Honda 2 Wheelers India — A new scooty sensor problem

I go to sukhija honda kalka haryana for my scooty cheak up on date 19/8/2021.
And after service problame are same
But second time they charge also laber for same problem

Scooty has missing problame
Macanic said sencer problame and you should change the sencer, I ask the service adviser he said pay for it but part is under warranty . But they are not entertain me and they said you are 2 time take your claim in through insurance. scooty are not mager impacts . Just miner scratches on it this.
Pls change my sencer in warranty.
