Honda 2 Wheelers India — bike service

Hi team,

This is second time i am writing the complaint against the service centre where the worst service and response is given. Today morning i did called to the medavakam manasarovar honda service centre and ask for the availability for leaving the bike. Morning i called around 8.30 am. One of the representative picked up and said that i will get the bike on sunday that is (12.05.2019) and if there is no much complaint in bike and only general service is required then it will be returned on same day that is today (11.05.2019). Once i reached the service station i reached there at 9.15 a. M. They have asked it's free or paid service and a security person pinched a sticker on my bike. And i have waited more than 45 mins none of the service attender came to attend the service to take. After that one guy came and said bike will be returned on monday after service. Due to large number of bikes are pending. If that is the case they should given a commient that they will return on same day and to bring and leave the bike. Do they think customers don't have any work and they are fool enough.
After much long waiting they are saying these kind of words and i insisted manager to come and talk for that again i have waited more than 20 mins manager not yet came. Then he comes and saying already many pending bike are there so we can't. Able to take it. Is this the way he answer. And he was saying the number i have called in the morning is actually toll free number and we are unaware who attended the call. That is his duty to enquire who gave the false commitment.
Also the manager is saying that if you need the bike today will you accept if we return. It with half service done. Is this the way a manager should speak to the customer. How come he will say that will return in half service. I needed a proper response for this and this happened even in madipakkam show room often. So only this time even though if it's long i went for medavakam for service inspire of seeing hot sun. Really frustrating in this kind of service and managers behaviour... Please take the severe action on this too service centers where none of the service person is responding properly to the customers. Also they are showing irritating faces towards the customer. If they don't like then why do they come for this job. This is paid service then when buying the new bike why they are saying that they will do good service for the customers. Is this the way of good service. Please check this and requesting you to take immediate action.
