Honda 2 Wheelers India — activa 125 service manual book not delivered

Dear sir/madam,

Last year i booked activa 125 on 2-may-2017, with 2 weeks promise failed delivered on 5- june 2017 without service manual book and 5yrs warranty card.

Recently i encountered some engine noise and visited the nearest honda two wheeler service center, as they are familiar with the dealer, after knowing that i was not given service manual book during delivery suggested me to collect the manual book first and then proceed for service.

I collected the service manual book from the dealer's show room.

In the service manual book there were four free service coupon.
1st : within 750-1000kms or 15-30 days.
2nd : within[protected] kms or 105 - 120 days,
3rd : within[protected]kms or 225 - 240 days.
4th : within[protected]kms or 350 -365 days.

Currently my vehicle has covered ~2400 kms.

On request for vehicle servicing with service manual book to service manager, he denied giving reason that non of the first three coupon could be used for service now, your three coupon had been wasted and 4th coupon can't be used before 350 days.

Now i can't drive my vehicle with such engine noise problem, please suggest what shall i do now?
