Hi. I purchased a honda activa i from pilot honda byculla in aug 2017. They had not given any documents, nor service manual. They had promised all papers would be delivered within a week. However, the company was incommunicado for over 1 month. The landline or mob doesn't work. Escalation to regional office ensured papers were given last week. However, the registration book has not yet come. Also, since i didn't have the service manual 2 free servicings are overdue. Company is not responding Was this information helpful? | |||
