Then after some day 12/12/2019... My elder brother went to your service center for the same problem to change my scooty battery... There they told to my brother before 2 days your warranty period was over... Then why your service center staff lied to me on 8 december that it was not in a warranty period. Please take some action against this type of behavior of your service center staff... As they were giving wrong information to the customers.
