Honda 2 Wheelers India — Battery replacement issue | |||
I purchased honda two wheeler from dharam honda on 4 march 2020. On 8 june i visited mayankshree honda service pal road jodhpur because of battery issue. Mr shakti took out my battery and said it will be replaced after one week. He said me to provide aadhar card and r. C copy that i gave him immediately. After a week on 16 june i visited again then he said he don’t have any information i took a receiving of battery signed by him on 16 june and he said he will call as he get new battery. I didn’t receive any call therefore i visited today on 8 july now he said he is unable to replace because i have purchased this from dharam honda and asked me to provide copy of purchase bill now. I said what the nonsense is this after a month u are saying now u provide purchase bill and wait for one week again. I am totally fad up of honda service i asked him to give me my battery back i don’t want replacement he said he is unable to return come after some days. I purchased new battery now because of inconvenience. Now this replacement is of no use to me I request you to kindly take intervention and do necessary action please find below attached receiving receipt Was this information helpful? | |||
