I purchased one honda deo bike in jupiter honda vizag showroom bike no du7967 before purchasing they said u have four free servicings after purchasing they did only three services and for fourth service they are asking to pay 1200rs for bike parts even though everything is good. I requested them to change atleast engine oil but their staff and service manager srinivas they are very rude and untill unless i pay the money they are not taking the bike for sevice. So this is the customer service they are giving. Im totally dissopointed with honda company. I dont suggest anyone to buy this company bikes. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have given my ACTIVA for repair and have claimed INSURANCE..! usually that repiar may take a maximum of 4-5 days.! but due to very very very very poor service by KUSHAIGUDA HONDA he is asking for 15days...! the damage ain't that huge..! so i request tot make the repair as soon as possible ..! i really want you to respong regarding my issue..!
