Premium service centers & Bigwing other Dealership providing this facility.
• RSA opted while purchasing the vehicle is waste service and made me loss of Rs 4000/- and Health/ mental depression.
• Insurance Reimbursement was a cheating process which made me loss of 3500/- and more.
I’m very much afraid to take my vehicle into BIGWING BIGWING CBC Honda Trivandrum as these much issues I have forced to experience and no solution or kindness extended by service center.

    The silencer doesn't fits properly and got broken out,

    I purchased a new one but again it's setting इस not properly, I feel faulty parts delivered with purchase, it should be rectified Or replaced by company,

      BR31AT6630, it has delivered with a faulty silencer lock system, it's silencer got ditached from it's place and lost, ordered new one from honda service center, but again it could not fit properly, honda should take care for it's design issue,

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        My Name is Mohammad Atif Ansari I had booked an Activa 6G Premium Edition from Jhaveri Honda Kurla Zillion Park Branch on 05/01/2023 for a Sum of 98800 Rs/-, The sales person who assisted me and took my booking was Mohammad Halim.
        I paid the full amount in cash the Invoice I recieved was of Rs 98000/-, but he took Rs/- 98800 in cash from me.I told him to refund the difference amount he rejected my plea again& again by saying that they made a mistake and the amount is 98800/-.

        He aslo didn't Inform that I had to take delivery of the vehicle 18 KM away from my location while the time of booking.He informed me about the same after generating the Invoice.

        Today on[protected] when I went to take the delivery of the vehicle the lady told me the final Invoice amount is of 98000 and not 98800/- which I informed the same to the sales Person Mohammad Halim he said she is telling lies and the amount is 98800.

        Also when my vehicle arrived it had multiple scratches and paint had bubbles when I informed him he took the vehicle and sent it for correction but after recieving the vehicle for the second time it had defects on the body.

        I informed him the same he resent the vehicle for correction while waiting for the vehicle I called the sales person but he started using foul language and abuses.

        I said I want my complete refund but he denied and told me in foul language that do what ever you want you ain't getting any refund.

          Sir, I Prasanta Prusty Purchase a new activa on dt 8th December 2022 from TCEPL HONDA, PAHAL, BALIANTA, BBSR, Odisha 752101, But there is problem in activa, I told on 3rd January 2023 to Honda Service centre and Costomer Care about the Complaint of activa, Costumer Care also given me a ticket No[protected], But now 8 days gone, But The problem is not solved, Total running of my activa only 500 kilometres, Due to complain of tyre jam of my activa, My activa is not running now, This type of service is giving in HONDA, So Please kindly Solve my problem..             Unethical / scan in Sapphire Honda Service Centre Gottigere bengaluru-500576. Issues mentioned below

            1. Without service collecting first off all. If bike working condition they'll spoil its my second time experience i got it from them. Earlier while payment they swiped two times my cards after 15 days refunded amount given (cash mode). Name of Branch Honda using dummy material, scam on service
            2. While giving clearly I have told them Chain noise issue and normal service (oil change, general check up)
            3. After service they're not even trail, or checking the bike Infront of them only i started drive my bike chain cover its open felt down fitting not even done. Chain lubricant not yet all simply collected money. Again return back showroom at 6-40PM (closing time) sorry sir its mistaken happened started at fitting again (photo attached). Not even responding properly
            4. Mechanics or technician they don't have basic knowledge also. Simply without cross checking giving bikes to customers

            After services issues
            1. Chain check up or lubricant not yet done still same issue,
            2. Engine sound also more coming before its good only now its spoil by mechanic
            3. Clutch adjust not yet all done
            4. Indicator beep sound not coming
            3. While driving bike earlier service and after service no change at all

              Hello sir
              I have 2 wheeler honda unicorn bs 6 but having issue of battery dawn after 2 months
              Replaced battery 2 time
              And new bateery taken 1 time still issue not resolved and service center told problem in bs 6
              If customer have issue and not resolved by you then why you are selling bike ??

                Hi,

                I Bought Honda CB Unicorn 160 in 2017. After 2 years Digital meter stopped working (No Display). Initially I thought it was due to water went inside the meter during rainy season. But now when I Googled more about this issue, i realized that it is the manufacturing defect from Honda (Faulty meters). Can this faulty meter be replaced?

