I purchase one activa-5g today from dealer m/s doshi automobiles, plot no.88, scheme no.114, part-ii, branch-39/1, nanda nagar, indore. I drive the vehicle only 15 kms. For go to temple only, but vehicle have several times off during running and not start after the self, there is smell of burn & noise.
At last its not start and we came to home by walking with our wife about 2kms at night 10:15 p. M. And neighbour also strange that we come walking with new vehicle

That is position of new vehicle of honda. I am very upset to purchase honda product.
I purchase this vehicle today 25/04/2018 at 07:45 p. M.

    Sir, the said vehicle was purchased during feb 2017. From rahaboth honda tirunelvei. After 4th free. Servicing the vehicle engine got ceased during jan 2018. I did write a complaint regarding this, they took nearly one month to rectify the fault. The problem is of recurring nature. Kindly intervene and do the needful if please arrange to replace the engine to have a better satisfaction. An early action is highly appreciated and anticipated please. I relay on this bike for my daily office going. Alternate transport is not financially offordable by me.

    I give a service at MA HONDA at trichy. I am not satisfied their service. I have use honda hornet say two complaints one is sheet shacking and hardness while gear changing. Both complaints cannot rectified. No air checking. No chain adjustment. Very very bad service. I have meet service manager he is also give not satisfied solution for that.

    Dear honda team,
    Iam purchase the whehical Grazia in 23 Dec 2017. Bangalore saphire honda showroom. From the 1st day iam facing the abnormal sound so many times iam infirmed but still it's not clear now he is telling nonsense. Pls resolve my issues other than iam going to Complaint in Consumer court.

      My Activa 4g battery has been replaced by service centre workshop of SAHIL Honda jabalpur and is denying the fact. Contacted your customer care and registered the complaint 1-[protected] dated 13 April 2018 still nothing has done about the issue
      I can see the different battery no before and after servicing and service centre bis giving hopeless reasons for the same pls do the needful it is urgent

      I have purchase a Honda unicorn bike from Paras Honda showroom (Raniganj, W.B.) on 12th Feb-2018. Bike performance is very poor, engine overheating within 2-3 minute. bike pickup very less in Highway. Sir/Mam this bike not fulfill my expectation, so want to replace by bike .

        activa 125 service manual book not delivered

        Last year i booked activa 125 on 2-may-2017, with 2 weeks promise failed delivered on 5- june 2017 without service manual book and 5yrs warranty card.

        Recently i encountered some engine noise and visited the nearest honda two wheeler service center, as they are familiar with the dealer, after knowing that i was not given service manual book during delivery suggested me to collect the manual book...

        Today i visit to honda sarvic center for my hornet 3rd sarvic..
        At there what meachnic do
        - filter clean
        -chain setting
        (1week ago i chang engine oil so that was not applicable)
        At the sarvic center he did not check the bettery, break shoo,. Nothing he check... Jut put bike on clean air filter set the chain and go to the wash.. That's it...
        And the funniest thing... Sarvic center has no tyre pressure gauge.. Wow men. Jakh mara ne khola he centar..
        Sarvic maneger stick on phone.
        Teachnisian on phone... Sarvic doing automatically wow...

        It is very painful to inform you that my newly purchased Honda Activa 125cc back tyre has got damaged in serviceing. N when I complain to the concern team they are not taking any ownership. How can a newly purchased Activa tyre got damage so easily. Kindly take nessesary action so that we can trust again the brand.

          I have purchased honda x blade from your dealer muthoot honda at there branch elamkunnapuzha, vypin. The first servicing of the bike has done yesterday 23/04/2018 but the bike service was not done in properly at the same time i had told the manager of the dealer of the branch there was no response from them. So please make arrangements to be done the service of the bike properly in future.

            नमस्ते सर मेरा नाम रामेश्वर चौधरी है। मैं आपके अलंकार हौंडा में scooty लेने गया था। वहाँ मुझसे आपकी कंपनी की sale man मिस बन्दना ने मुझको सर्विस थी पर सर मुझे दोपहर 2 बजे से वहाँ रोके हुए है अभी सर रात के 8 बजे तक हमको मेरा स्कूटी नही मिला सर।मैंने पैसा 3 बजे जमा कर दिया था लेकिन मिस बन्दना ने पैसा ले कर जमा किया उसके बाद वह अपने काम ने शोरूम से निकल गयी और हम इंतजार करते रहे गए । सर बहुत देर बाद दूसरे saleman से मेरी बात हुए तो पता चला कि वह चली गयी है अपने काम से। अगर ये आपकी सर्विस है तो आज के बाद हम किसी को भी हौंडा की बाइक या स्कूटी लेने की सलाह नही देगे।।
            सर आपके शोरूम अलंकार हौंडा जो बाईपास रोड सरिस्ताबाद पटना में वह पूरे दिन में एक स्कूटी नही दे पाई ओर ये आपके कंपनी की sale man मिस बन्दना के कारण

            अंत मे सर दूसरे sale man को मैंने repuest की वह मेरे स्कूटी का पेपर वर्क पूरा कर दे और अंत मे 8 बजे उसने मेरे पेपर का वर्क पूरा करने ले गयी।
            Today 15/4/2018 i bought a honda activa 5g from jugal kishore honda nisha5ganj lucknow.
            First time i went for honda company and was treated very badly. The manager of the showroom was very ill mannered. Scooty balancing was not right and the manager was not talking to us in a good way..please see

              The service center at branch address d2, noida sector 8 is making wrong statement since 19 days. My bike with registration no 7753 is not attended by them.

