Honda 2 Wheelers India — beeaar honda service center complaint

I am a customer of your company since may 2009. My two wheeler honda activa has always been serviced at beeaar honda service station at ashok maarg lucknow. But i am really upset with the kind of response i got from your staff at the center. We bought new honda active 5g last month 28 may. My scooter was received for first general service today (27 june-18) the staff people were quarreling amongst themselves and i stood there as a fool.
The attitude at the workshop is highly unprofessional and its tarnishing the image of the company. Customers like me are losing faith and honda's credibility is at harm. Lucknow being the capital, the service station here needs to be much more updated and upgraded. But its losing its standard. Some serious efforts are needed from your side, or i shall move to higher authorities for some legal action.