                      रायसेन से निवेदन कर रहा हूं कि मेरे पास होंडा एक्टिवा 6G MP38S6266 जो कि मैंने 2020 अक्टूबर में खरीदी थी 2 साल से लगातार सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद मेरी गाड़ी एकदम परफेक्ट चल रही थी परंतु 30/8/2022 को मैंने लास्ट सर्विस कराई थी सर्विसिंग कराने के बाद 3 महीने में मेरी गाड़ी का इंजन सीज हो गया जब मैं गाड़ी लेकर शोरूम पहुंचा तो उन्होंने बताया कि मेरी गाड़ी इंजन सीज हो गया है फिर मैंने पता किया तो मुझे पता चला कि बीजीएस होंडा वर्कशॉप पर मेरी गाड़ी में इंजन ऑयल के साथ एक additional 40 ml editive oil डाला गया था जो कि मार्केट का प्रोडक्ट था इसी वजह से मेरी गाड़ी का इंजन सीज हुआ है

                      हौंडा शोरूम पर सर्विसिंग कराना मेरे लिए महंगा साबित हुआ है

                      हम हौंडा शोरूम पर सर्विसिंग इसलिए कराते हैं सर ताकि हमारी गाड़ी में हौंडा का प्रोडक्ट यूज हो मार्केट के नहीं

                      रायसेन बीजीएस होंडा वर्कशॉप पर 50% मार्केट के प्रोडक्ट यूज हो रहे हैं जिसका बैल और फोटो मेरे पास है मैं आपको अटैच कर कर भेज रहा हूं कृपया देखें

                        I have purchased a Honda Dio BS6 on 18th August 2020 from JSP Honda, Perambur.
                        From the day one, I facing the issue with different parts in the bike like engine, silencer, self-start and etc.
                        I have contacted service centre for many times but the issue is not resolved and they are taking more time for looking out the issue itself.
                        I'm really unsatisfied with the product provided by the concern because half of the month it is in service centre only.
                        It creating huge problem for my official work because of my profile is marketing.

                            got a new honda unicorn bs6 on 23/11/2022, from the day of purchase the ABS started blinking, the service centre said ABS modulator is fault and they are not in a position to rectify it [stating as ordered but not received]. Next the pgm -fi MIL indicator started to blink [? sensor fault] .i have been moving to and fro out for this complaint and one month has passed, literally got fed up and cheated with faulty vehicle from honda for the price of 1.3 lakhs. kindly do me the needful sir if possible

                                Hello Team,

                                I hope, you are doing well.

                                As I would request you to take an immediate action about this reasonable case and I am completely unsatisfied with your authorized honda dealer service.

                                DEALER NAME: Rockfort motorhub pvt ltd
                                City: Trichy, tamilnadu.

                                I did bike water wash on 21st, Dec 2022 around 9:35 AM using AMC feature. Just for your information, they didn't give any proper invoice for water wash.

                                I have reported the issue immediately on first attempt after washing my bike, then they did something and make bike start as temporary. The reason which they informed to me that its happens because of water. Once its dry, it will back to normal.

                                I had kept my bike in sunlight to get dry and checked for two days over riding and multiple starts then confirmed the issue is still occuring. Again, back to showroom raised the case as second attempt.

                                Complaint raised from my side:

                                1.) Unable to start the bike (using self and kicker) without acceleration after water wash made from authorized honda same dealer.

                                2.) Engine automatically off while in traffic.

                                Action taken from dealer side:

                                1.) Changed power plug even the old plug is good.
                                2.) Changed air filter.
                                3.) Washed carborator using my tank petrol.
                                4.) Adjusted raising screw in carbarator.

                                But still the issue not yet solved till now. Reported third time immediately (around 24th dec, 2022 5:45 pm) after paying my bill but they are unable to find the root cause of the problem.

                                Final justification given by honda authorized mechanic without resolving the issue.

                                1.) Its not an real issue. Its normal to accelerate the vehicle during start.
                                2.) Your way to kick start is not proper. Even, they tried to start and failed infront of me which makes him shame.
                                3.) Since, you have not noticed this issue. Its happening from long back.

                                I don't want to argue with them. So took my bike and moved the place quietly.

                                Did you guys able to figure the root cause of the issue?

                                I am suspecting the issue is present in carbarator raising screw because the acceleration is not stable on raising screw. Its fluctuating without touching the screw.

                                since its very very minor which not necessary to change the power plug and air filter.

                                I am planning to give my bike in local mechanic to figure out the issue.

                                Hereafter i don't want spend any money on honda showroom which is having the inefficient mechanic for this minor issue.

                                Please find the attached invoice information.

                                Please suggest me how can i proceed this.

                                  Shivam Honda has kept my car for servicing since 3 days, is not giving it to us in writing.get it serviced from where you bought it.it will not happen from us. I am very disappointed with the service centre of @honda2wheelerin . Shivam honda agency(bagdona, Betul) had not got claimed my activa’s chasis, which is not working, I had complained on customer care also, but no any step has taken. Now i’ve decided to refund my amount. Otherwise new scooty.

                                        I am purchase Honda Shine SP125 on 02/10/2022, unfortunately I got accident on 06/11/2022 and I surrender my bike on 07/11/2022 in Anaal Honda Bhilai C.G. but till date 18/12/2022 no any positive update received from that side and they told, if you want fastly you can bring the bike on damage condition without service