              I talked with insurance agent about this to confirm about the grant of money for the same, they said that they approved all the required.

              Now i need a good answer from honda side, how much more i have to wait.

                honda cb shine engine complaint

                I have purchased cb shine 125cc in the year 01/12/2014, it has run 53000 kms, am doing my regular service in the workshop (Vd honda, raja puri) for that vehicle. Now vehicle has complaint in the engine, it cost about 6000 to 7000rs to get repair. Within this 3 and 1/2years it gives so much expenses to maintain, it was not good think. I feel upset that why i purchased in this honda company....

                Greetings of the day sir..

                I am vishnu prasad maneendra purchased unicorn150 on 16.8.2017 through amigos showroom hindupur (515201).

                I have given my bike (Ap02bs2796) for 3rd servicing on 14.4.18 at same service centre. From that day i am facing one problem that lock has been rotating tightly, i ignored as i thought it was a small problem. After 3 days the lock was stuck up and was not rotating anymore. As it was night i have gone to local mechanic he applied some lubricant, hit with small tool & it was started working.

                Again yesterday it was stuck and i am not even able to insert key in slot. It seems the lock has to be changed to new one. I am suspecting that while water servicing they might have not removed the key & water which has gone inside would be the reason but not sure.

                I called servicing supervisor "lock is not under warranty you have to pay whole bill is the reply".

                As being branded parts how the parts are not functioning even for one year? For the parts which are under rough use i agree you cannot do anything. But key is under very less use. Totally disappointed with your inferior parts & services. How can we choose honda for further procurements. I am even thinking to go with other than hoda locks for better service. Expecting a quick reply as i am not able to use my bike at present.

                In the October month I took a sp shine bike battery was constantly down from the day it was taken I give a change of battery to Honda shoroom at Barshi.However requesting that my complaint be resolved early.

                      Augest 2016 i purchase unicorn 150 but in 1 year after knocking soung comes in engine so i went to showroom for solving my problem he told me that piston wear and valves to be changed. I asked him how it is possible in new unicorn so he tell that problem come in unicorn manufactureing defect. He change pistion and valves but only piston on warrenty period so he take money for other parts.
                      After some days that sound also start in engine. Pls solve this issue. Why knocking sound in new bike. If this issue frequenly happend then what should i do.

                        I had purchased an honda grazia from v. D. Honda autowheels, sector 7, dwarka, new delhi. Against full down payment of inr 73000. My booking number is vehbk-dl[protected].

                        While delivering the vehicle showroom manager itself had pitched in and offered an final price of inr 73000 against total amount of inr 73250 which includes 8 accessories 1 helmet. Since it was late hour delivery she told me to get the accessories fixed by next day i. E. 03.04.2018 & promised me to handover complete receipts of my payments made to vd autowheels.
                        Since the vehicle was for my farther thus i requested my farther to get the items fixed by the time offered by dealership, he was being told that accessories are out of stock so he should visit again in day or two... He was also re-assured that number plate will also be fixed by that time... So we followed the instructions, on 09.04.2018 the final date fixed by the dealership, we again visited the showroom, again given an surprise that still complete accessories are not available nor number plate can be provided due to delay from government appointed agency even they were not even able to get me the complete receipts of the payment... The receipts handed over to me are tax invoice number dl01000918v00037 dated[protected] of inr 60063 showing purchase of said vehicle with base price as 46924.53 + 28% gst making total as 60063, insurance certificate of inr 1800 (Policy number 101023/31/19/000250) having date of registration as[protected], another tax invoice number dl01000918s00024 of amount 631 dated[protected]Against extended warrantee) total amount of these invoice were inr 62494 against an payment of inr 73000... Instead of complete payment receipts i was only getting assurances that it will be provided asap.

                        More on to that the behaviour of showroom manager is as such she is giving the vehicle as charity to us without any payment, she is so arrogant & didn't like to listen to customer any which ways... Making false promises time again had promised to get everything completed in one weeks time before[protected], whereby she again failed to complete.

                        After lot of exchange of messages on tweeter / email & telephonic calls, someone via email [protected]@yahoo.com dated[protected] time 17:32 hrs had sent a different invoice having no number of dated[protected] with a base price of vehicle as inr 52395.31 + 28% gst with total of inr 67066 along with an invoice number nil dated[protected] for helmet, number plate and accessories whereby total amount is inr 5503.

