Dear sir,
We have purchased above vehicle on 20/10/2020. As i am unable to visit honda showroom due to lockdown, kindly register my complaint about pick up, start and engine sound related, which i am facing since last one month.
It takes too much time to start.
When i try to increase speed of vehicle to cross any ghati (Some time at other place also), it shows pick up issue like too old vehicle and engine also make sound like too old vehicle.

        Respected sir
        I have purchased activa 5g from modern honda abohar - 152116 dealer no pb170001 at[protected] engine no jf50e-t-7445067. I want to complaint you that from the very first day our activa have problem of heavyness it takes loads. As activa works two three days very well but after that it started creating same problems which earlier had. My previous ticket no[protected] according to them problem was resolved but problem was not solved.
        We always complaint about this problem to service centre but always told that is your doubt only and never take it seriously. We are suffering this problem through out the year but at my last service of activa they accepted that our activa have problem. But they told me that this is not our guaranty & their behavior was so poor. Manager nanme puneet bansal insulted me by saying so. He said "take your activa off from here" we are not responsible. We are very disappointed & i will never purchase honda activa again. I am a patient who is recently operated for cancer my volume is not so clear still they behaved me very poor.

          I went to buy one Activa 6G, and am ready to pay cash 84000/= but the showroom manager insist me to buy accessories, they say it is compulsory to buy with accessories.please advise.
          The vishal honda serving station jamnipali korba the advisior doesnt have good beahvior to the clients & customers the serving of my scooty activa 5g is so poor there

            I have been using dio which is since 1and half year back i took i ran the vehicle just about 17789 km, but now i am getting white smoke and engine sound while in running conditions, i went to nearest service center they said me engine is seized how could it seized when it's just ran 17789 km, i have engine warranty of 5 years how it could get problem so my words for u is just to give the replacement of the engine from the company and claim my warranty failure part.

              Shekhawati honda barmer rajasthan selling defective honda activa 5g... I bought activa 5g on 24 jan 20, since then scooty vibrates too much at speed 40-50 kmph and it's front panel makes sound at low speed (Video attached). Within a month they had repaired scooty 4 times but problem remains same every time, now they have taken scooty on 29 feb for the 5th time. I received scooty from service center from 14 march 20 and vibration problem still there. Sir it's totally a harassment for me being involved in it for last 1.5 months and problem still not being solved. I need permanent solution.

Now time is 6.30 pm, till now my scooter is not ready, they are asking for 1 hr more, i face this many times on this showroom, charge is also more...please take a legal action for this showroom.               I have complaint u so many times that I have got defective piece of Activa 5g...there is a problem in race (miss race).
              I have requested u to change the piece as early as possible but I am not getting positive response from your side.

                Chandran honda - worst handling in spares and service.

                I dono why chandra honda vadavalli running. Everytime they have saying spares is not available for shine sp. I have ordered spares in chandra honda vadavalli as on feb 3th still spares is not came and no one taking care of this. For service they are costing very high. Kindly do the needful.

                  I went to buy one activa 6g, at khushi honda showroom, the manager mr manik was very rude and was insisting that if i want to buy an activa 6g, then i have to take the accessories from them, otherwise the management has told him not to sell.                   I bought a new shine bs-iv from YASH HONDA HADAPSAR PUNE facing issues after 3rd servicing shock absorber problem still available he said this is not a problem this issue create by Honda company
                  We booked dio bs6 on 29.02.2020 on full payment settled. Thill now the vechicle not get. Each day they are telling next day next day. 3 working day only needed to get Rto paper.

                    Scooty vibrates at speed between 40-50 kmph... Problem still not resolved after 5 times repaired. Bought scooty on 24th jan 20. Already made several complaints but not getting any permanent solution. Everytime scooty makes the same noise and vibrates. They had taken scooty on 29th feb and on 13th march i received my scooty, but still problem remains same.

                    Yesterday (09/03/2020) Time: 10:20 PM We gave our Activa 5g to Honda service center to service our scooter.
                    They guys are totally damaged our scooter backside, righten side and they nothing work did in our Activa 5g but the bill price is RS.2500. So, we request you to take Sevier action on them and reservice our scooter. Thank you.

