Honda 2 Wheelers India — case of cheating /fraud at honda two wheeler service center - anand, motors bangalore

Hi,

This is subodh dharashiokar; i have given my honda activa (Ka-03 ex 7763) for servicing on 29.08.207 at ananda motors, bommanahalli, bangalore, karnataka.

I like to bring you in notice, how the dealer cheated me, i was having complaint of
1. Horn was not working properly
2. Indicators are not working both front and back.

However, the executive told me many issue in my bike like:
1. One side pulling of bike.
2. Unwanted noise from engine.
3. Pickup issue.
4. Etc...

He had given me estimate of 2300 at the time of giving my vehicle for servicing and told me he will give me call if required. I was ok with that. Afternoon he called me and informed me some work needs to be done in engine and it will cost me 3000 more. I said ok but make my vehicle good.

Evening i got my activa delivered with invoice no. Ka[protected], amount rs. 4855.02.

There was some issue in handle alignment, which was resolved by executive very promptly and i was happy with services.

However, when i used my vehicle from honda service center to my home, i noticed horn (Old issue) and speedometer (New issue) are not working. Next day i went to service center and made a complaint about the problems after servicing, executive again took prompt action and checked with technician, and he told me technician forget to assembled speedometer wire, that why it was not working, but now it is rectified and he is sorry for problem. I checked my vehicle and now things were ok.

Next, time when i used my vehicle from service center to office i noticed, my vehicle is not taking load and some very bad sound coming from engine. Which was a belt sound. (Chak chak).in addition, whenever i stopped at traffic signal, after starting my bike this sound was coming which was very embarrassing in public, and my bike was running as fast as it should, because the pickup level was zero.

I took the vehicle to service center again on 1st of september 2017, to know what they have made changes, causing such new issues. Moreover, the statement given by technician was very surprising, saying we already told you that some work needs to be done in engine and you deny over phone to do that work. Which was not the case. I was ready from first time, whatever executive suggested i agreed to that, now he saying i have denied. Which was very frustrating.

I was very upset because i came to this service center first time with complaint of horn and indicator and now, executive, technician made my bike use less, and now they are giving some new estimate of rs. 3000 to 4000. Which made me feel that i was fooled at authorized service center of honda two-wheeler bommanahalli bangalore.

I want my bike condition should be back to normal as it was before giving for servicing and compensation of problem i faced due to services center. I have visited the center more than two time because of mistake made by technician and executive.

I request you to take prompt action on this case, as this is a case of cheating, if i could visit local garage for the issue i reported they may cost me less than 500, but after paying 4855 (Approx. 5000) at honda service center and giving birth to new issue i am very much upset with this incident.

For your reference, i am attaching the invoice copy with this email. If you check the invoice also, they have charged me around rs. 1337 with the description others and miscellaneous, which again make me feel how people are making their business. My sincere request to you please do not make customer fool like this, which make them feel better to give for serving at local vender. Which are more trust worthy than brand name.