                        Appeal

                        - as the invoice dated[protected] & further are the latest invoices against the invoice provided at later stage on dated[protected] of date[protected] thus purchase should be considered against the latest dated invoice & excess amount is to be refunded
                        - accessories should be completed
                        - number plate should be fixed

                        Further to my plea, i request honourable judge in consumer cell that this vehicle was for use of my farther having age of 73 has to rush around moreover for his daily requirements beyond a limited area he is forced to hire auto rickshaw, he is being harassed very badly by vd autowheels, dwarka in these very hot summer days should be compensated & some strict suitable order should be issued against these firms for cheating & harassment.

                          We had purchased honda activa 4g (2018) model from joshi honda, sector-4, panchkula on 3rd apr 2018. The very next day we noticed that there was some issue with the brakes, there was lot of sound while driving and applying brakes. We visited the sector 8 centre next day and we were told that all these issues are there because the machine is still new and will be fine in next few days. After 9-10 days we had another issue where the vehicle race was getting interrupted (Sort of stopping the vehicle) while driving and again we visited the centre but didn’t get any satisfactory response. After 2 days from this, when i was driving the vehicle the vehicle stopped for 5-6 times on the road and finally broke in the middle of the road. I had to push the vehicle for almost one km to get home. After that i tried contacting sector 8 centre on phone (Bcoz the vehicle was not getting started) and there was no response. After 7-8 filed attempts, i could connect with them and was told that their mechanic will visit my place to check the vehicle but no one turned up until next one day. On multiple follow up, finally centre head, mr. Kamaljeet singh (Guess this is the right name), sent a mechanic and supervisor to my place to check the vehicle. After almost 45 minutes of checkup, they found out that the plug was short and so the current was not passing which is required to start and running of the vehicle. They also told that due to this defect, i was facing the issue while driving (Interrupted race) and now there should not be any issue anymore. Story doesn’t end here, i also had the complain of having the feel of regression in the back wheel while driving at the speed between 30-45 and the mechanic & supervisor both simply denied that fact. On insisting to check the wheel, they asked to visit their service centre in industrial area, panchkula. Yesterday, i visited the centre and told them the whole thing whatever happened till now and ask for the full vehicle check up. Supervisor over there, immediately agreed on the regression in back wheel saying that every new vehicle (4g and 5g) has new technology due to which this happens and this will go away after 3-4 services of the vehicle. This statement of suprevisor’s of service centre proves that the mechanic/ supervisor who visited my place were either not aware of this technological change and simply tried to ignore my complaint even though the regression was very much there or lied to me.
                          After going through all this, i requested the centre to change the vehicle and give me the problem free vehicle and i was told that this is not possible but i can visit their service centre whenever i face any problem. My point is, why should i accept a vehicle which is giving me problem from day one and every time we did inform the dealer about it. I haven’t bought the vehicle just to visit service centre and waste my time & energy.
                          I am writing this to you as i am not getting the suitable response from the local dealer here. Looking forward for the positive response from your side.

                              I had a honda vehicle earlier, the respond that i got for that specific vehicle was appreciate able which eventually made a good believe in your company although it’s very tough to mention that my new vehicle honda cliq isn’t as per what i was said, beyond that the service i am getting from your service house (Venetian honda) is more disappointing. I went to the showroom with expectation of honda dio but was happy when one of your sales person introduced me to honda cliq. I was happy with the respond this vehicle gave me but since last 2 months i was facing a problem with my vehicle i thought of giving it to the service center as i got my vehicle back i found myself cheated. The trust i had with company was brought down. I was charged for the service but nothing good was done to my vehicle. They kept the vehicle for almost 8 days which was more than enough for one expert to get the vehicle right. My vehicle used to stop after a distance, it was difficult to find a way on the running road with a broke down vehicle. On 17th april 2018 after lots of calls to the company a person showed up he promised he would replace the battery and get it back within two days. On 19th april 2018 we got a call saying it would take more than 10 days. I have a busy schedule in which my scooty plays the major role, earlier 8 days and now 10 days it’s completely ruining my daily schedule. It might turn up me being a negative word of mouth for the brand. Which i really would never prefer to do, as i even had best moments due to honda. I would humbly request either replace and get me some other better working vehicle or pay me my money back. I hope you understand my situation and suggest me with something better.

                                But i completely disappointing due to owner behaviour as well as customer dealing is not good. He don't know how to talk with the customer.

                                  I got my activa 4g serivced at shrerit honda on 9th april 2018

                                  Since after service starting trouble is noticed at morning. It does not start without kick. Before this service there was no such problem.

                                  This is creating doubt of some parts being changed during this service

I recieved all documents except service book, so i have called many times and go many times to their shop but they are lying and told me we cannot told you when exact it will receive.in my customer invoice copy, there is addresse of vihaan honda, thane.
