Honda 2 Wheelers India — bad service and responsibility of nooran honda calicut

Our vehicle activa 125 clutch complaint in 6/11/2017, now the date is 16/11/2017 we don't get back our vehicle, they reasoning that they cant find its parts, some time they don't get our call. Please consider this and take action immediately.
And this same complaint happens in the delivery time, and we say about it to them but they don't consider our complaint properly, we are not satisfied their service.
Our vehicle: activa 125 kl 11 bd[protected] model new vehicle