                      Dear sir,

                      I was visited honda 2 wheeler showroom yesterday i. E.[protected] at 7:00pm for purchasing activa 5g. Some representative attend me and brief me all features of the same. Then i asked him for cash benefit from company and accessories are compulsory to purchase then he met me his store manager mr. Keyur, as per mr. Keyur and he was brief me that accessories are compulsory from company. As per my knowledge, there is no any rules to compulsory purchase accessories from them. So why dealer should force to purchase the same at a time of purchase scooter?
                      Mr. Keyur also misguided me about economic benefits from company. He told that there no any economic benefit from company but when i talked on company toll free number, they brief me that there is rs.10, 000 benefit from company when u purchase any 4g or 5g vehicle.
                      I think above dealer of honda is mischief of people when there is no proper guidance given by them to customers as well not pass company schemes also.
                      I recommend govt that please take the needful & prompt action against this.
                      Also company take action against this dealer as they misguided to customers & not passed company scheme in time.

                        I Have purchased a activa 5g on dt 7/5/2019 from Laxmi Honda angul. Today on12/3/2020 when I go to do my 3rd service in Shuv Laxmi Motors Chhendipada then the manager said that your 3rd service has been done but I had not done 3rd service and I have already 3rd service coupon in my service book, then complaint to honda two wheeler company number [protected].                           For the first servicing i have visited the service center of the dealer
                          Amravati honda, pattabhipuram, guntur, andhra pradesh where i purchased the bike a month ago. I have complained about the sound when front bike was pressed, gear box was very hard and there is difficulty in switching to different gears
                          After the service the bike looked worst ever and it was a pathetic service done by them.

                          1]oil is residing on the engine and it was not cleaned
                          2]water wash was not done properly and the water mark stains are visible
                          3]front break issue was not taken care
                          4]water wash was not done properly and stain marks were visible
                          5]the supervisor and staff behaved very rudely, i was shocked to compare their behaviour while buying a bike and at the time of service.

                            I purchase activa 5g from authorised dealer but the body damaged was already there that info was not provided me to while handover the vehicle the dealer hide that details to me as an customer.

Whenever i go for servicing i notice that the vehicle which r 10 to 12 tocken number after my vehicle r servicing first. When i ask mr satyam the service advisor, he reply me that those vehicle r in hurry.
                                Then my point is why they people issue tocken number when then have already have a mindsetto service those vehicle whome theyknow very well. Mr satyam always do this type of mistakes. I don't know why this service center tolerate him

                                  Everytime when i go for servicing at honda pilot bhandup branch mumbai. I experience a delay servicing inspite of i come first and handover my vehicle by serial no-1. But every time my vehicle work start after tocken no-12 or 13. And most of the time the service advisor is satyam. He is entertain people whome he know personally. So i m very disappointed by the service of this service center.

In the year 2019 I noticed that petrol is coming out from the lower part of tank. I am therefore very disappointed about the quality of honda. Please change my bike tank with new one at free of cost .my bike color is sporty red.

                                    I purchased a new bike honda x blade loan by hdfc bank bike real road price amount 109000 and loan apply 109000 but the salesmen charged me 112000 he charged me 2000 rupees extra when i told him he said i charged right amount and alsobike first service is free and normal chargeble but he is charging higher amount i ask people about this every one told me he is charging higher amount

                                    I am already changing the chain docket of my bike charging rs 400 and to change a speedometer wire which is worth 110 rs is charged by a labour charge of 150, how it is possible for changing each parts different labour charge, I has been using honda unicorn from 2009 really upsets me

                                      I bought 2 stem pipes o[censored]nicorn dazzler which has many scratches inside the package. When i found out that it faulty from the service centre at kazhakootam and took it to the place i brought from which is marikar honda. Not only the people that were in charge of the sales was rude they said that i myself made the damage and even accused me for damaging the pipe. They did not even take the responsibility of the faulty spare part and also they asked me to pay extra if i need another part and also they claim that the products that they sell is 100% perfect and has not been yet reported faulty. This son of a bit#h has no right to say that. I kindly request the authorities in charge to kindly make sure such a situation not to take place ever again.
