जो की 31 मार्च 2019 को ख़रीदा था।जो की पियूष सिंह राठौर के नाम से ह । मेने 3rd सर्विस ईशान हौंडा में 15/10/2019करवाया। उसके बाद से इंजिन में नॉइज़ आने लगी ह। मेने दो बार खुद सर्विस सेंटर जा कर वाहन को सही करवाया ।तब भी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नही हुई ।फीड बैक कॉल भी आया था ।मेने अपनी प्रॉब्लम बताई फिर भी कोई हेल्प नही हुई ।

    I bought my honda activa 4g having regd no-od19j4727 on 6th april 2017 from laxmi honda, angul, odisha. As per govt norm only bs-4 emission norm vehicles can be registered & sold after 01st april 2017.in the invoice provided by the vendor emission norm is not mentioned, neither in the registration certificate provided by my rto, angul.2 weeks before i have done a pollution certificate test where the report says that my vehicle is bs-3 emission norm standard, although i bought the vehicle with the assurance that the vehicle is bs-4 emission standard. Then i approached my rto who reiterated that my vehicle is bs-3 complied. Then i approached the laxmi vendor, angul to provide certificate that my vehicle is bs-4 emission complied. They convinced me to send me the document through mail. But it's 2 weeks been passed, vendor laxmi honda is not providing necessary document so that i can approach the rto to change my vehicles emission status. I feeling cheated. Please do the needful.

      I submitted my bike for oil leakage problem to Authorize dealer even I asked weather they able to solve problem or not but they promised to solve problem. when I get by bike back within one day oil leakage start. Dispite several times I visited but they ignored and refused to solve the problem and demanding extra money for further work without solving problem for I paid money.

        My vehicle activa 5g no. Mh 31 fj 9586 was given for servicing to say point automobile pusad district yavatmal. But there was a issue regarding the theft of petrol. Look at the picture shared. The reading and fuel indicator in job card and the pictures of bike.
        What can be done in this matter as no one is taking the responsibility. It is totally a matter of theft.

          Complained about service via an email ([protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com) on 24/08/2019, still got no response.

          The complain was as follows.

          "i am a proud owner of honda activa 3g (Blue book and purchase bill attached). I have been very particular about my scooty and hence always used to service it frequently, only at the nearest honda service centre, beside grand trunk road (Nh 2), durgapur. The attached images of service record bear the testimony of my claim. Even i made a new amc in 4th july 2019 while my last service. But, due to the negligence of the servicemen, who did not pay attention towards the fact that my front wheel has jammed, i suffered an accident on 31st july.in that rainy day a drunkard came in my way.in addition to rear brake, i pressed the front brake too, as usual. However, due to front wheel being jammed, i fell down and luckily suffered only minor injuries. I came home driving the vehicle. Two days later, my sister could not move the vehicle as the front wheel was not rotating. We called a local servicemen, who explained and repaired the jammed wheel. Why should such an incident happen even after frequent servicing? Before and immediately after servicing, the service centre people used to ask about problems. But, how can they expect that customer shall always be aware of the problems? Why shall they not detect and solve the problems. Themselves? Anyhow, despite making amc i may not go to your service centre any more as i have lost faith. Still i am advising you to make your service centre people more caring towards vehicles to save other customers' life."

          FROM TWO MONTH I FACING THE PROBLEM WITH MY SCOOTY.

          WHEN I REACH TO SERVICE CENTER FRIST THEY DIDN'T LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM & TRY TO SELL THERE POLISH SERVICES.

          Every time I reach to them they just keep the vehicle at the time of delivery no one come up & check the issue.

          dealer has no good service for there customers...

              Respected team,
              I mrs. Susheela pandey purchased activa scooter on 25 march 2018 having registration number up-32-js -6460. I am facing issue that my activa getting automatically off on middle of the road continuously. I have told this issue to my dealer friends honda. They have fixed issue for the time being, but after 1 month again the problem started of turn off engine. I think it is manufacture defect and honda india should take serious concern on the matter. As i am lady senior citizen it is not possible for me to take my off scooter to mechenic or dealer. I am requesting support team to help me asap.

                I deposited down payment of rupees 44275, and chosen emi plan of tata capital. They told me that delivery time of two wheeler is minimum7 days with registration, i said ok. After completion of 8 days they are telling me it will take another 10 days to delivery your scooter (Honda activa 5 g). It is poor level of service by lodha honda, chromepet, chennai.

                I brought new bike ie honda hornet 160CC now 6month complited i am facing issues like 10 to12 km Heating up engine and while running crosses 50 kmph speed engine sound should change, worst experince in 3 time 6 month starting..
                Very bad service from honda facing from last 3 month they dont have manners no responsibility nothing
                I didn't get RC & number plate of my scooty it's has been 20 days since i buyed it ... And my days of service count has been started ..

                  I purchase honda activa 125 disc on august 2019 from my home town bally howrah. On 13.12.19 honda authorised service center name siddhi honda belur/bally has denied for free servicing. I told him to show his policy about servicing of free but he denied to talk to me. After that he told me if you want to service then you will paid rs 400 to 500. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I am having xblade bike, service in showroom ksn Honda labour cost only 3400 rs and he doing poor service customers review doing itself only not record of customers review and change my fork and handle set cost of rs 5000 not include service cost and he's changing outer layer only not change in inner parts. He's doing fraud

                    I am giving my motor cycle mh 13 as 1586 for servicing on 12.12.2019 at kizen motors solapur i received phone form service station on 4 pm your vehicle in ready for delivery please collect your vehicle then i go to service station and paid rs. 1150/- and collect my vehicle.

                    At night the problem of my vehicle headlight is not working properly then i go to service station and discuss with mechanic for this problem. But the mechanic treated me you are not given this problem in job card, when i given my vehicle to service station my vehicle head light is working ok. If my vehicle headlight is working ok how to write in job card. After servicing my vehicle head light problem crated this is mechanic's responsibility but mechanic is treated to me. So i take my vehicle and go back without solve the head light problem.

                      I have brake problem of hornet160 cbs. I give bike for repair on 10.11.2019 on sai automobile in yamunanagar. But till now the bike is not repaired and i have problem to travel without bike. If company doesnot have spare part of hornet then why company manufactured this.                         I had purchased honda shine cbs in 20 dec 2018 from bombay honda agency resides in maharajganj road aurangabad bihar adjacent to lg electronics showroom. At the time of purchased they charged us extra for extending engine and shocker and other parts warranty upto 5 years, and i paid for that but after few month i found some problem in shockers as well chain therefore i tried to contact them but they wind-up their agency from aurangabad due to some reasons which is unknown for me yet now, i also went to gaya honda agency but they also didn't take notice for my problem despite of showing warranty book they didn't listen anything. Now let me know where i will go for servicing and availing my warranty, who is responsible for my loss therefore after getting frustrated i just want to intimate you about my suffering, if the company doesn't resolve my issue then i will have to go consumer court.

                          We needed visor for our black color aviator het model but the showroom storekeeper said they do not have stock of visor black color.

                          He suggested to make the same available on making advance payment but after 2months we are not able to get the same.

                          Whose fault lies here????? Shall we approach to law of the land. Pls suggest.

                              Honda sp shine is a defective vehicle said by the dealer and the vehicle has many complaints which has the poor vehicle design and manufacturing defect. This sentence has been said the honda service center when we are reporting for a complaint repairs and sp shine vehicle is useless and not a good and worthful bike. It's a worthless bike. Vehicle has fork problem the dealers says it's a short fork so it will get. Then it has a engine noise due to crankshaft and piston got weak i have driven 13000kms for 2years and dealer says it was a manufacturing defect. So my kind advice to others don't buy honda cb shine sp model and that vehicle is worthless.

                                Sorry no one is taking seriously
                                I have purchased a new scooty honda 5 g limited edition on around 20 august 2019 after first service i m facing lots of peoblum pick up problum. Sound problum. Handle one side goes peoblum. Foot mat peoblum. Front shocker problum. Scratch problum. R. C problum.in 3 month i visited service center 5 times but they r making me fool no one is taking seriousely i m. Soing night shift in morning i sleep but from last two months due to this scooty i cannot sleep b'coz every time i m facing the same problum n whn i visit to work shop they checked n said next time u il not get this kind of problum again i had a words with service manager but nothing could b done im very very disspointed with that kind of service in new scooty m facing lots of problum after one year what they do i canot imagine.                                 Service issue, Mahanta Honda persons are not response, , kindly solve the problem as well as early, otherwise I will go for complaint for law and station.
                                Dear Sir I have given Honda Activa bike for service at radhesyam Honda service at atchutapuram.But showroom people given worst service and communicate with me not in good manner, replying answer is not good, I had visited three times for bike servicing.my contact no [protected]
                                I purchased Honda bike cd 110dream khamgaon showroom on dated June 2018 . Till date not receive number so please resolved my query urgent basis

                                    05/12/2019 that day i go to handover the honda cb shine 125cc in sornam honda service, dindigul, tamilnadu. My complaint is engine head leak and general service. 07/12/2019 today i went to get the bike in service center after services. But my major complaint head leakage not solved and they are already collected the money for this complaint.

                                    Then i go to asked the manager. His telling silly reason. The engine head leak reason is engine over heat. I'm just delivery the bike on service center. Then how to engine get over heat. I'm also engineer this is could not agree. The sornam honda dindigul dealership is not good.

                                    I strictly complaint to sornam honda service and that service manager

                                      I have given my cb unicorn bike for servicing at my wings honda kothrud. While doing servicing service person broke front disk brake caliper and call me that you need to replace this caliper. Cost of this caliper is 1800 which i have to pay because of mistake done by workers from my wings honda. These people broke ur bike part intentionally. This is a second time i am facing issues like this from my wings service center.
